The minute you enter their premises you will instantly feel warm and cozy. The staff feels like they are family, genuinely concern about our needs and is always pleasant to speak and deal with. The room is spotless and the sheets and pillows are immaculate as well. We were able to relax and unwind throughout our stay.

Good accommodation and transfer services. Food in the restaurant above average acceptable taste level, price food range within the average level. Noise from the bar esp at night should be given proper care of the management.

Beautiful little beach-front hotel with clean spacious rooms and excelent staff and service. Absolutely loved the location - right in the heart of station 2 near all the fun stuff and D-mall. Loved the views from the hotel room. Only downside was the bathroom is a bit small and the entire bathroom got wet every time we showered. But that is a very small concern given all the pluses. Would definitely recommend this as the go-to hotel when going to Boracay!

Excellent hotel. The staff was amazing. So helpful after we expressed concern about our room (smell). They upgraded our room overlooking the pool with an ocean view. The pool was so refreshing. Breakfast was great. The musicians playing acoustic music were very talented. Cruise ship folks would love them. Highly recommended!

We stayed at their Grand Pool Side for 5 days and it was very beautiful. The service is superb from your arrival to your stay to your departure from your hotel. All their staff are very accomodating and all are ready to assist you. It was my birthday when we went to Boracay and the hotel prepared a cake in our room. The location is perfect too, they are in the center of everything. Very near to D'Mall and just minutes away from Astoria for those who booked activities through Klook. We booked a stay with free breakfast and I can say it's a very good decision. Not that much food selection but enough to keep you full until lunch. Pool is cleaned every morning. You can borrow beach towels and beach mat in their front desk. One concern is the room design. There was no door separating

This is my second time staying at this beachfront resort. I booked the deluxe room for my husband and myself. It was a decent-sized room with good AC. No view but that was my choice. The rooms were quiet as we were on the third floor. I loved the breakfast buffet - different items were offered each day. Everything was delicious for me! But the biggest thing that makes me come back are the staff. They are very courteous and always have smiles on their faces.

It was my first visit to Boracay with my cousins from US. We definitely made the right choice of staying at Mandarin Island Hotel Boracay! They gave us rooms with pool view & beach front! Who could ask for more! The rooms are clean and spacious! The breakfast buffet is so good and so sumptuous! What tops them all is their excellent service & respecful staff!

If you want a beachfront hotel, access to a pool by your room, restaurant, music, and a close vicinity to the numerous shops and food spots, then look no further than Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel. I got two rooms: a Family Room and a Deluxe Room by the pool. We were on the 1st floor so we had easy access to go to the beach, hang out with each other, enjoy the nightly live music, and order room service without hesitation. This accessibility made everything easier for us, especially having little kids. STAFF I want to commend the manager Israel, for attending to our needs and ensuring that my wife was surprised with her birthday cakes (she received 2!). He "colluded" with me on this surprise and let's just say it exceeded her expectations - she felt very special. I would
