The V-Hotel Lavender is an excellent place to stay
The location is perfectly positioned just above the Lavender train station
The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable which gave us a fantastic nights sleep for each of our 3 nights stay.
The bathroom wasn’t the largest but it was perfect for our stay. The shower was hot and powerful
The restaurant was very good and so was the variety of food available
The staff were very friendly and attentive
The swimming pool area was very well kept (we didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool)
We would certainly use this hotel again

Reception people are very friendly, The room is provided with two small 300ml water bottles, it got over after preparation tea , I saw a cleaning service cart parked near my room, when I asked for one water bottle, the old lady said she cant give, asked me to dial room service . very unfriendly not customer centric...need to improve, otherwise I liked the hotel, will stay there my next trip too..

We came early at the hotel and the receptionist told us that the room wasn't ready, so we told her that we want to leave our luggage on the concierge and come back later, but we're lucky she told us that our room will be ready very soon, after waiting for 10 minutes we get a room.
The room was spacious enough clean and lovely, the air condition work great, the bed was very comfortable which gave us a fantastic nights sleep to recharge energy after the whole day activity.
The bathroom is clean with hot water working well.
The breakfast was good with enough choices.
The swimming pool service end at 09:00PM, so we just use it for like 10 minutes. the water is clean and super fresh.
There are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores in a waliking distance 5-10 minutes)
A great choice for the next visit.

V Hotel Lavender is directly above the Lavender mrt station and that is the reason we choose to stay there. It is just a few stations for you to visit Bugis, Chinatown and the Marina Bay, very convenient.
We paid around $120 per night for our double bedroom and for the price we get a clean and comfortable room. The facilities are basic but it is value for money.

This hotel is placed in a very strategic road. We can find an MRT station down below, just 2 minutes of walking to the bus stop, and 24 hours food court and food mart. Also provides a swimming pool just in case you need some relax time after a whole day strolling around Singapore. The hotel also provides 24 hours room wi fi, clean bathroom and nice bed. It also has an on time airport shuttle, cost you $6 per pax. Definitely going for another visit some other times

A very basic hotel close to the Lavender MRT so you can easily get from the airport and around Singapore. This is a popular hotel for the budget conscious tourist from the region. Rooms are tiny and not sound proof. When we were there, room cleaning was based on whether your room number was odd or even and that’s when very basic ‘cleaning ‘ was done. Bins emptied and towels refreshed and beds made. That was it! We had to request extra toiletries and toilet paper. Corridors permanently smelled damp and this may be a result of bathrooms where showers leaked onto the floor. That said, if you’re happy to eat good cheap local food and simply use the hotel as a base, then this hotel is satisfactory. Small local pharmacy and supermarket are close by as well as Cafes and a decent restaurant. Close to Hamilton Road with funky bars, walking distance to the Arab quarter and Haji Lane. Free wifi works well. No room service.

What I love about this hotel is it's easily accessible with MRT, Bus and Taxi. It's also walking distance to Mustafa center which is a shopping heaven. They have a luggage storage which is a huge plus and very useful for travelers. Some of the reviews says that the rooms are small for its price, but if you will consider the benefits of staying here especially the accessibility and it's a 4-star hotel, the price is justifiable. The room has enough space for you to move around. It has a private restroom, hair dryer is also available in the room and it a has built-in cabinet where you can hang your clothes. If you want to iron your clothes, you can just go down to their laundry area. The wifi connection is also good for browsing. The food serve during their buffet breakfast is also delicious plus you can enjoy the good view of the city.

My family visited for the Holy Week/Easter season and it was lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we appreciated getting free 500mL bottles of water each every day. The area is quiet and the metro and bus station are just downstairs which makes it very easy to go around the city and more affordable than taking taxis everywhere, the food stalls on the way to the metro are delicious and affordable, and there is a grocery and another food court just walking distance away, as well as multiple convenience stores nearby and in the metro downstairs. We needed some help with adjustments to our booking and this was handled very easily by the staff. Ms Cecilia from reception handled our booking with no problems and also helped us with directions to a few of our destinations. Mr Yu Ming/Henry was concierge when we checked in and he was very friendly and helpful with our late check-out, and he also gave us tips on places to go and directions. We will be very happy to come back to this hotel next time we come to Singapore.

I moved from Amara hotel to here as of full house. The hotel style is more family style for local. It's crowd in lobby and many rooms available in the same floor. our room is a bit old and the air conditioner was "singing" in the whole night. the cleanliness can be improved as some old or dirt on the pillow sheet. services are responsive and nice staff! 我從阿馬拉飯店搬到這裡滿座。酒店的風格更適合當地人的家庭風格。大堂擁擠，同一樓層有許多房間。我們的房間有點舊，空調整夜都在“唱歌”。由於枕頭板上有些陳舊或髒污，可以提高清潔度。服務靈敏，員工友善！

I should have added that Google Maps has fantastic directions to use in Singapore with all bus and train routes. Lavender is a great hub to get to any place in Singapore easily and I have even taken a bus from Kuala Lumpur direct to Lavender Station last February.

Hi, I am sorry that I am not able to answer as I did online booking and paid in full when booking. When checking in, the receptionist did not ask for deposit.
There is regular phone in the room. I guess you can ask front desk to dial international, but you would have to pay for this. It’s easier, if you find out if your cell phone has international plan.
I’m not sure what do you mean “water filling facility”. Hotel is providing complementary one battle of water.
There are more places to choose from in the Singapore area.
