We visited Boracay one year after saying we would never go back just to see if the forced closure had corrected things. The beach and water now are the best they have been in 20years of going there. Clean beach and crystal clear water with no signs of the pollution. However the Airport and ferry terminal are really poor. We stayed at this resort last year and commented that is was a very friendly comfortable little resort 50m from the beach but it needed maintenance. Unfortunately this has not been done and in fact is worse. Our room was nice but lots of things neede fixing. The sliding door is difficult to open, bed light was broken, phone would not work, hot water system in adequate and soap dispenser did not work. Nothing that could not be fixed easily and therealways seemed to be staff standing around doing nothing instead of maintaining the rooms. Breakfast was good, postion great and staff excellent but PLEASE fix the rooms and you would be 5 star.

Location is perfect. Just in front of the police station. Few steps away from 7 eleven and beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Service wise though, its very poor. Staff were not polite, nor friendly. Stayed in suite for 3 nights and nobody came to my room to do a housekeeping. Heater wasn't working during the first night. WiFi is not reliable at all. Breakfast is not much either.

First it didnt start good,i went there in the morning for asking for an early check in (i was staying in another resort) it was about 09:30 ,and they told to look at that,,went back there att 11:15 and tried to check in, but they told the room was not ready,so i sat down for an hour and i fellt that will not work,so i went to mcdonalds and came back about 1:00 and sat down and waiting again ,10 minutes after i sat down an american come inside and wanted to look at the rooms, and after looking he could check in directly,,,, thats not nice to other costumers, the rooms are ok,small but ok i had a room agains the police station and thought that will be nice, but the police cars and motobikes went back and forth all night and lots of people there to for complaining about things so ,try to get a room away from the alley and facing the police station, location very good ,breakfast little poor but ok its included, maybe will be back in the future, slow wifi sometimes

hotel location was just 2-3mins walk from the beach and adjacent to a 24/7 convenient store. They are strict in their check-in time. and hotel do not have a lift nor an escalator. Free breakfasts are served in ala carte. rooms are nice for two persons.

There was some confusion as the photo is not the current resort. It is a previous one of the same name. Apart from maintenance problems this is a nice resort close to the beach - 30 secs with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is the maintenance of the rooms. On arrival we found 2 lights not working-fixed,ceiling fan-broken,toilet had a broken seat and was running continuously and the sliding door not working properly. The mirror in the bathroom needs replacing and the cleaning staff need to improve their standards .As it is being renovated there is possibly some excuse but needs to be fixed. The small restaurant served good food and was clean and efficient. Overall a good place to stay and should get better

CONS-Upon opening the main door the room smelt damp and musky but I assumed it would go once I open the small balcony door and let fresh air in. The smell was actually was coming from the bathroom and never went away. I ended covering all the drain outlets with wet toilet paper to stop the smell coming up from the drains. I woke after the first night with a dry cough from the aircon, I opened the cover of the indoor unit and found the filters were filthy and caked in dust they have not been washed in years. I used the hand held shower to wash them out and reinstalled. Fitted sheet and light blanket on bed only no top sheet. WiFi pointless so slow PROS-Room size is not to bad and room generally like the photos. Close to station 2 and 3, 7-11 across the road, If rooms were better maintained the hotel would be good for the price as the rate was reasonable. I would not stay here again

I was impressed with the modern design of the room. . With it's cheap price i was just expecting an ordinary room, the bathroom have a bathtub (so its a plus). The room have a balcony where you can hang your wet cloths (another plus) . The location of the hotel is just in front of 7eleven store and a police station, also just a walking distance going to the beach (we can see the beach from the room *201) . It was a good decision the we chose the second floor room but it was near to the road and very noisy, i recommend to choose the room that is opposite from the room. I hope the maintenance of the hotel would fix the vent of the bathroom. I find it not working . When we first enter the bathroom its a little smelly... a little air fresh might help. Over all.. i would still recommend this hotel.

(+) Stayed 5d4n. It's our 3rd time in Bora and 1st time to stay in Alice, hotel seems new or newly renovated, clean, very comfortable to stay, infront of police station and 7eleven, tapa king, henlin. There's a convenience store at the ground beside the hotel with carenderia. Less than a minute to the beach. Our room is clean with veranda, has invitingly comfortable bed, Tv, Cold split type AC, ref, CR with bathtub, with cabinets for garments and food storage. (-) Not all staffs are friendly and approachable. Room attendants doorbelled then said "make up room" w/o greeting any, after that they didn't inform that make up room is done already, they just passed by. The rest are friendly except for one in the kitchen and one at the frontdesk.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, the staffs are friendly, they always greets you and gives what you need in the room. Breakfast was plated but good. Room was clean and newly renovated especially the paint, it has many lockers and a mini fridge, tv, bath tub with hot and cold shower and a veranda. Location is safe coz it is in front of Police Station. 7/11 is just in front also and mini supermarket beside of the hotel. Restaurants I can say it's nearby, 5-10 minutes for me going to D' Talipapa for fresh seafoods and D' Mall for variety of restaurants. Unfortunately the swimming pool is no longer exist as shown to their gallery and the hammock outside the room 😔. But a wonderful stay!
