Room: Superior Room
Location: None beach front, between Station 1 and Station 2. Near d'Mall.
Amenities: Clean room. Clean bathroom/washroom. With digital safe-box. Secured location.

I have been staying in Club Ten for the past 8 trips I did in Boracay. Its not a luxurious place, but it satisfies my needs as a frequent traveler to this island. It is a very tranquil place. This is suitable for solo traveler or group of friends and families who would like to enjoy the island life without breaking their budget. All crew of Club Ten are very attentive and courteous. They are very glad to assist anyone.

Having arrived quite late and not had anywhere booked, we stumbled across this pretty little development just off the main White Beach. We managed to negotiate a substantial reduction in the room rate (as we arrived so late and it was empty) and this reduction made it affordable, as otherwise the hotel would be vastly overpriced compared with other similar places. It has to be said though, the room was huge, a two floored apartment with two balconies and a large firde, en suite and with a/c however, it was very tired and in need of not unsubstantial work. Much of the lighting did not work, the sockets were broken and the paint was peeling off all of the walls. The complex as a whole is undergoing substantial redevelopment which starts very early and combined with the resident rooster, the sleep quality was really poor. The staff were useful, the location really is fantastic but this is countered by the noise from the works. My advice would be to wait a while so the external construction is finished and hope that the rooms are redecoated internally!

We visited Club Ten resort in the shoulder season aca Sept - Oct 2014, and got a really good price on a delux Bungalow room. We loved it as it was a bit more spacious than most of the other rooms we saw. There is a nice outdoor area to sit, and a bamboo towel/clothes hanger which is handy. There is a fridge, sink, basic bathroom, TV, basic and noisy aircon, fan, clean bed with linen, towels etc etc. We enjoyed our stay, they make your room up each day if you turn the sign on your door, and will cook breakfast, however after day one we passed as it wasn't really for us, and there are many cafes on white beach to eat. We felt this was good value for money, as long as you aren't after luxury. The gardens are really well looked after and full of beautiful flowers and plants.

It's my 2nd time at The Club Ten. Kung HINDI KA NAMAN CHOOSY SIS! Super sulit for a Budget friendly accommodation. Don't expect too much kasi nga di naman sya katulad ng five star hotel. and ang mas nakakatuwa is yung parang nasa bahay ka lang dn. 2-3mins walk lang sa Beach, malapit sa lahat. Yung mga Staff is very accommodating they always smiled and greet us. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon here. =)

Although the accomodation was in an awesome spot. I would definitely never stay here again. Rooms are old and the breakfast made me sick just looking at it. Also the beds had bugs in it. I notified reception and they just moved us next door into another room for the night. The next day moved us back into our original room. Definitely don’t recommend !

2nd time na namin sa The club ten... Very accomodating, mababait ang mga tao and malinis ang lugar.

Tahimik at malapit lng sa beach. Malapit lang din sa mga kainan and club/bar. For sure dito ulit kami magstay pag bumalik kami.

Highly recommended 👍

I find it hard to find the right place in Boracay. The good places tend to fill up and the poor value places are left with available rooms. We arrived in February, not peak season and were looking for a room to fit a family of six. We found it at Club Ten. At first sight the room looked OK, but when you stay there, the warts start to show real quick. I can’t say it was value for money. The room had a mezzanine floor with a double bed and two doubles downstairs which is not so easy to find. The annoying thing is the maintenance. The upstairs doors didn’t lock, the safety deposit box didn’t work and the lighting was poor. I plugged in my laptop upstairs and the socket didn’t work. Then more seriously I found another socket coming off the wall. This is not good enough in a family room! I got fed up finding things to annoy me. When you walk in, there’s a sign at the entrance. It has been cut in half and worn out through age and yet no one bothers to renew it. That is just indicative of bad management. They pay a few hundred peso a day for a handyman in Boracay and they charge over 4,000 peso for a room and they can’t change a dud light bulb. This isn’t impressive. The rooms have the potential to be nice, but that is all. The staff came into the room when we were out to make sure the air conditioner was not on. Fair enough, but it would have been good if they had cared to maintain the place as much as they were interested in saving money.
The location is OK, but it doesn’t occupy prime real estate right next to the beach. It is a very short walk for sure, but you are not next to the beach. This is no resort! It really is just a place with rooms to let. The girls on reception were very friendly, but we returned one evening and a man was on duty and he didn’t utter a word when I asked for the key and thanked him after receiving it.
They seemed to maintain the gardens quite well, but unfortunately this does not extend to the rooms. The bathroom is very small especially in view of the fact that this is a big family room. It had an instant shower and a lever which allowed you to choose a running tap or an overhead shower, but again no attention was made to maintenance. The screw was loose and the wall got in the way of the lever! On the second and last day the shower refused to heat the water. I was glad to get out of the place. The “private balcony” they refer to OK if you want to go out and practice a royal waive, but not much else. There’s not enough room for a chair.
Although they charged extra for every occupant, they failed to provide adequate towels for every occupant. They advertise that they accept credit card, but then they add on a 3% premium if you use one.
I was certainly not impressed with this hotel. The only advantage was the big family room which is hard to find. They have wi-fi and it is free and the connection is OK. Another plus is that the TV is of the modern LDC type, but it is a very small screen. Even a positive thing still has the typical short sighted Philippine attitude to their tourism industry. They try and squeeze as much as they can from you and give the minimum they can in return.

I would not go back to this place. I even if it was free. Even if you paid me. Club Ten management I am open to communication with you to hash out the details of my complaint. But as of now, stay away from this place with a hundred foot pole!

I tolerated the hideous views of shanties and tambays from the window. I tolerated that your loft type family room had only 1 AC with half a horse power. I tolerated your sad excuse for a bathroom and dirty sink area. But man, you guys really know how stress out tourists don't you.

We spent in Club Ten over 6 nights in November.
Firstly location is quite ok, because hotel is located in very quiet plase however distance to the beach is only 1 minute walk , so in a moment you can find yourself in bustling center of bars and restaurans :) (beach is lovely by the way).
Club Ten consists a 2 blocks (3 floors) af lets say - rooms and studios which can be converted for separate or connected ones and a small reception and "restaurant" (to big word for that).
We had both types and for big groups of friends it is very convinient. IEven you can connect double room in ground level with delux room located on 1st and 2nd floor (delux rooms are two levels rooms)
Each unit has bathroom, refrigerator, A/C, few fans and single or doble beds.
The worst thing was a bathroom which is very basic and not very friendly to use. Rooms were equipped lets say ok. As you see on pictures the design is very nice and friendly , but ..... cleanless is a ...point :(
When we arrived rooms were not very clean, on many places we noticed spiders webs (even in "kitchen" part of room), floor was absolotely dirty :(. Later situation was a bit better, but still nobody was interested to clean up spiders web's in kitchen.
On the other hand they used to change towels daily, bedclothes few times per stay etc.
So that the reason why we have a mixed feelings - on one side - nice equiped rooms , great patio (balcony) to enjoy time together, nice two floors delux rooms and on the other side not good service delivered by cleaning staff :(
Breakfast - you have choice of western set or philippino one - in each you have some choice; fruits we had only on selected days - don;t know why :); coffe only instant :( ; "restaurant" very dirty and staff in restaurant not very friendly ( that's strange in Philippines).
There is not a swimming pool there - but you don;t need that I believe on Boracay :)
Richard - who is probably a boss of that propoerty very friendly.
So - to summarize - mhm...good base for good resort in future if ... somebody will start to work on that quickly.
By the way - Boracay was great :)
