stayed here twice and I love the place because it's farther from the crowded beach area which I prefer affordable place to stay friendly staff stayed here also before Boracay was closed from tourists bed was comfy and air condition was great they also have keycard for their doors optimistic about the renovation of Boracay and hoping all the business establishments will be more serious with taking care of the environment. I hope business in Boracay will recover soon when the Island open up again.

We've cancelled our booking with them due to the closure of Boracay. It's been months since we've requested for a refund but received no response from their end. Very disappointing. Is there any legal approach I can do to make them refund my payment?

3days 2nights super budget friendly hotel, no sink in cabin room and had brownout once during our stay, very clean room and kind staff, very near a budget food store as well good for breakfast with delicious meals just walking distance from the hotel. Also hotel is minute away from beach, travel time from Kalibo is 45mins by van and 15 mins boat ride, Php250/head for van and boat promo, drop point at the hospital, with construction on going that time but didn’t have a hard time finding the hotel. Tricycle is Pho20/pax w/in the Boracay island. Did island hopping for Php500/pax took us 6hrs to tour 4 islands inclusive of nice buffet lunch. Overall excellent stay!

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Hotel's current name is Boracay Midtown Hotel. Not that hard to find but the hotel's name got me confused at first. Hotel staff are accomodating and cleaned the room when I asked them to. Room is not that spacious but good enough if you'll be having an all day activity. Bit of a problem with the room's AC unit. The hotel is not that far from the beach but you need to cross a small, dark alley to get there. Would be definitely staying here on my next visit.

hotel was still under construction at the time of our stay. nevertheless, the room is very nice. Cozy for the 3 of us. bathroom is also well designed. wish on our next visit there will already be a lobby and a restaurant. location is ok as it is just a mere 1 minute walk to white beach. Ideal place for small group as it is close to almost everything.

We really didn't regret that me and my friends stayed here! The hotel room was great! Its new and very clean. The beds are very soft it would really make u feel relaxed and the bathroom shower have a hot and cold water. The breakfast that they are serving are very affordable. And most of all they have a very accomodating and friendly staff. I would definitely come back and stay here 😉 P.s. - for those planning to book here but kind of not sure because of the reviews that they had a hard time finding the hotel, I suggest u tell the tricycle driver to drop u @ boracay municipal clinic near Azalea, they also called that area Talampas, There is a small pathway beside the clinic, just walk straight and u will find a big brown door that is the budget room boracay hostel, in case u wont find the receptionist just go staright to boracay midtown hotel it is a newly constructed building which is just beside it, It has the same management and staff, and incase u would be arriving very late in the evening just look under/at the back of the reception table. The receptionist is just sleeping in the floor hahaha 😁

I booked this place considering it was in Station 2 which will be convenient to all the parties for Labor Day and also; I booked on the 11th hour and all the hotels are already full. On my first night, it was so difficult to find the place; I had to ask for help from the staff of South West (travel agency that I booked) to help me go to my hotel. When I arrived, I had to keep on knocking the door because the attendant was sleeping. When he came down, I was a little worried because I booked solo and he looked really indecent; the look you really can't trust (first impression). So he lead me to my room; I even got more worried because my door knob was BROKEN. I panicked a little and asked for the phone number of the staff so I could call him if something bad might happen; good thing, he was nice enough to oblige. I spent the entire night just roaming around the island because I was really uncomfortable with the male attendant. Although I wanted to rest from all the traveling, I felt that I needed to meet with my (drunk) friends to kill time and wait till the morning. It was only in the morning that I felt comfortable sleeping with my door knob BROKEN. By the time I woke, I asked him to fix it and he did right away. So basically that's all I could complain about with my stay. To be fair also, the male attendant turned out to be nice and friendly, I can't help but be quick to judge because I was traveling alone. As for the room; All in all, it's nice and really cozy. It has heater and a really clean comfort room. The bed is comfortable and the AC is also good.

It's budget accommodation and as long as you're aware that it's that you won't be too disappointed. However, I would recommend it only for solo travelers for 1 week stops, if that. The photos don't do much justice because it literally is a bed with a table next to it - not enough room to swing a cat in. The bathroom is a toilet with the shower literally next to it and no sink. I knew was fully aware of all this before attending so it wasn't a shock or disappointment. I was a solo traveler making a few days stop over at Boracay on wider travels. As a result, I wanted a cheap room and didn't care too much about aesthetics. Be aware that it's awkwardly situated down an alleyway and wasn't labeled, at least when I visited, so it's hard to locate at first. It's also 5 minutes from the beach and D'mall (a shopping centre area) so it has that convenience. The only criticism I would comment on is that the shower room repeatedly filled up with water whilst I was showering. It would take a long time for it to drain and on many occasions it would overflow into the bedroom. I think this was because sand may have blocked the drainage up somewhat but it did make for an irritating inconvenience. The wifi was pretty poor as well. It only worked well in the lobby area, not too much of a problem but just noting as a heads up for those who might prefer privacy when phone/skype calling etc. All in all a pleasant stay with only one minor problem.

Very comfortable room. Imagine a small room with a flat screen tv situated right smack at the foot of your bed. Split type A/C. Bathroom is small but perfect for a solo traveler. The price is very reasonable. The owner was very friendly, room was clean and neat with lots of little extra touches. Very close to bars and restaurants. To sum up if you're on a budget trip, stay here to avoid Boracay's usual noise and recharge for the next day to party again. It's all about excellent location! Definitely going back here next year.

Stayed here for just one night. Situated down an alley between the beach and the main road we has some trouble finding it at first and needed help from locals. Our room was the smallest one we have stayed in so far in the 4 months in Asia. The room however was modern, clean and came with a hot shower, the bed was not a double and was barely bigger than a single bed. The staff were also non existent here and apart from when we checked in we never saw a single person at the desk and just left the key on the desk and left at check out. Also BEWARNED!! we stayed August 2015 and theirs major building works going on next door to this hotel ( Another hotel been built ) we didnt know this till 7am the next morning when the hammering and banging kicked in. But even without the building work i would not recommend this place just for the size of the room and the asking price of £13/$17....Take a walk along the beach front and get a better hotel at a cheaper price. Would not recommend.
