The property is in an excellent location where eateries and amenities are all within walking distance. Our Housekeeper, Mdm Gim Geok, deserves a special shout out. Her warm and pleasant personality is something we will miss. Our apartment is always in an immaculate condition when we return. During our length of stay, she made effort to engage us, get to know us and our dogs. Coming back to the floor whenever Mdm Gim is on shift is always a warm and welcoming experience. The staff at the breakfast table are also an excellent team. They made the effort to remember guests and greet with warm smiles even when the restaurant was running full at times. The toiletries, towels, kitchenware & equipment, audio & entertainment system, bedding provided were of good quality and this made our stay even more comfortable and cosy. While working on my laptop, I found the wifi to be strong and stable everywhere within the property. We totally enjoyed our stay here in the property and highly recommend this property.

Recommended. Very solid serviced apartment! My family of 5 stayed there in March 2020. 1. Spacious enough 2. Clean, functional, comfortable furniture and fixtures 3. New and easy to operate washer/dryer 4. Fast, stable WIFI 5. Decent breakfast buffet 6. Comfortable pillows 7. Quality of swimming pool and gym is far above expectation. The pool are receives good attention and care, with very functional seating variety, picnic table, trees, play area, outdoor shower and nearby changing rooms.
Building complex includes a small supermarket, Starbucks, Natureland massage place, and a few restaurants.
Walking distance to Great World shopping centre and Zion food centre.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 months. Stayed here for my husband's job and received a lot of kind help. In particular, they cleaned the room and cleaned the kitchen well, so I felt comfortable as if I was staying at home during my stay, and all the hotel staff provided familiar and restrained service like a family, so I strongly recommend it to other travelers. I was always grateful to the young driver who drove the shuttle bus to and from the city. Everyone will miss you very much.

Stayed here in a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. There was 5 of us and more than enough room with a good sized living area. The room was very clean and quiet and we and no issues with housekeeping. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was kept clean. The reception staff were helpful and we found all the staff to be pleasant during our stay. The pool area is great. If using the gym, would recommend doing so outside of peak hours as it gets quite busy. The location is okay. If there for doing the tourist activities it is a bit far out but only about $10-15 to get anywhere by grab but there is also a shuttle bus. There are food places in the mall below the hotel and a little grocery store. Overall recommend these appartments are great for families!

Suites services are pathetic Worst customer service Never give them their credit card details. I was charged twice for services and even I had to follow it up Not trustworthy.Staff was unable to provide appropriate explanation for the charge on phone after one week. Apartment and building is sightly older than many of the other in the area. It is rather noise sensitive (can hear elevator/lounge music from hallway into the kitchen, when people are passing outside and when neighbors are watching TV). Furniture and equipment is worn down, sofa has been repaired several times and there are still holes in it. Had some issue with equipment breakdown, but this has been solved quickly by Fraserβs.
Breakfast is good, wide variety to suit different international preferences. We prefer Western, not huge amount to chose from but surely OK since they also have to carry alternatives for other guests preference. Staff are amazing, especially with kids!
Biggest minus is the enforces Covid-19 regulations which are above and beyond government recommendations and other apartment complex standards. Gym may only be booked 1hr at a day, perhaps understandable but same goes for the pool. Large pool area and kids love to be there, but with this system it is hard to get a slot and 1hr is not a lot on weekends. Spoke to several other friends in town, seems to be this is something Fraserβs are more or less alone to have during this phase of the pandemic.

We stayed at Room 308. First of all, there was a nail sticking out from the floor near the living room and my husband stepped on it. Almost cut the bottom of his foot. Room Service came and just hammered it right back in. I don't think it's the proper way to fix the floor considering it's right in the middle of the room for the price you guys are charging. Then the restaurant is so small that we almost NEVER get to sit inside the restaurant but always put outside the hotel lobby, I'm talking about the EIGHT days i'm staying there. The floor of the restaurant is always not clean and i stepped on a chunk of butter on the floor and almost slipped. When I asked staff to clean it up in case someone will fall again, I had to ask TWICE. Housekeeping never filled up our shampoo and body wash although she knows it's a 2 bedroom apartment. Somehow housekeeping decided to give only ONE tiny tube of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per washroom. Worst of all, the bed sheets were never refreshed so my husband delveoped a sty on his left eye from the dirty bed sheets. This is the first time we stayed at Frasers and a very disappointed one. We are a family of five, and I was hoping this could be somewhere we can stay for all our family trips. But unfortunately, it is a disappointment. (but staff and swimming pool are quite nice, and sauna and steam room are sparkling clean. I like it very much)

Hi, I do not see a problem with it with regards to not being married.
When it comes to the age, then the only thing you should bare in mind is that according to Singapore law you have not yet come of age, but that will most likely only prohibit you from buying alcohol.

Taxi's are easy to get and can be ordered on an app (Comfort Delgro). The receptionists will book a taxi on your behalf, the cost is never much more than $10 to Clarke Quay, Vivo City, Orchard Road and so on. The free shuttle, which leaves on the hour, will take you to Roberston Walk, where there are many good bars and restaurants (only 10 minutes on the shuttle). The shuttle will also take you Sommerset and Suntec City shopping areas. Also, if you are in a walking mood, Orchard road is a 30 minute walk away.
