The room was clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable. They even sent complimentary snacks to our room each afternoon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The receptionist made sure to check in on us once in a while to see if everything was okay. Food service was a bit slow but overall a great experience. The restaurant may have been understaffed at that time. We were very much satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to couples or families looking to stay at a 5 star hotel.

This must be our 5th time to stay in Discovery Shores and so far they never disappoint us. With the new normal because of the pandemic they made sure to make us feel safe with their protocols in place. Can’t wait to visit again hopefully before the year ends.Still our favorite resort in Boracay!!!

It was our 3rd time to stay at this hotel. We were quite disappointed with how much the service went downhill particularly on their check in process. Although understandably we arrive earlier than our check in time, we felt so uncomfortable knowing other visitors are being accommodated and checking in earlier than us. It was not the same special treatment that we experienced on our previous stays. We were also surprised on how small our room was, which was supposedly a one bedroom premier. we booked the same suite during our first time with discovery shores, but the one we got now was way smaller and so outdated. Service could’ve been way much better. Although understandably, they may be understaffed considering the pandemic, they could’ve at least compensated it with better equal experience for all their guests, at least consider the fact that we are not just first time guests, but part of the discovery elite membership. …

Thanks, Discovery Shores Boracay for making my stay with my friends so fun and hassle-free!! Everyone’s so accommodating and the rooms are perfectly cleaned and sanitized. It feels safe to stay here, which is a big deal given the pandemic. Will for sure come back!!

My family had another amazing and memorable stay at Discovery Shores Boracay. This year's celebration was quite different from the previous years due to the pandemic and safety protocols but the resort still delivered excellent service and fun-filled night.The countdown was held at our respective balconies and yet, the party was no less enjoyable. Thank you to the Discovery Shores family for a week of stay in the best resort in Boracay. We can't wait to be back!
