avoid staying here at all costs unless you want a headache. booked 3 rooms here for my team who performed at a wedding in Shangri-la as well as my senior citizen parents. we specifically requested for twin bed rooms but we were given double beds. take note we booked almost a year in advance but I was never informed na Hindi na pala available ung rooms na may twin beds! sa picture lang din maganda ung facilities Ng hotel, in person sadly they are not well-maintained and there was even a foul smell emanating from the meatshop beside the hotel. Ang pangit din Ng road papunta Dito and Ang pangit Lalo Ng entrance halos natatakpan na ung sign ng hotel, mabato at maputik, sobra nakakaturnoff. the free breakfast was average, tinipid Ang serving at di ka makakapili ng gusto mo. the rooms themselves were okay pero di talaga senior friendly ung hotel Kasi andaming stairs paakyat kahit ground floor may stairs parin 😂 tatanggapin ko na sanang malayo ito sa white beach dahil may free shuttle Naman, pero all the inconveniences we experienced just stressed us out even more. the only good thing about this hotel was Kuya Laurence the shuttle driver who was very friendly and accommodating. sad to say first time pa Naman Ng team ko and my parents to visit Boracay and they honestly deserved better. this on the other hand is my 3rd time visiting and this is by far the WORST hotel I have stayed in here. yes, it is a budget hotel and there is a saying we get what we pay for, but even other budget hotels we've stayed in before were way better than this. booking here made me regret my decision and made me think I should have just booked another place near white beach and just rent an etrike going to shang for the wedding. as of this moment, my parents and I transferred to a different hotel in Station 2 for almost the same price point and we were given BETTER treatment pagpasok palang namin. Buti nalang it was my client who paid for our rooms pero kung Ako nagbayad nito baka humingi pako Ng refund. I will NEVER stay here again.…
I'm not recommending this hotel for poorly communicating with our advance booking made last December 2022. We have booked for a total of 18 pax and yet we were left to resolve their LOST BOOKING issue ALONE. WE ARE NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS. YOU CAUSED US LOSING A LOT BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE.
It was nice. Definitely better than our previous hotels. Their amenities are also top of the line. My family enjoyed everything even though we are of different ages. That only shows that this actually helped as relax.
One of the beautiful places that should not be missed. Map family, friends, couple or whatever you are. Nice and clean. You cannot deny that you are in a class Hotel for your loveones. Food are good, many options and all the crew are attentive
We booked the 3 bedroom glamping villa for our trip but was informed fews days before that we will be moved to their other property Villa de Oriente as they double booked on the dates of our stay. We were told of course that it is better and would be enough to fit our family of 9 adults with 2 kids. On the day of our booking, we were told to go first to The Orient Beach, surprisingly, the tryke driver doesn't know where it is, we even asked around other locals but no one knew where it is. When Ajei showed us the villa, it's as if he knew already we wouldn't accept it. First of all, the long tiny eskinita leading to the "villa" is scary, not safe for tourists, the area itself is tucked away from the main road. Second, it only has 2 rooms enough to fit four persons and Ajei said they will just add 1 bed when there was not enough space anymore. Third, the pool is not even a pool, it's just a tiny tub! We wanted to back out the moment we saw the road, moreso when we saw the so called "villa". Not what we paid for! We would have been consoled if the service is good but Ajei just left us there hanging and even promised a refund. Completely unacceptable. Just don't book at this hotel as they treat paid guests this way.…
Definitely recommended☺️ there were minor changes yet they are kind enough to make adjustments and we appreciate Arjay and the Orient Beach staff for going above and beyond, thank you for making our stay extra ordinary ❤️
For a good price this place is nice and the service here is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I recommend this place if you want a affordable place ! They really care about there customers!
The time that we got there. was the time after ursula sow all over the place. It was very devastated. You saw your fellow countrymen in their down state. But of course, we are filipinos you'll never seen in our eyes that there's something bad happened to us. Those smiles plastered on their faces. You still feel the energy coming from them and absorb it also. The only problem that time was there is no means of any communications because of extensive shutdown of power supplies. The only good was happen there was the guests are cooperating and most of them was other race/foreigner.
We got a deserving break the food was good, the staff is friendly best place to unwind very relaxing place definitely I will go back...👍 Orient beach hotel can satisfy and cater their client specially to those looking for a middle range budget hotel
We had an amazing three night stay at The Orient! The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfy bed, air con, bottled water and coffee. The food was really good, and the staff went out of their way to cater for me being a vegetarian. We had a poolside and rooftop dinner with a grill, and staff made us drinks by the pool. There’s also a free shuttle that takes you to the beach throughout the day which was amazing! The best part was the in room massage that was organized for us. Absolutely incredible and highly recommend! Staff are so friendly and kind, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
