We love Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel. They have the nicest staff. Polite, honest and friendly. I love how they maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and the good vibes they bring. I would like to thank the General Manager, Ms. Lily Po for the excellent accomodation and discount. She's very hands on and you will really feel you are taken care of. We are so in love with the Grand Suite! Oh the ocean view is so relaxing! Totally worth it. Its beautiful, it feels like home. We cant wait to go back.

Just came back from this hotel. I can't think of anything negative to say. Our room was by the pool, so it's a little pricey than the other rooms and other hotels in the area. This hotel has great location in Station 2, about a minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and fresh. The staff was awesome, it's obvious they have great training. Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones. Evening entertainment will fill you up, together with buckets of beer. Please arrange your airport transfer with the hotel, something that you won't regret. Kudos to Marlon, Israel, and to the Resident Manager, Ms. Lily Po and to the whole staff. Will surely return next year.

Without doubt the best hotel in Boracay! I had the pleasure of staying at the Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel for 2 weeks and it was one of the best vacation experiences I have had to date. The hotel rooms are immaculate, the food exceptional and above all the staff are some of the most professional you will ever come across. All aspects of my stay were truly amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a vacation in Boracay. Thank you to Lily Po and her exceptional team. I hope to see you all again very soon! Lewis King

On behalf of my family, I would like to say thank you for making our stay at your hotel memorable. We’ve been to Boracay countless times already and choosing your hotel during this trip was indeed an excellent choice. The whole staff (reservation, boat transfer, front desk, housekeeping, resto and basically everyone) were polite, friendly and accommodating. All of them made us feel at home. The place itself was beautiful and very clean and food was great too. I’d rate our experience as 5/5. We had a great stay here and we will choose Mandarin again in our succeeding trip to Boracay. Kudos to the whole Mandarin family.

Boracay Mandarin has given us a great experience since we are celebrating my mom's birthday. From warmest welcome from all the staff ( they were all very accommodating * receptionist, coordinator, driver, resto staff and most esp. the manager) to scrumptious dining experience from their breakfast to dinner. Aside from this, the location of the resort was really convenient since its just a minutes away from d'mall, d' talipapa and many more. I really commend the management for arranging this trip from our arrival at caticlan port until we go home. less hassle and very safe. Thank you so much Boracay Mandarin for this wonderful experience!

The location of the resort was really convenient as it was in Station 2. Really close to DMall and was within 5-10 minute walking distance to restaurants, watersports, and all that! We stayed in the ambassador suite and it was a really great room! It had a great view of the sunset and it was very comfy! Had all the basic toiletries as well! The breakfast buffet could use some work as it wasn't as tasty. It was good to some extent but I do believe it could be improved especially since Don Vito, the restaurant at the resort had great food but breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The resort had an acoustic set up on some nights and it goes on for quite some time and you might hear it from your room depending on where you're staying. They were great performers though haha! Really

At 63, my 1st time in boracay, I should say that hotel choice spells the difference. The manager extends every effort to make our stay comfortable & all the staff are attentive as well. The location is perfect! I feel safe despite the pandemic.
