This is our home away from home when we are in Singapore. The 2BR units are spacious and accommodating, with self-contained combo laundry/dryers (this really makes a difference in Singapore’s tropical heat and humidity), and great water pressure in the showers. The 2BR units also come with a bathtub in the master bath; ideal for soaking sore and tired legs and feet after walking all over the busy Orchard area. The kitchen comes fully furnished with utensils, appliances, cookware and tableware. My two favorite appliances are the toaster (which isn’t common in Singapore) and perhaps most importantly the Nespresso machine that comes with a daily restock of a few pods (two of which are decaf). There are two nearby supermarkets, FairPrice Finest in the basement of Scotts Square, and Isetan Supermarket, a block away in the basement of Shaw Center.
The beds are comfortable with great mattresses, and the AC works great (another important thing in Singapore).
The outdoor patio near the pool is always a lively social area where you can meet fellow long stay guests and travelers. I personally have made lifelong friends here myself.
During the pandemic, we lived in one of the 3BR units for over a year. This makes it very difficult to stay in any other hotel in Singapore since this was literally home to us for a long while.
There are no 1BR units in the building, but plenty of Studio units. These units also very importantly come with built-in laundry/dryer machines! But no bathtubs in the Studios. Some of the Studios can be combined with a 2BR unit and an external front door, effectively creating a private 3BR unit should you need the space. Actual 3BR units are few in number here.

We had a great time staying at the Novotel Living on Orchard - it’s in a great location; rooms are modern and clean and even have cooking facilities (should you need it - we certainly didn’t with the ample food options on our doorstep!). The laundry facilities in each room do not go astray - in the humid Singapore heat, you go through more changes of clothes than you’d expect! The service we received was excellent, particularly from Jag, who went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed. Will be back next time we are in Singapore.

We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of January 2024. The hotel is in an excellent convenient, central location. We stayed in an Executive Studio and found it very comfortable and spacious and even came with it's own washing washer/dryer. Facilities were also good and included a gym and large outdoor pool.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially one of the concierges, Jac who very kindly walked us with umbrellas to the bus stop when we went to the airport

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a complete facilities for us. Having a little kid travelling with us, the filtered water station is the best as we can get drinking water easily. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. There are very comfortable bedrooms with a Qibla direction marker and you can also request an extra bed. The bathroom with bathtub and the toilets with bidets. The apartment also has a living room, a mini kitchen, and a dining area. The space is very comfortable and fully equipped with any modern & advance appliances and most importantly, there’s a water refill station.
There are complete apartment facilities, like a swimming pool area, with a children’s pool and a mini playground. It has a beautiful view, making it perfect for relaxing.And don’t forget to work out at the fitness center!
You must also try the breakfast, there are so many options menu, and they offer halal dishes that are delicious and perfect for our taste!
The location is very strategic in Orchard, close to many shopping malls and restaurants.

The room was as advertised. Nice kitchen and refrigerator. The bathroom was a decent size and I made lots of use of the washer/dryer during my 3 month stay. I brought my own washcloths as I read from a review that none were provided and this was true. Good location with plenty of places around to eat and fairly convenient to public transportation. Pretty quiet except that the noise from screaming kids at the pool would come through the window. Appreciated that one channel on the TV allowed me to log into my Netflix so I could watch my shows and movies.

Very central location, close to orchard and decent transportation links within close walking distance. The check in process was reasonably quick and the staff were friendly throughout.
The Studio-Apartment room is segregated nicely with a kitchen, lounge and bedroom setup. The breakfast bar table is a nice touch allowing you to eat meals properly. The place is spotless, all kitchen equipment was also spotless and everything seemed to be cleaned thoroughly Monday-Friday. There is no cleaning at weekends but they're providing an overflow communal bin in the service area of the floor should you need to dispose of anything during the weekends.
I particularly like the inclusive washer/dryer within the room as it helped me pack a bit lighter and enjoy the 3 weeks stay without having to find a laundrette or store lots of clothes!
The bathroom is also a good size and a walk in powerful shower is nice. They have other facilities on site like a gym and swimming pool and the later was quite enjoyable to use with lounge chairs around it, it does get quite busy and there is outside eating tables near the pool if needed.
They delivered random breakfasts to the room in a bento style box, a main meal with bread and fruit. They also facilitate food deliveries to your hotel room so you don't have to go down to the lobby, just let them know you have one inbound.
The bad: a few minor things, firstly we ran out of shower gel twice which they promptly resolved and secondly the shower has a limited supply of hot water so back to back showers for 2 people resulted in one having a partially cold shower. I'd also love the coffee table to have two chairs or at least a stool and a chair as I sat on the floor sometimes.

The serviced apartments are comfortable and in an exceptionally convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is not a luxury hotel, but a well-appointed high rise with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, each with a small, but well appointed kitchen, good storage space, and a washer/dryer. Each unit is serviced three times a week, but, if needed, additional servicing is available on request. There are light breakfast items plus coffee and tea for the first night, and close by are two supermarkets and several small shops for following days. Light breakfast is available every day on Level 4, which is also where the gym and large swimming pool are located. Coffee and tea are available all day. The sitting areas (indoors and outdoors) are comfortable. A resident may bring a guest for coffee, which is convenient for a short meeting.
We have stayed twice at this facility, each time for a week, and will return again because of the reasonable price, location, and excellent staff.

I stayed at here with my brother and family for 2 weeks and really couldn't have asked for more . The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable especially the beds which were of the highest quality. Breakfast is complimentary as is tea and coffee all day. Swimming Pool is of a nice size with plenty of sun loungers and is nice and peaceful. The location is perfect, just off Orchard Road and 5 minutes walk to all the shopping plazas and MRT. Now on to what makes this hotel special..... The staff, everyone from the cleaners through to the operations and general managers are the friendliest team I have ever come across in hotels I have stayed in. Each and every one of the team greeted us with a smile daily. Sadly we had a family bereavement whilst there and the management team and staff were compassionate beyond words.
