We are currently at Villa Caemilla and so far it has been wonderful. The service in particular has been very good, shoutout to April for great service. We also really appreciate the delicious home-baked cookies brought to our room at night during turndown. The beachside restaurant is my favorite part, since it has great ambience, great food, and gorgeous views. Prices are reasonable as well, main dishes around 8-13 USD. Happy hour is good value as well, buy 1 get 1 free. In addition, they have events, like tonight there was a beautiful performance by a singer with guitar. Last night was the buffet, along with awesome traditional dance performance.

No beach beds due to the new regulations, but they do have towels and mats for you. Ocean is great to swim in and gorgeous.

We chose a modest room and it is spacious enough, but the decor and atmosphere is very basic. Bed is comfortable but not luxurious. We did appreciate the fact they offer reasonable rates on washing/drying laundry. Wifi is decent as well. The room seems very decent for what you are paying for.

Overall location is nice as well, as it is not loud and not overrun by people walking past.

Great choice for Boracay. We highly recommend it.

My family’s very particular on cleanliness, space, and food. Villa Caemilla delivers. We were a family of 5 with a senior citizen and teens. Their room 203 was perfect for us. We had 2 sofa bed and 1 king bed . We had very spacious living and dining area where we ate and worked or took classes. The bathroom is clean and was less maintenance. Floor was black granite, non slippery so its safe, had 2 sinks, 1 bathtub jacuzzi, and 1 shower. The bathroom has wide windows that you can open and a very good exhaust. They give you metal water canister so you can refill it. They have coffee pods in the room. Small fridge is sufficient for drinks. Aircon is good. Bed is awesome.
Food - limited but you tasty and well prepared. You can buy fish from the locals who pass by and ask them to cook it for you for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is per plate but good serving size. We recommend the VC breakfast (bacon, 2 eggs, pork and beans, pandesal, and drink). Other options: waffle, longganisa, tapa, omelette. The cocktails…surprisingly good. We love the La Lavanda and Clover club. The lobby is where you eat, play, hangout, etc. It’s an open area so it is cool and you see the beach.
Location - far from station 2 (around 15 min walk). But there were way less people, less noise, less vendors, etc. We can walk around the area wearing bathing suits and sun bathe without people asking us if we want our hair braided or henna, etc. We were left alone but if you need help, just ask the front desk.

Upon arrival, a coconut drink is offered together with a wet towel and you know: this will be a great stay. And it was, it was truly spectacular. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean , a nice comfortable bed and good service. Daily free homemade cookies with chocolates is a very nice gesture.
The restaurant is very good too, the pancakes with fruit is delicious for example. Service can be a little slow at times but friendliness compensates this.
The view on the gorgeous beach is priceless.

My stay in Villa Caemilla was exceptional. It’s the perfect location for those who want to shake off stress and exchange it for happiness. Honestly can’t get a better location. Beach is just steps away from your room so you can always easily take a quick dip, enjoy some cocktails, and return to your room without a hassle.

Checkin was really smooth and I really appreciate the quick briefing that they do as they welcome guests. The rooms are nice, spacious and very clean. Every staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Their daily free homemade cookies with chocolates was a nice touch. The food in the restaurant is really good. I went up and down the menu, and everything I tried was on the point. Really recommend for you to try the pizzas.

Certainly the best hospitality experience I’ve ever made. Here’s some magic happening, which is the right mix of exceptional customer experience, the personal touch, generous friendly attitude by each and everyone, quality and location.

I will most definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the experience!

Cheers,
Stefan

At Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel, we experienced to stay in a very comfy and clean, well organized superior deluxe room plus tranquil, well-maintained beachfront and we got it thru their discounted price promo in agoda. Staffs are approachable and accomodating and even allowed us to check-in early on our day 1. On top of it, they also offer assistance in many ways such as taking care of belongings for a while after check-out in our last day so we could spend more time going around boracay while waiting to our flight departure time in caticlan airport.

Can’t praise this place enough. The location at Station 3 is fantastic because you are still a walking distance from all the hotspots but far enough to feel like you have a beach for yourself. The entrance to the ocean, or just the view from the terrace restaurant, are worth more than words can sometimes describe. The rooms are spacious, cosy, and clean, and you even get their branded tumblr upon arrival. 🤗

And the best part? The personnel. So kind and loving that ever morning you just looking forward to get spoiled by them. The food is awesome (chicken burger and chicken wrap are top notch) and they serve one of the best coffees (Illy) in the island.

Big thank you to Mitch, Paul, Marjohn, Greta, Wes, and everyone whose name I can’t remember. I will for sure be back soon!

Ivan

Let me start off by saying out trip to Boracay was complicated in the beginning with the airlines and having to change our trip completely by 2 weeks. During this difficult time, the hotel was more than accommodating and rebooked us with no issue. The hotel more than exceeded my expectorations for hospitality and attentiveness. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We would get our room cleaned every 2 days (because of the sand tracing) and without having to ask they would replace our water jugs and the room would look spotless. Alone the rooms and hotel location guarantees our return to Villa Caemilla.

As for the staff, from day one went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The front desk was a great help with calling taxis for us and booking in room messages. The front desk worker even walked with us to where the taxi was and advised us to tell the taxi to drop us off at the treehouse which later would serve as amazing advice so we wouldn’t have to walk as much! If you want your laundry done, the housekeeping would always return the laundry at a timely manner and they would smell amazing!

Also a quick shout out to the young waitress named Roma at the restaurant that was also so kind and such a ray of sunshine while we would order breakfast.

I would also recommend their homemade ice tea! We had about a dozen each which staying here, so delicious!!!

I've been looking forward to this well-deserved vacation even for a limited amount given to us healthcare workers in this time of pandemic, I'm anxious to book a hotel that will give us some peace and quiet time and fortunately I found Villa Caemilla. Their staffs are great :) the room exceeds my expectation, very comfy bed, lots of space and not so hot shower (my problem with controlling hot/cold showers in hotels) , the location is perfect for those looking for someplace to rest without the noise of people and parties present in Boracay. The beachfront is also perfect especially those who wants to Paraw sail ❤️

The food is okay, haven't tried their cocktails since I don't plan to consume alcohol during the stay. Thank you for your warm welcome and support to us even before our flight 😊

Front desk, house keeping, and rstaurant staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Everything is within reach and takes just minutes, i.e., room service, tours, turn over, drinks, even laundry and rooms smell like sunshine. I want the the fabric softner they use. Property is spotless clean and hase a fantastic beach charm. We stayed iin the garden suite this time and loved how quiet it was a night. We stay here every year because there is no where else on Boracay for the past six years that has given us a five star vibe. Did we mention it was beachfront : )

I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night and I can truly say that thiw will be my go to hotel in Boracay. I have lots of question before I arrive but the Front Desk staff willingly responded to my concerns.

When I arrived, they even gave me a kit which consists of face masks, a TUMBLER, a BAG, alcohol, wipes and perfume. And all I was able to say is Wow! Plus the complete toiletries! And even though I got the cheapest room, it is very spacious and very cozy.

More powera to the staff and management! Your place and the people are one of a kind.
