Staying at QT Hotel in Singapore for a week over New Year’s Eve was truly the best decision we could have made. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience in itself. The interior design is absolutely stunning and unique, making every corner of the hotel feel special and memorable.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. A special thanks to Alphonso at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire team was always available to offer great tips and recommendations on where to go and what to see, which added a personal touch to our trip.

The pool area was one of our favorite spots. It’s beautifully designed, and the cocktails by the pool were simply breathtaking—perfectly mixed and served in such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. You’re right in the heart of the city, surrounded by vibrant energy and close to key attractions like Marina Bay, Chinatown, and other cool neighborhoods. Despite being in the middle of it all, the hotel provides a calm oasis where you can truly relax.

Overall, QT Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the unique design and incredible amenities to the outstanding service and unbeatable location, everything was perfect. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, making this one of our most memorable stays. We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you, QT Hotel, for making our New Year’s celebration so unforgettable!

An incredible stay! We stayed for 13 nights instead of the planned 2 nights due to a medical emergency. The hotel itself is a boutique gem, even the elevators. The room is very comfortable and high tech with an iPad to open & close the curtains. And the rooftop pool is amazing. The location is perfect, across the street from the historic Lau Pa Sat Hawker Center with its remarkable variety of food stalls, and only 2 blocks from Chinatown. But most important is the hotel staff. Each and every one was exceptional in their personal attention and caring for our situation. They all became our friends whom we hope to see again one day. Our kudos go to Hasif, Ben, Alfonso, Nas, Tricia, and specifically to Syafiq, who presented us with a slice of cheesecake when we returned from the hospital. We can’t say enough great things about our hotel experience. As Virtuoso Travel Advisors we most highly recommend this hotel!

QT Singapore's location is fantastic! It is about a five-minute walk to Downtown or Raffles MRT stations and a few minutes to buses. We walked home in the evening from MBS and it was about a 20-minute stroll. Chinatown was about a 10-minute walk.

There is a 7-Eleven on the corner and the Lau Pa Sat hawker almost at the front door. This is a wonderful way to sample an array of foods from around Asia cheaply. The lemon/lime drinks, ice tea and the sugar cane drinks are definitely refreshing.

Our room was very comfortable and the high ceilings made it feel much more spacious. The pool area, although small, was definitely a nice place to spend the hot afternoons even with afternoon storms.
I would definitely recommend this as a perfect base in Singapore and we will definitely return.

When looking to book came across QT Singapore being advertised as the new hot hotel. Regret staying out of my plethora of choices tbh. Rooms really lovely but looking dated and worn in parts already. Absolutely NO service at all upon arrival (or for the duration of my stay from concierge for that matter!) with a non-welcome with me from the very start. I literally came in and out of that hotel entrance about 6-8 times over the course of 48 hours and not once was I greeted or helped with my bags. If anything - I was ignored.
There was constant works going on from the minute I walked through the doors - to repairing the front desk, to putting up Xmas decos etc - really uninviting environment.
Started my stay with a rooftop (not really what I’d imagined) libation and tacos. Asked for champagne - not to be - just Prosecco. Came in a scratched up cloudy plastic glass that smelled like an old shoe when you took a sip. They lined up 6 or so bottles of filthy hot sauces that looked like they had been used by the 100’s. Wasn’t touching those. Tacos were gross. I literally spat the first mouthful out and left. Breakfast is included but VERY minimal. You get a choice of a juice and one item plus a coffee or tea. The service in the restaurant was exceptional though I haven’t add. I ended up elbowing my way into The Fullerton (luckily the lady remembered us from our stay last time !) for a proper hotel breakfast. Now that’s more like it.
Paid for 3 nights but stayed for 2 so I could have the room to shower etc. before my late night red eye flight. In hindsight - should’ve spent the money on something a little more caring. Fire alarm went nuts JUST as I was leaving for the airport. By the time the chaos had cleared and I’d lugged my own suitcases down, I was happy to leave. As I said - the rooms are really lovely but won’t stay again.

This hotel is newly refurbished and reopened under the QT umbrella, and is a very stylish small botique hotel.
We had a QT king room which was on the small side, but that’s not unusual for this area of town. The room was well equipped, the bed was good and the shower was super with great water pressure.
The roof pool area is great, if a bit small and it doesn’t get a whole lot of sun if that’s important to you. The staff up there were stellar, always helpful and service minded and the drinks were good.
Extra requests we had for the front desk were handled quickly and professionally. As Lau Pa Sat is literally across the street we didn’t eat in the hotel, but the coffee in the ground floor bar was very good.
Location is super, easy walking distance to china town, boat quay and Marina Bay Area, and 3 metro stations with different lines to go anywhere else. All in all a great experience.

We have mixed feelings about this hotel.

Firstly, we loved the interior design which felt very modern and fun. Glass elevators were a neat touch.

Location wise it is very close to the MRT lines which came in handy. We also liked the walking distance (20 minutes ish) to the Marina Bay Sands / Gardens by the Bay Area.

There is an excellent “food court” next door with delicious hawker stalls as well as Satay Street. This turned out to be very convenient as well as delicious.

We don’t have a chance to use the rooftop pool but it looked gorgeous.

The room we had was very small without enough storage space. Highly recommend they add more hooks at least! The “window” looked out into interior space - we missed having natural light and a view to the outdoors. There is a Dyson hairdryer which was great, although no plug for it in the washroom which felt like a miss.

Lastly, we found the service to be so-so. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.

My stay here was incredible. The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly—perhaps the friendliest I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist us, spending considerable time helping us find specific medical supplies and booking various restaurants. Ms. Jewelle was particularly helpful in guiding us through this process, providing valuable information about tourist attractions, and assisting us in obtaining medical care for a rare condition. Additionally, Mr. Aseef helped us with restaurant bookings, which enhanced our experience even further.

Special thanks to Ms. Jewelle and Mr. Aseef!

i am 61 years old, german origin and fit. traveled the world over 75 countries, and a big fan of red meat.
were greeted by sean conolly the chef and his team at the door. very warm welcome. got a lecturing about various dry aged beefs in front of the fridge. decided for a decent T Bone sharing by 4 plus some nice sides.
medium rare cooked to perfection and sliced. had a nice red with it. steak sauces were excellent although i was missing my favourite bernaise. wine selection extensive and fairly priced but a bit heavy on european wines. for me personally a good argentinian malbec or malbec/cabernet blend is my favourite choice to go with a great staek ofnthsi quality.
definetely sean can compete easily with the great steak houses in buenos aires (cabanas las lillas) or wolfgangs in nyc.

Well now we’re salivating… Sounds like Cygnet really hit the spot - we’re so happy to hear that. You really can’t go wrong with the our steaks, can you? Chef Sean is always toiling away with seasonal fresh ingredients, so be sure to book in again to see what’s new.

Well thought out room setup, with small alcoves to place room key. Liked the cocktail bar setup, and ipad controlled lights, TV and room service. Eco awareness is high. Check in was also smooth. Breakfast was selected from menu, instead of a buffet which is welcomed for my carbon footprint

Extraordinary stay. The hotel is part of SLH Small Luxury Hotels, and it shows. A beautifully designed, recently glowed up boutique hotel. My room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully designed. The gym could use a bit more TLC for fitness fans, with more space and better equipment, but other than that this was absolutely faultless stay. What makes the place truly special is the service - effortless, accommodating, friendly. The team granted me an early check in and a late checkout as I had odd flight times, this made my stay so much smoother. Thank you Jewelle, Syafiq, Samantha, and the whole Front office team for your kindness and attention to detail, and the housekeeping team for impeccable rooms at the blink of an eye. I will definitely return on my next visit. Ps Cygnet by Connolly serves beautiful breakfast, recommended *****
