Excellent service of hotel staff. Fast and efficient shuttle service anytime we requested for drop off and pick-up. They provided snacks daily. Room is very clean. They assisted us from the time we arrived Boracay til our departure. Very satisfied with our overall experience 😊

First trip to Boracay and stayed at Discovery Shores through a recommendation. It was spot on! Hotel facilities were great - food quality and choices, the Sand Bar as well as the 360 Bar served all your favourites, beautiful beach front with the white soft sand you heard about - but by far the best is the staff - attention to every detail that would make your stay easy, special and enjoyable.
The hotel service was beyond or expectation. Love our stay and will definitely stay in their hotel if ever. The food is great as well. Easy access to and from the airport, hassle free. Thank you for making our hotel stay memorable.
My first trip to Boracay was simply amazing thanks to the great services and room offered at Discovery Shores Boracay. The free transfers to and from the airport, free shuttle service, and prompt staff service elevated the my overall experience. Hope to come back here again!
I love discovery shores boracay.. the facility, the easy transfer from port to hotel no need to queue in the jetty port, the food is good and most of all i love SOAK superfood skincare the official skin care product of the resort
Great experience with the family! Boodle fight with excellent service. Hooked up by Mr. Melo Lim and assisted by Julius Joemar Alfred and Alyanna! We even enjoyed the complimentary cucumber juice from the house. Surely recommended!
Positive first - food is great at very reasonable price, beach is fabulous, room is good as well and very spacious but very limited view only, staffs are very courteous. negatives - I agree on the other review that it not the same before. We stayed here about 3 years ago and we like it here because of our great experience. This is the reason we booked here again. But sadly, it's a complete turnaround. We requested for a pandan water and made a follow up after 2 hours and made another follow up but it never came. We also requested for a room transfer because the room is too far from the beach and pool which they agreed. We've made several follow ups.. it was only the time that I've raised my voice and tell them my disappointment that they've made the arrangements to transfer us in another room. And we waited several hours for that. I think they lacked proper coordination among the staffs and they just forgot the request made without making sure that the request is granted. And the price is not cheap, we've paid around 50k for 2 nights only. We've only paid 32k for 2 nights as well to Crimson hotel at station zero and our experience there is great. If you will compare the two resorts,between Discovery shores and Crimson Boracay, I'll definitely go with Crimson because the pool is not crowded unlike in discovery. note that Crimson has several pools and bigger pools as well. And the amenities are far greater in Crimson like the gym, kids area, spa, and other activities. And breakfast buffet choices in Discovery is very limited as compared to Crimson. I never write reviews. it's my first time so I can share my extreme disappointment of staying here at discovery. Better think twice before u book this hotel because it is not cheap and the experience is not worth it…
When I’m Borocay we always go to discovery shores as it’s a great location at station 1. So we decided to book our anniversary dinner at Indigo restaurant. Couldn’t make the booking by phone as it was 2130, so sent an email which was never replied to . Called again and made the reservation. Arrived early to have a sunset cocktail at sands bar, service was terrible ignored for 10 minutes at our seat and another 10 minutes at the bar. This happened on all 3 occasions we had a drink. So we went to indigo and we had a fabulous table, quickly seated, but nobody lit the candles on the table and when asked 1 only was lit. Philip kindly took some pictures for us. The wine list was given and we were left unattended for around 20 minutes. We called the waitress and asked for the house wine, another 15 minutes passed before she came back and said the house wine had run out and was only available by the glass. I asked for the manager and Philip then got invoked and sorted out a bottle of wine. The waitress then brought a dish to the table we didn’t order. Again Philip took control and everything was great, to include an anniversary desert and framed photo. This guy needs promoting, as without him my score would have been 1. I also went to the rest room which had no toilet seat and something floating in the boil, despite the cleaner having been in just a few minutes earlier. Massive amounts of staff training required.…
