Rooms are average. Service and in house staffs are nice . Aircon work properly. Only disappointing there is no WiFi in the room . You have come down at lobby to use the WiFi. Beach is near by just few steps from the hotel. Also no access to the near by road side so you have to carry your luggage and have to walk white sand beach for 10 minutes.

We got in late, spent one night and left the next day, instead of our plan of 4 nights. The room was a twin, even though we booked a double. The room stank of mold and the bathroom smelled like old urine. There were weird stains on the bed sheets that looked like old rust or blood and hundreds of ants came out of the ceiling of the bathroom at night. We asked to cancel our reservation and they charged us 4000 php (70 euros) for the night. This was an absolute dump. We wound up going to One Crescent Place which was just up the road. It was cheaper and far far better. The only positive was the staff was nice. I wouldn't normally complain about this stuff when traveling, but the price did not match the quality and charging us an extra fee was disrespectful.

The room was neat and spacious (# 2). Everything worked properly: AC, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hot and cold shower, and the bar fridge. The beds were big enough to share comfortably with another person. Complimentary breakfast is served in front of the beach. They also have some umbrellas, mats, and beach towels, that the guest could use anytime. In my opinion, there are a few things that could still be improved (like having bed-side tables on EACH side or having a hairdryer, or control of the noise whenever other guests talk so loudly that could easily be heard from our room), but I still believe that they deserve a 5-star-rating because of their wonderful staff who are very nice and accommodating. They are quick to answer questions and would even return your call. They also give suggestions on what-to-do in the island or where can we buy cheap water for drinking. They also assist in carrying luggage and help in getting a ride to the port. Our first-time visit to Boracay had been memorable not only because of the majestic beach but also, our experience at Mr. Holiday hotel. Thank you Mr. Holidays Hotel!

MR Holidays Hotel is a perfect place for just having a place to sleep while you enjoy the paradise that is Boracay. The room is value for money. It was neat and well kept. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon payment, there was prompt acknowledgement from the staff. They were communicating the whole time to ensure I had everything I needed for the transfers. It was just 30 meters from the beach front in a cozy cul de sac between discovery shores and admiral hotel.

The hotel is not too classy BUT the room is just big enough and clean, nice beds and restroom/bathroom. Location going to the hotel from the main road is a bit far..you have to walk .40 kilometers= 400 meters at least.. The advantage of this hotel are: a) price not too expensive B). Location few meters from the beach c). Location is at Station 1 where the beach area are not too crowded

hotel well located but beware some rooms are very small. the living room corresponding to a single armchair in the room or landing, the cabinet has a low furniture. When we arrived, the owner gave us a room that did not match our reservation. it took a Régine to get the room booked! No view on sea

Knowing Boracay had been closed for some time for a massive clean up oporation I knew there was going to be some work still to be done, but I wasn't prepared for just how much. The road from the ferry into town & the hotels wasn't finished & most of the buildings were just shells. The only way to our hotel was a 200m walk along the beach, I was glad I was carrying a rucksack & not pulling a suitcase. The beach was something else, stunningly beautiful. We arrived at sunset so all the sailboats were out on the water & there were hundreds of people enjoying the view. Interestingly all those people vanish during the day & the beach is virtually empty. Our room was basic, but very clean & the bed was comfy. To look out of the window you had to stand on the bed but the only view was of more construction which started at 7am, for this & a dog barking all night we asked to change rooms. The hotel staff were as accomadating as they could. Breakfast was included in my room rate & was clearly written on my bookings form. The restaurant was detached from the hotel only by 30m or so but was set right on the beach with the most perfect view for breakfast, or any meal. The breakfast choice was very limited & was made even more do by the fact that we don't eat red meat. When I asked to substitute the meat for another egg I was informed that breakfast was only covered to the cost of 100ph (there was nothing on the menu for 100ph) & there would be a charge, this was the 2nd day! On speaking to the reception at the hotel she said the restaurant should have informed us. To which I told her our breakfast is included, not part included & I wasn't expecting a bill at the end of our stay. The next morning we were presented a much condensed breakfast menu option. & not good options. The hotel is situated at the north end of a 4km beach which was fine by us as we like to walk so we had a quite location, apart from previously mentioned & could walk to the busier end if wanted. To fully enjoy Boracay I would recommend to wait a further 6-18mths to let the island complete their work.

Airconditioning issue and staff courtesy: Stayed two nights, old airconditioning malfunctioned the entire second night. No apology from any of the staff. Misleading ad: Booked deluxe room from Agoda which indicated "Beach view". Upon check in, we were given deluxe room with no beach view. When I told the staff at the front desk about the beach view indicated in Agoda, they transferred us to another room with very limited view of the beach (see photo). Location: Too far from main road, 400m walk along the beach. You wouldn't want to carry your luggage that far on sand. Given the price of their deluxe rooms, you will be better off with actual beachfront resorts. If budget is limited, there are several other resorts that are not beachfront but with a lot better room and facilities.

We stayed here for a week with my friends. They have welcome drinks! And the staff are really friendly and professional. The room we chose was good for 6 pax and it is spacious. The hotel is only a few steps away from the beachfront. Their beach bench was situation on the first row of the beach which I really liked. They have a complimentary breakfast of your choice. I think the only downside part of our stay was the mosquitos! And also their bathroom sliding door needs to be replaced or repaired.
