From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly and efficient front desk staff. Our family stayed at the Juanito suite for 3 days. Our suite was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The view outside our suite was spectacular as we have our own large veranda with a small pool, sitting area and lounging chairs overlooking the coconut tree lined white sand beach front. The room service from staff was excellent and all staff were courteous everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is located conveniently at the center of station 2 and only a 5 min walk to the D’mall. They have great staff that made our transfer service to and from the airport convenient, prompt and reliable.

Beauty, comfort, and good vibrations—these are what I got from staying in Boracay Mandarin. The moment we touched down Aklan, Boracay Mandarin took care of us by sending their well-mannered and efficient staff to pick us up. I literally did not have to hold my check-in baggage again, let alone carry it. The staff did everything for us: got our luggage, carry them, and place them in the luxurious van Boracay Mandarin sent for us. Just when I thought that first van was impressive, the motorboat that Boracay Mandarin sent to fetch us from the port wowed me—it was so huge, clean, and comfortable. From the port, another luxurious van was sent for us, this time to bring us to the hotel itself. Upon reaching the hotel, we were welcomed by more well-mannered and efficient staff, which was something usual and expected when going to tourist destinations. However, what is impressive is how the staff of Boracay Mandarin stayed well-mannered and efficient throughout our 3-day stay—for the ten thousand times I passed by their hotel lobby from the pool to the smoking area, they appeared to be nothing less than pleasant and respectful. Even the security personnel were respectful even when I was lounging in the smoking area wearing nothing but a bikini; never in my entire stay in Boracay Mandarin did I ever feel unsafe and disrespected. I don't know about you but more than the big, comfortable, clean beds; cool, air-conditioned room; working television; high-speed internet; and other amenities, what I am looking for in a hotel is how it makes me feel while I am on vacation. And Boracay Mandarin truly made my vacation with my family extra special. It enhanced the beauty of the time I get to spend with my loved ones. The room I stayed in was one of the few that is overlooking their beautiful pool, the elegant restaurant that always had live musicians playing in the afternoon until midnight, and of course, the beach accented by the beautiful palm trees by the shore... And as a "tita", I spent some time on that balcony, quietly enjoying my alone time, and my, that view plus the live music healed a part of my soul that needed just that. <3 Truly, choosing Boracay Mandarin was one of the best decisions my family made. It provided us beauty, comfort, and convenience from the moment we stepped on Aklan up until we left. If you're like me and you anticipate spending some alone time in your hotel room balcony just looking at the view, inhaling the majesty that is Boracay, consider Boracay Mandarin, especially the rooms that are overlooking the pool (the ones that can be seen in their photo)... trust me, it is worth it! <3 - Lovelots, Sabrina

The food is delicious, the staffs are friendly, there are many places to visit nearby, they have amazing buffet food for breakfast, and the hotel is near the beach. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

This is truly a 5-star establishment that provides 5-star services! The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was always delicious. And the amenities were very high-quality. And they helped us set up our ride to the airport. Will be coming back and staying here again!

I could not stop myself from writing a letter of appreciation to your esteem hotel “Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel” for making our stay in the top memorable stays to share with friends and family for years to come. We were staying at your property from May 5th, 2023 to May 12th, 2023 and I was there with my fiancée celebrating our recent engagement to one another. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Manila (Conrad and Grand Hyatt) just to name a few. No other hotel compares to Mandarin Island Hotel when it comes to staff going above and beyond to accommodate your every need to feel like a VIP. I must say that all the requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the highest quality service level I have experienced in my 29 years working for the US Government and being schooled on Presidential protocol etiquette in hospitality area for VIPs. From the time of booking Ms. Dylan and Lili were true experts and asking all the right questions and providing the perfect accommodations with choosing the right room (Ambassador Suite) and requesting the private transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by Mandarin driver to transport us to Mandarin private jet boat. I was highly impressed when I was greeted by the Hotel General Manager Lili (this was icing on the cake VIP treatment). We were then transported by private hotel vehicle to a private entrance to the hotel. We were in total aww!! Hard to believe service can better than our arrival, but I stand correct, because service just did that, get better!! For example, every morning at breakfast Ms. Exzelen and Mr. Israel (Managers), Kathleen (server) would setup a table for us with the best view of the beach every morning. Another example of the awesome service, Mr. Jeff (night manager) and Jenson (server) made sure our wine glass was never empty, they both even went out of their way to exchange our seats for more comfortable seats. My Fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our dream vacation stay. The Mandarin Island Hotel staff makes this the top luxurious stay for us and we will certainly recommend Mandarin Island Hotel to all our family and friends.

We stayed May 15-18, 2023 with a group of 7 family members and had a great time! From the booking process, everything went smoothly and online staff were very helpful. We booked via email from Toronto. Airport transfer was fast, personal and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to add this to the booking. We were greeted warmly by the GM Ms. Lily and made to feel like family from the get go. This level of service was maintained by all her staff! Rooms were big, clean and updated. Fridge and safe were very handy. We requested great views and our rooms 318 & 320 didn’t disappoint! The connecting door was handy too for our group. Front desk also connected us with Gretchen and MJ with Triple R tours for our day trips and they were amazing! All in all a perfect vacation for our family and we will definitely be back!

Location, it was a beachfront hotel near D’mall. Since they were totally booked when I tried to make a week-long reservation, we only stayed for three days and two nights before moving on to a nearby hotel. The premium room where we stayed was on the left side and had a ocean view. They have complimentary slippers, and tote bag which I always bring when I go out the beach. The bathroom contains a bathrobe, by the way, hehe. and I adore the shower heater because it was so simple to switch from hot to cold to hot. The food was buffet style and it was delicious. I love the coffee and all food served was good. If you want hot choco and pancake you need to request it as this two was not on the buffet table. The only downside is when we checkout, they looking a glass in the bathroom which they say was missing.. When we arrived there is a two glass in the bathroom, one is a tall glass and rocks glass. They looking for a two rocks glass which we didn’t know why they given us those diff two glasses.

As always, Mandarin never disappoint us. Our first stay here way back 2019 on our wedding anniversary came back with our family (11) this May 2023 and they have the best staffs (so professional and friendly). It includes buffet breakfast and private airport transport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet foods are delicious (they changed daily). Professional and friendly staff. Thank you and will definitely stay here whenever we're back in Boracay.
