The Place was wonderful and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They made our stay very memorable and meaningful. The only downside of the surrounding was the area has too many people. Too crowded for my liking. Everything else was a great experience.

Good hotel service and the staffs are very accomodating. We were welcomed with a drink and cold towel. The rooms are clean and cozy. One of the best hotels in Boracay! It’s a beachfront hotel where you can enjoy your breakfast with view. Will be back soon.

Could not fault the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. We had a slight issue with the room and the staff were onto it straight away and moved us to another room with no issues at all. Location is fantastic in station 2 right on the beach with some really nice views if you are on the second or third level. I would stay here again if I was to come back to Boracay.

Excellent service and amenities. The staff were quite helpful and were always courteous. The food was satisfying as well and had a wide selection which catered to both adults and young children. Price point is reasonable and we were able to get our money's worth.

We booked 2 rooms but during the first night one of the rooms had cockroach a big one! Then on the 2nd day the other room also had cockroaches (2 of them). TV wasn't working on both rooms to think we had the grand pool room its not like a standard room we didnt mind it as we were out all the time but at night it was nice to have the tv working. Staff we're really accommodating but the property needs to have a renovation. I work in the tourism industry and a 5 star hotel doesnt look like that and doesn't have cockroaches.

The staff were so friendly and catered to our needs, the amenities were great and when you buy the transfer, they really take care of you from start to finish! The views were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and being so close to the beach was so great. I really recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time. The live music was also very nice and not disturbing at all, we were still able to sleep early if we needed to.

We spent 2 weeks at Mandarin Island, where we go every year between December and January. The best to choose in Boracay considering the location, the super professional and friendly staff, impeccable service and atmosphere. More than a hotel, Mandarin Island is a cosy place where you feel really at home. Highly recommended, we book next April for the end of 2024 without hesitation. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a great time. The room was fine, and we even got an upgrade ! Breakfast was excellent and there was very good live music entertainment in house. What made this hotel very special was the exceptional service provided by Israel, the Guest Relations Manager. I have traveled extensively over many years staying in first class hotels, but I have never been more impressed than with him. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured we had a fabulous stay here. Well done !
