If you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Boracay this is the place to be. The location, the room, the staff and the hotel itself are all good! It took us 3-5 mins going to the beach from the hotel. It has also a common kitchen which is very family friendly.

I was about to say "you get what you paid for" since all I needed was a bet to sleep and a place to work away from home. I stayed here for 2 nights. I booked via their Facebook Page and I was quoted a price so then I confirmed the booking and sent 50% downpayment as required to secure the room. The check-in part was okay...typical nice staff. I did not complain that they put me on their ground-most room, right beside their reception desk, with my window literally facing a sidewalk. And windows were not tinted either. In short, the only privacy given was a lock on my door and window curtains. They never heard from me though like I had to check y windows sooo frequently just to make sure that no one on the streets are peaking at me. Located inside the room was a booklet with all the typical house rules stuff, "complimentary" breakfast menu etc in which I availed typically. It all went horrible during my checkout time after I turned over the room keys when the receptionist was asking me to pay for the 2 breakfasts I had... In which I asked why because it was mentioned clearly that it was "complimentary". She then said it was not and that the room rate I paid do not include it. They further explained as if it was my fault that I did not ask for it and trying to justify everything as a simple "miscommunication"... I'm like Its not my job to know what I should be getting since I booked a room, then you tell me what should I be getting. And for the record, I wouldn't mind paying for those meals if they were at least good BUT NO! I could've at least eaten outside where the prices are justified... I ended up paying for that 2breakfasts just to get out of that establishment because I can't stay in the island forever just to wait for these staff to admit their mistakes.…

Clean place and a very welcoming and accomodating staff. Bedsheets and towels.smell.clean. wifi are fast. The only downside is yaht it is not beach front. But nevertheless yhe beavh is just 5 -8 minutes away when you walk. Area seems okay. But yhye best experience We have are the staff. Kudos to the staff of Cool Stay Inn. You don't have to spend higher price if you have those smiling faces.

I like the friendly environment and the cleanliness of the hotel. What I like best is the kitchen with free use of all utensils and free gas. Food in Bora are expensive so it is so wise to stay in Cool Stay In with a chance to save money by cooking your own food.

Overall, our stay here was really great. We got the family room, it is spacious for us (5 adults and 1 kid). You can cook your meals in the room, specially for breakfast because they don't offer one. Thank youu CSI!

Cool Stay Inn is such a wonderful place to stay in. The room is very clean and the staffs are very accommodating. It's also affordable and you can really save.In this time, we need to be more practical since we don't stay in the room for too long, much better choose an affordable yet has excellent services. I enjoyed a very happy 1 week stay at Cool Stay Inn in May 2022. The room was large, clean, and (based on appearance) newly constructed/renovated. The bathroom was very good (high quality electric hot shower with good water pressure). The bed / mattress was very comfortable, with clean bright white sheets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a few minutes easy walk (500m) to White Beach / D'Mall on a paved and well maintained road, where you'll find all the restaurants and activities. Overall, a great option offering very good value for money. I would happily choose Cool Stay Inn again, if I am lucky enough to be able to return to Boracay. Many thanks to all the team!

I stayed in Cool Stay Inn for 10 days last April 16-25 and I am very delighted. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing, too. They went over and beyond to help make my stay in Boracay enjoyable. Took advantage of the hotel location- 5mins walk to D'mall (which is the heart of Boracay were shops are located and alot of good restaurants to eat) I like how close it is to Epic bar which is my personal favorite to have drinks and wait for Boracay's sunset😊 I am now back in Manila and I already recommended this hotel to my friends who's planning a trip next month. Definitely booking again at Cool Stay Inn, next time will be with my family.

5/5 If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay at Boracay, this is it. The room has a kitchen area inside and it has complete things that you need for cooking. It's very convenient also since it is located in a residential area, so if you have something to buy, it's just easy to look for it. It's also near D Mall and station 1. Just a 10-12 mins walk. Surely a great place to stay. Hope to be back!
