The service was perfect, the room was perfect, the location was perfect, the food was perfect, everything was perfect!!!!!! I miss it so much. I visited from Korea for five nights and it just wasn't enough. For anyone who wants to be a beach bum, the hotel makes it so easy to just find everything you need there. Beachfront property that provides mats and beach towels, amazing happy hours, delicious food, other restaurants in the area, quieter locale, and most importantly, staff that really really makes sure you feel at home. The staff who worked at the front desk never failed to help with a smile. And the restaurant staff were unbelievably friendly. One bartender took especially good care of me every happy hour. I believe his name was Josh. Thanks for always making my drinks strong! :) I was talking to another gentleman who said he used to frequent another resort until he visited Villa Caemilla and saw how kind the staff was. He was hooked, and now, Villa Caemilla is his Boracay hotel of choice. The staff truly make this place a lovely, warm place to be. Sounds funny to say, but there was a real sense of family within the hotel, and everyone felt comfortable talking to and laughing with each other. It really is a special place. I can't wait to visit again!!!

TERRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY STAFF!!! We booked this hotel weeks before our trip to Boracay via a hotel booking app. We booked three rooms since we were a group of 7 adults. After a few days, we received an email from the booking app informing that the hotel cancelled our booking so we proceeded to book a different hotel. Two days before our trip, we received an email from this hotel asking for our QR codes for the trip. I asked if there's been a mistake since as far as we knew, the booking was already cancelled. The customer service personnel that emailed us informed that only one room was cancelled and refunded, and that they were still expecting us to come and stay in the other 2 rooms for the 3 nights. I told her that we already booked another hotel since they cancelled on us but they said they only cancelled one room and that we can no longer get a refund for the other 2 rooms since we had only two days remaining til the booking date. I raised that it doesn't make sense for them to cancel the reservation for only one room since we cannot really stay in a hotel where we clearly cannot fit (were they expecting our family to stay in different hotels?!) I got frustrated because the hotel staff did not even contact us when they cancelled. We only got an automated email from the booking app. I told them it was their job as hotel customer service to at least personally inform customers about cancellations and offer other arrangements since they know we won't fit in their hotel. It didn't make sense for them to still expect us to stay in the remaining two rooms. Worse was that they only personally contacted us 2 days before our trip. When I raised these, the staff told me it was NOT their responsibility to inform us since we booked thru a booking app. At that point, I just got really mad because that's just plain lazy customer service. They could have at least personally contacted us about the cancellation. I said all these via phone call. After the discussion, the staff informed me (not in a nice way) that they'll just contact the booking app to cancel the reservation since we're not coming anyway. We also contacted the booking app to inform about the agreement and requested them to get in contact with the hotel to finalize the cancellation and refund. The booking app called us using an international number and informed that they cannot contact the hotel. I texted the hotel that the booking app was trying to contact them and even sent the number. During our trip, my mom received an email from the booking app informing that the reservation was not cancelled. Since we were already in Boracay, my mom went to the hotel personally and talked to the staff. She was assured that it was already cancelled on their end and that the booking app was just sending automated emails so she should just ignore it. My mom went there twice during our stay to talk to the staff about the cancellation. Both times she was assured that the cancellation and refund pushed through. They even promised to send an email officially informing that they will honor the cancellation no free of charge as proof. Lo and behold, we got back in Manila but still no email from the hotel. We contacted customer service of the booking app and they informed that multiple attempts (call AND email) were made by different agents to contact the hotel but they never got any reply and that was why we got an email informing that they failed to cancel the reservation. I even double checked the number and email that the booking app used to contact the hotel with the customer service agent and confirmed that those were the active contact details of the hotel. The booking app told us that zero effort on the side of the hotel was made to cancel our reservation and that they were just actually waiting for confirmation from the hotel but since they never got a reply, they failed to cancel and refund us. At this point, we realized the hotel has been lying to us so we called them again. That was when they changed the story and informed that they are still discussing our case internally and cannot yet make a final decision. They also told us that the staff who personally assured my mom on the cancellation was on leave and won't be back for a few days. At this point, we asked to speak to the owner or manager but the staff kept making excuses on why we cannot talk to either. When we finally got hold of the manager (not even sure if she was really the manager), they couldn't deny that they lied to us about cancelling on their side and kept changing the subject. It was only when my dad talked to them that they finally emailed the booking app (we requested to be cc'd in the email and that they send the email while on the phone with us to make sure they will finally stay true to their word). I don't really understand what kind of management this hotel has since we never really got to talk to the owner and there were many instances that the case should have been elevated to management. Just plain bad customer service considering we took time off our vacation to personally talk to them in Boracay but they lied to our faces TWICE. On the other hand, the hotel where we did end up staying provided excellent customer service for just a few hundred pesos more. There were no problem with our booking and they emailed us a full week before the trip to make sure everything is all set and asked if we had any requests. There are FAR BETTER places to stay in Boracay than this hotel.

Good day, Ms. Denise! Hope you are doing well Thank you for taking the time to write this review We believe that we were able to clarify this matter directly to you including Agoda where you made your booking. Our team is doing their best to ensure that guests are assisted accordingly even prior to their arrival. We believe that communication could have been better and that there was a communication with the third party agent but please know that we did our best to stick with the procedure and sort out the situation for you. We still hope that you were still able to enjoy your family holiday in Boracay Island. More safe travels and stay safe!

It was our 1st time to travel since the pandemic so we had high hopes, and Villa Caemilla definitely hit the spot! Communicating with them was easy pre-travel. We arrived early and they let us check-in early and even upgraded our room! The room was well-appointed and it was so comfy we didn't want to leave, but this was a vacation and not a staycation so... Bed was comfy and sheets were soft and fresh. Water pressure was strong. Hand soap, lotion, shampoo/body wash were provided as well as toothbrushes and a shaving kit. Nitpicking but a vanity kit (cotton buds, cotton pads, comb) and bedroom slippers would've been nice. The toilet has a bidet and there's a mini ref in the room (our 2 most important requirements). There's a safety deposit box too. We loved hanging out at the lobby! Especially since happy hour is 12nn-6pm. The drinks are very, VERY good. They have pizza at 50% off during the weekends but we are limiting our carbs. That's one comment we have about the menu: more protein-based bar chow sana like chicken wings/tenders, calamares, etc. Coffee could use some improvement too. Nevertheless, service was good and prompt. The seafood platter was super sulit!!! Neighborhood: there's ample beachfront in front of the hotel, and it doesn't get as crowded as St2. You can ask for a beach towel from the Front Desk. There are some good restos nearby too like the one that serves JT's inasal and a Japanese resto that's always recommended by BOTB. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay there again should we find ourselves planning another trip to Boracay.

Lovely boutique hotel right on the clean, calm beach in Station 3. Staff were excellent and responded to our needs swiftly. We booked a room with a balcony and though the room itself was great and the view of the farm with chickens charming, we unfortunately could not sleep through the roosters’ wake-up call at 5 AM. We transferred for a fee and all was well. Otherwise everything was great from the transfer to the welcome drink to the restaurant offerings and each and every staff member interaction :)

My family and I stayed in Villa Caemilla for 4 days. The service was fantastic! The staff were warm, friendly and efficient. The location too was ideal since it's in a quiet spot in station 3. The beachfront is also not busy so it's really great place to relax. Overall our experience was great and my whole family enjoyed it.

My family from Canada and my friends in the Philippines booked a few rooms at Villa Caemilla. The rooms were clean and the service were excellent. Wendy and Gretel at the counter helped us to checked in at our designated room, they were knowledgeable, fast and welcome us with their warm smile. The staff at the restaurant gave us a welcome drinks and ensure that we were comfortable while waiting for our room keys. Jeabon help us with our luggage and Elma always ensure that our room is clean during our 5 days in the hotel. We witnessed the cleanliness around the area and the staff at the restaurant were great, Leo has a good sense of humor, Roma was polite and was always smiling. We recommend that you stay in this hotel if you want to have an amazing time in Boracay. My family and friends have had an amazing time during our stay.

We had a 6 nights stay at this amazing hotel. They met us with local buko welcome drink, help us with transportation from the airport the day we arrived and back to the airport the day we checked out. Airlines lost our luggage and the hotel assisted us with the pick up and delivered it to our room. Hotel staff were very service minded and kind. They helped with every issue we had and always added something extra. Bartenders made amazingley good drinks and gave us a little tasting while experementing on new coctails Great and spacious room. Quite place and yet not so far from everything. Maximum 15- 20 minutes by the beach walk to the main plaza. All and all a great place to stay at and will diffinitely be back! Kind regards, Daryl L Burdo and Greta Kalasiunaite
