Great stay. Affordable. Across Hue Hotels.

2 days buffet breakfast / 2 days plated. Depend on their number of booked guests.

Room is spacious and was given a corner room. Room cleaning has to be scheduled in the reception. Water is replenished with staff bringing in a gallon and refilling the glass bottle in the room. Practical and eco-friendly but weird setup hehe.

We stayed at Aloha Boracay Hotel with my family for 2 rooms. The service was perfect and our stay is relaxing, the price of the room is cheaper but the room is luxurious, the rooftop pool has a nice view with fresh air, breezy and relaxing. The staff At Concierge Melchor is very accomodating and kind. Staff Nick also doing extra miles on his service. Houskeeping staff is also honest and helpful, i left my small bag in the bathroom upon check out and then, they are very quick attentively to return my bag at the lobby. The room is also nice and clean and cozy, I recommend this hotel to a family travelling with children! Kudos! We surely comeback at Aloha Boracay Hotel in the near furure!

Keep it up! Goodluck!

Hanie S.

I stayed for 28 days and had such a marvellous time. All the staff were lovely, profesional and proficient. I was on the 4th floor (3rd floor for us Brits) and had a deluxe bedroom with balcony. Great for hanging out wet towels and other things. The room is well equipped, with AC (if you need it) and complimentary toiletries, together with daily water which is most welcome. The only things I would suggest could be improved is the Wi-Fi, which is intermittent, the shower water does not always stay hot and, unfortunately, the wardrobe is not long enough to hang up shirts, without the bottoms becoming crumpled. Otherwise everything is great.
The hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are all satisfactory, but don't expect a large selection of Western type breakfast foods. They have weekly live music and BBQ.
While the hotel is not on the beach, it is only a five minute walk away, but you don't necessarily want to go to the beach, the top floor of the hotel has a delightful swimming pool, sun loungers (which are very comfortable) and a bar, if you need a drink.
All entertainment, restaurants and shops are only a stone's throw from the hotel, so it is centrally located to explore everything Boracay has to offer.
In my opinion you have to go for longer than three or four nights (which many do) to enjoy the island. The fact that you have to catch a ferry to and from the airport adds to the 'theatre' of the place.

we booked a suite with 2 beds, but was given a room with just 1 bed. When asked, concierge just said that the pictures in their website is wrong. they cannot transfer to another rooms as they are fully booked. stayed here for 3 nights, our room was only cleaned once. amenities were not refilled. you're only given 4 hours of wifi connection throughout your stay, and still their wifi was not working. noise from the rooms nearby can be clearly heard from inside our room as well.
we requested at least a complimentary breakfast for the trouble. the restaurant serves good silog meals.

During our stay in Boracay, we decided to hop between hotels to experience different amenities. We stayed at Aloha Hotel for 2 nights after coming from Hue Hotel, primarily to enjoy their rooftop infinity pool. We checked in around noon, and the front office supervisor assured us that early check-in would not incur an extra charge. I also inquired about the internet connection since we needed stable internet for work the following morning. She assured me that the connection was good.

However, upon checking into room 101, we found that there was no mobile signal and the internet connection was unreliable. I contacted the supervisor, who moved us to room 103, but the issues persisted. We were then moved to room 102 with the promise of better internet, but the connection problems continued. Each room transfer was done without assistance from the hotel staff.

After moving to the suite on the second floor, which did have a decent signal and connection, we were still left to move our belongings without help. The repeated room changes made it difficult for us to settle in and feel comfortable in any of the rooms. As a result, we could not get a good night's sleep due to the ongoing disruptions and the discomfort of frequent room transfers.

Overall, our experience at Aloha Hotel did not meet our expectations. We felt frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and the inadequate amenities, leading us to decide that we would not return.

Aloha Boracay gave us such a wonderful experience during our most recent escapade in Boracay. From booking our stay until we have left Boracay, the hotel has been impressive. Booking was fast and easy. Our booking confirmation was emailed to us swiftly. Rates were very affordable. Checking-in was stress-free and the management was following all the imposed covid 19 rules and regulations. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful for the whole duration of our stay.

They also have a restaurant in the property, Aloha Boracay Grill. We have eaten here at least twice and it was remarkable! The place was clean and spacious, you can really have social distancing from the other diners. The food was very delicious and the serving was HUGE! You will for sure, ruin your diet here, lol. The nacho, burgers, and the pasta are all must-try!

Overall, our stay in Aloha is memorable and outstanding.Definitely worthy of coming back to. Kudos to the hotel manager, Ervin Dy, and his staff.

The resort is not brach front but only 3 mins walk to the beach. The resort has an elevator and a swimming pool at the 4th floor. The pool can only be used between 10am to 6pm which for me is kinda limited.

Rooms are nice but has traces here and there of being old. I got Suite 302. Very spacious and well appointed but can be quite noisy at night because of the proximity of shops and vendors outside

Hotel is super clean and the staff are very friendly. Very wise of them to put water bin in the entrance to wash feet when coming from the beach. Security is very good. will definitely return here next vacation!

We stayed here for 2 nights last week and had great experiences: We received a friendly welcome and were able to move into our room significantly earlier than designated. The room was with 2 bunk beds for 5 people perfect for our family with 2 children. The room was very clean and lovingly equipped with everything you need. The associated restaurant offered plenty of good and already prepared food for different preferences for breakfast and the other meals. Both the white beach as well as shops, restaurants and the tourist mile are within walking distance. Things to do like crystal kayaking, stan-up paddling, buggy, boat, speedboat tours, island hopping and a tour of the most beautiful places on the island are just a small selection of Things to do. On the last day of our stay, our flight was rescheduled at short notice due to overbooking. An employee of the hotel, John Jabez Ilisan, then spontaneously and eagerly let his relationships play out and we were able to fly on the same day with his Help center. Not only that, he accompanied us from the hotel, to the port and the airport. Back in Germany he even contacted me to inquire if everything had worked out. That's what I call best service!

Yes! They use My boracay guide and they picked us up from the airport and arranged guides along the way. Not sure of the cost? It may have been included in the hotel cost already but you need to double check with this hotel.
