My wife and I stayed here for part of the time on a 10 day trip to Boracay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the rooms were spotless. I think you would be very hard pressed to find somewhere better for the price. The only thing that might have been better was the location. It is a five minute walk to the beach down a back road which is not bad, but I think I would have preferred somewhere right on the beach. It was a minor issue for me, and compared to how good everything else was there, it should probably be overlooked. It is an extremely comfortable place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We arranged a transfer ahead of arrival which is a good idea as from Caticlan it's a tuk tuk , ferry then tuk tuk ride. Station 3 is the quiet end of town, bars and clubs about 20 mins away. Hotel drink on arrivals, very friendly staff at all times, really helpful and smiling. Manager/owner very nice , gave us lots of local advice about places to go and helped us reconfirn our flights back. Hotel itself is fine, lots of stairs so it you have mobility issues, not the pace for you. Family friendly, no sleazy types hanging about and the hotel dog is a hits with kids and adults, very cute, breakfast was extra but cooked well and tasted great. Fab mango smoothies. Room was very clean, good size but basic, missing a few things like a phone, extra pillows etcnbutnim sure you could get that on request. Room above bar but had great sleep all nights. Good budget place if you want somewhere with friendly atmosphere a little way off from the nightlife...

Customer Service is the best! We stayed there last year but missed it this year (fully booked!). But we went to dine there with family and friends and we were again treated with the same service as before! highly recommended! Very nice bed, hot water everyday, free flowing of coffee.. best rate on tours! What more can you ask for?

Turtle Inn is not a beachfront property, but it is just a short walk from the beach. It's located near the quiet side of Station 3. This also means that at night, when you want to sleep, the party sounds can't reach you. It doesn't mean that it's far from where the action is. Stations 1 and 2, are both within walking distance.

My friend and I liked the place so much! I loved the vibe of the place. It's so relaxing. The staff, including the owner, are friendly and accommodating and not overattentive. Upon our arrival, we were offered welcome drinks, which are delicious. Our room (which thankfully was located on the ground floor) was big enough for two people. The bathroom was clean and not cramped. The bed was firm, just the way I like it.

If I have to criticize the place, I'd say that our room can do with another trash can. not that we didn't have any. We had one in the bathroom and just outside the door. But one more inside the room won't do any harm. Also, it may be a good idea to have a place for toiletries in the shower. The regular sized soap holder just won't do when one brings their own toiletries.

Another thing: the room we were given had a connecting door. to the next room. Normally, it doesn't bother me. However, staying next door to us were a Chinese couple who choose to get into a loud argument at night. Which we could hear clearly. Had we understood what they are fighting about, it would have made for a interesting evening.

Overall, I still love the place and would return to it next time I am in Boracay. Tip: their fruit shakes are really, really good! I always request them not to put in milk and sugar, and it still remains excellent!

I booked at the Turtle Inn for the 2nd time in 3 years as I enjoyed it so much the 1st time, there have been a few minor changes but everything was as lovely as ever.
I have extolled their virtues in service /cleanliness/security and all the other great things about the Turtle before.
Here is what is important, after a few days at the Turtle I am struck with fever and infection in my leg
As soon as I let Malyn (owner) and Jeny (sister manager) know they arrange to have me taken to the Hospital, I am admitted and if you are unfamiliar with Filipino hospitals in the Islands they have no facilities down to not even having bottled water. If you require medicine it needs to be purchased from the Pharmacy (not in the hospital) so as a solo traveller unable walk and limited communication abilities I would have been in serious trouble, but Malyn arranges for one of her staff to remain at the hospital 24/7 with me and provide whatever help I needed, she did this for 2 days rotating staff who also brought meals from the Inn as required.
With no improvement I checked out of the hospital and went back to Turtle Inn where Jeny worked on finding early flights back to Australia the best available was 2 days time. In this period the staff continued to look after me and Malyn arranged for Jun to pick up nurses from the hospital to come to me and administer anti-biotic shots every 6 six hours, she also sent Jun to Kalibo for additional medicines more than ½ a day’s trip away.
This was done at no extra expense to me and they even tried to refund me for days not used.
I am still in hospital recovering and it is getting better, but it could have been a lot worse but for the exceptional people at the Turtle Inn
Thank you all at the Turtle
Always book direct with Jeny and it will be cheaper less hassles and more fun.

Hope to see you at the Turtle soon.

We stayed 2 nights in January. The owner, Malen and her sister Jenny along with all the rest of the staff were fantastic. They were so friendly and accomodating. The room was spotlessly clean. I am not so sure what another reviewer is talking about that it is not safe to walk around from the beach to Turtle Inn. It really was a short walk from the beach to Turtle Inn on a hillside. Nice walk. The owners have tried to do everything possible to make it nice and easy to find. Super nice and quiet AC in the room. Hopefully they can maintain what they have now until my next trip to philippines.

I stayed at this hotel in late June 2016 after booking through a website. When i arrived i was very happy that the room was of good size, had all that was required, was very clean and very comfortable. They supplied a good breakfast included in the room price and had a good menu for lunch and dinner.
The hotel was close to the beachfront but far enough away that you could get a peaceful nights sleep.
They could get great prices on all the excursions (much cheaper than buying from the beach sellers) and you knew that because they had organised it that you were perfectly safe and would be treated well.
What made this hotel so much more special though was the staff. Everyone from the owner (there every day!) and all the staff were so helpful, so kind, fun and always, always smiling. I felt like part of the family from the moment i arrived and enjoyed many an evening drink with the owner and her colleagues, friends and family.
I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very, very accommodating. It was quite near the beach front so that was definitely a plus. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and the rooms definitely offered privacy for its guests. I would definitely come back to this place the next time we go to Boracay.
