I recently stayed at this apartment for a business trip. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and various dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's attention to providing various activities for their guests. They organized movie shows, ice cream/ salad bars and other fun events, which was a great way to unwind after a long week of work.

This place deserves 10 stars if it was possible. We were a family of 5 (7, 15, 17) and it was still covid lockdown but it had eased somewhat. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, it was a little small but still, it had all the facilities and amenities of home away from home. What set this place apart are the staff at this place. My favorites are the 4 rotating front staff, all men and all really fantastic. 3 of my kids had birthday during our almost 3 months stay, and they brought up birthday cakes! Do you know how depressing it is being in a new country with no friends to celebrate with.. I was very thankful that the staff went out of the way to do a small celebrations for our kids. It was also the moon festival celebrations when we stayed there and the staff handed out lanterns to the kids. Gestures like these made our stay just that much more special. Breakfast was really wonderful, we wanted to have breakfast in our apartment, and they would send a weekly basket with all the goodies we need to get through the mornings. God sent. There's a conference room that you can book to have calls etc. For me that was a blessing, my eldest was trying to study but it was too noisy in our apartment, and we booked a room for her, it was quiet and it had snacks and drinks. Perfect!!! I would highly recommend this place. The only negative thing I have to say is the pool area could do with a bit of revamping. But this place and the staff deserves 10 stars. Not to forget, we had a wonderful guy that came and cleaned our apartment - he was very nice and efficient (his name started with P ) and deserves a mention.…

Fantastic service! Staff are always smiling & go above and beyond to help you. They surprised my husband with chocolates and a bottle of bubbly for his birthday. They made us salad and jelly on Saturday. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has great coffee and the apartment even has a rice cooker!

Family had a good time in Singapore partly due to this accommodation. Well appointed rooms. We had the 3 bedroom suite. When we arrived too early for check in, they offered to keep our luggage while we wandered around for food and shopping. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and the repair team did a great job on all the outages of the lights. Excellent place. Will come again.

Location is great with easy acces to MRT, and to downtown.. staff was very helpful. Cleaning crew were very nice especially Ivan who was very responsive to our cleaning demands. Ivan went the extra mile to clean well and get our requests fulfilled.

We, a family with two small kids, spent one week in a two rooms apartment and had a fantastic time. The location is just amazing, the apartment is very spacious and the pool and playground extremly appreciated by the kids. But the best is by far the STAFF. We want to highlight especially Ricole who was always very carrying and attentative. We highly recommend this place!
