The room is very clean, just enough size, own bathroom with hot shower. Room has aircon, tv, mini refrigerator, complimentary water/coffee, wifi. face mask upon request. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the activities and places to see in the island. Location is ideal. Very safe, accessible to transportation, near the beach and near restaurants, bank ATMs, convenient stores (7-eleven, mini-stop).

If you want the full Boracay experience at a more reasonable price, this is the location for you.

The rooms are clean and modern. Bedding is very good.

The beach is a 200-300 metre walk. The location is excellent as you are within walking distance from a lot of lovely restaurants and stores.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Philippines. It's perfect for a budget traveller. The location is right where you want to be close to the beach and the action. The staff were really friendly and helpful if I needed anything. The wifi was good and rooms very clean. Kettle and fridge in room was handy. Can't ask for more.

We booked the family room with 3 queen sized beds and requested for an extra bed since there were 8 of us. The room looks similar to the photos. The place is clean and spacious. The toilet is clean as well with all the facilities in good condition. It is exactly what we needed. The place has a balcony but is not beach front. It is situated right on the main street, a 5 min walk to the beach. We didn't mind tho. The staff were very attentive providing us free coffee and utensils. We checked in late at around 9pm. The best part was they allowed us late check out until 4pm since our flight wasn't until 9pm. Overall stay was great! We were happy with our choice. I would recommend tho that they provide proper clothesline considering their customers would have wet clothes from swimming in the beach. Good thing the balcony was there to help us dry our clothes.

I could not recommend this hostel any more! The location was perfect - 100m from the beach! The rooms were very spacious and clean! They were well air-conditioned and had wifi. The staff were what made this hostel really special. They went above and beyond to accommodate their guests, especially Roger! A must-stay! Very reasonably priced as well.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was very good! The staff is very helpful and friendly! The rooms and the bathroom look amazing and the A/C works perfectly (which is a must in the hot-Boracay weather). The resort is a new one and so there were still workers building something downstairs which was a bit unpleasant as they sometimes started working very early in the morning. Wi-Fi is a bit slow, but that was the case in a lot of locations in the Philippines.
The location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk from the White Beach and from good restaurants!

Lovin' this hotel! They have a big spacious family room with 3 big beds and you can also request for additional matress. The staff are courteous, the check in check out was smooth and fast. Good job on the refills of 3in1 coffee, soap, shampoo, bottled water and tissue. The room was clean with good airconditioning. Downside: not a beach front hotel, so if you have kids with you, it is a little inconvenient as it will take time to walk to the beach and back to the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay!

We went here early June. We got rooms 202 and 203. We spent Php1,800 per room (no breakfast included), per night. With 2 people in each room, it only cost us Php900 per head per night. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning was working well, and their generator is functional (we got to experience it first hand on our second night, when there was a short power outage). But room 203 is smaller, and it doesn't have an in room safe. The staff are nice and informative... by the way, you can actually book beach activities through the hotel (but it is pricier). The white beach is just 3-5min walk away, and there are convenience stores/grocery stores 5-10 min walk away (Craft Boracay is the biggest cheapest convenience/grocery store around).

Pros:
- affordable
- good airconditioners in the rooms
- working hot and cold shower
- accessible
- helpful staff
- you may refill your water bottles in the hotel, they have a (filtered/purified) water dispenser near the front desk for the guest to use
- some rooms have an in-room safe
- the hotel is along the main road, so it is easy to find.
- you can hire a tricycle right outside the hotel
- you may book beach activities through them, just approach the front desk personnel (but they are generally more expensive)

Cons:
- it is not a beach side hotel, you have to walk for 5-10 mins to get to the White Beach (Station 2).
- they generally do not serve food (but you may use their veranda or their roof deck to "dine-in", just buy food from outside)

Conclusion:
I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and you are willing to either walk a bit to get to the White Beach or to walk a bit whenever you want to eat (a bit of walking is involved if you pick this hotel).

Tips:
1) If you get a small room, try asking the receptionist if you can move to a better room (they might allow it, especially during their off peak seasons).
2) regarding the booking of beach activities (Para-sailing, helmet diving and etc...), if your haggling skills are good enough, it's better to approach the people at the beach and try to haggle with them (either asking for a lower price, or try getting extra activities for free). You can generally get better prices compared to booking through the hotel. But please take note, if it is a peak season (Summer), the activities are more expensive.

Positive: Great location to the beach. Its just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there is a convenient store right across the street that's open 24 hours. That's it for the positives.

Negatives: the staff was friendly, that was until we had some complaints. We had issues with the room like ants on the bed and other issues that made our stay uncomfortable. I don't have enough time to describe them all. Granted they did try to fix them but to no avail. We were not offered any other options as far as changing our rooms either. I usually don't give bad reviews but in this instance I feel it was necessary because we felt cheated out of our money for staying here when there are so many other better places to stay. Lets not even talk about the non existant wifi. Its the worst. There are no amenities such as a pool or breakfast. I CANNOT recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for one night.
