I really appreciate that all the staff are very accommodating and warm. They always greet you with a smile and will never hesitate to help you in any way they can. When you arrive you will be welcomed with a cold towel to refresh and disinfect and it comes with a welcome juice. The food in their resto are very good. Their stove baked pizza are the best! Good Job Boracay Mandarin Hotel🧡🧡🧡

The best hotel in Boracay: clean, helpful personnel, fine breakfast, excellent facilities, and just a step away from the world-reknown Boracay beach: fine and super clean sand and super clean waters with an unbelievable beautiful sunset.

Stayed in this great hotel last June 16-20. Ms. Lily the GM is very accommodating and helpful, making our hotel transactions very smooth. She’s also very considerate and hands on in handling our booking from arranging our transfers to reminding us of the preparations we need to do like getting QR codes. Our room, Grand Deluxe Poolside, though good only for 2 were arranged to fit all 6 of us, and indeed, its still very comfortable. Breakfast were good too! Location is great because it’s in the center where all good food are just around the corner. The pool is safe for kids too because a lifeguard was there all the time. We’ve been to Boracay many times but this is the one we enjoyed the most because it’s very convenient. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel because they have

Wonderful and staff is so nice, The manger greeted us on arrival and departure which was very nice gesture. They had live music every afternoon and every night. ( Just a little loud if you want to sleep before 12 pm.

The Mandarin is centrally located steps away from the "D Mall" ~ where everything is! It's front beach property - walk out of the restaurant area and the white sandy beach is RIGHT there. Our room was the Premier Deluxe Sea View, it was an incredible view and it did not disappoint. The room was big, clean and elegant. The bed was so comfortable with many pillows, the room had a safe and a great AC. Our 5 days went by so quickly. The restaurant's food was incredible. not to mention the breakfast was included. Most of the staff are very friendly but very strict at the morning breakfast buffet. Make sure you wear your mask and use the correct utensil placed for the food it was intended for. The staff otherwise are the friendliest (Israel was incredible by anticipating our needs)
