My stay was during typhoon Ursula which had knocked out electricity and phone signal. Despite the tough conditions, the Ferra staff worked tirelessly to keep guests comfortable and did it all whilst keeping a smile on their faces and a happy attitude throughout. The hotel itself had a backup generator which helped the situation and the staff were very well organised and responded amazingly. The hotel staff even took the time to accompany guests to other parts of the island to try and find phone signal for them, using the hotel vehicles to move people around safely. They went above and beyond anything I could expect in the circumstances and offered this sort of help without being asked to do so which is a reflection of the fact that they are always thinking of their guests because they enjoy doing so, they don't just wait to be asked.
The hotel itself is modern, well maintained and clean. The rooftop pool is great and the breakfast and food in general is also really good. It’s located somewhat between both White and Bulabog beaches which is good if you want a mix of the water sports, pristine water and sand offered between the two. Being slightly away from the main cafe and restaurant road, it also means the hotel is close to a few of the smaller and more unique cafes and restaurants which you might not otherwise visit. It's a great location.
A great place with an amazing group of staff making it such an enjoyable place to have a holiday, I will go back.
We had initially booked the Garden Suite, but were unsatisfied with it, since it is located on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. Since breakfast is available from 6:00am, you will be woken up by noises and voices from 5:30am, if you have a light sleep. We were then able to switch to the Corner Suite (one category below) without any problems. The room is even bigger and everything was great! So if you have a light sleep and can live without the bathtub, you are better advised with the normal suite. Special thanks to the girls at the front desk and restaurant for an everyday smile and excellent service in any case!
Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
I really appreciate the extra effort they made decorating our room as a suprise to my husband's birthday and son's moving up without charging us extra 😊
Moreover, we are delighted and so touch that they had put an extra effort to prepared a celebratory cake and sung a birthday song for both my husband's birthday and to my friends upcoming birthday without requesting it.
Overall, we are really satisfied during our stay.
From the bottom our hearts, thank you for making our stay comfortable.
Kudos to team Ferra!!
Will highly recommend Ferra Hotel to my colleagues.
We were 7 persons in total. We had two twin beds in every room (we got 2 rooms by the way), when we checked in they asked us for extra payment for the said extra person even though we have enough beds for everyone to sleep in. Imagine us staying there for 4 nights a total of 6k pesos were asked of us coz of the said extra person. So only 6 person were able to stay in so I had to let my younger brother to stay with some friends of ours who were also in boracay for vacation. That was the first time that I encountered a policy like that. 4 person was in one room 2 person was in another room and the extra person (my younger bro) was not allowed to checked in with us. we had extra twin bed for no one to use -_-
NOTE: Make sure you list down all people whos gonna stay in the room if youre planning to check in to this hotel. Staff was nice at first but eventually when we had arguements regarding the policy they were not as kind. and also dumb policy which doesnt really make sense. Not family friendly too (not considerate with families)
The hotel's location is really convenient. With just a five-minute stroll, you'll find yourself at Station 2 of Boracay's front beach, where food stalls, a mall, and a lagoon are also nearly located. Moreso, whether you're chilling on the front beach or seeking adventure on the back beach, this hotel is an ideal place to stay.
The hotel staff are all amazing. They have superb Filipino authentic hospitality. They are all friendly and customer-oriented especially to the children.
The hotel's Ruf Restobar serves delicious food with a side of stunning sunset and night views. It's the perfect spot for couples, families or a group of friends looking for a gastronomic adventure. Plus, they've got a dip pool.
The amenities are all functioning. We have an air-conditioned twin bedroom with a private bathroom and television, a sala with a table, sofa, and TV as well. The room also includes a sink, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Additionally, WiFi access is available.
Ferra Premier Hotel is highly recommended for everyone who is visiting or will be visiting Boracay Island.

Breakfast is rich, Recommendation French toast and snacks!
But the cleanliness and room supplies, equipment and so on to be strengthened, the first night we stayed there was a storm, and the water heater seems to have some problems, the temperature of the water is cold and neglected...
The spare parts are also not as sufficient as on the website, such as haircuts, slippers, etc... recommended or ready to carry yourself.
But according to this price of the individual feel still calculated, the above comments for reference only ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
