Would have been a great stay if it were not for the following: 1. Resto staff at night are rude. I waited very long for my change when i got my bill. I had to go follow up at the counter but i was responded rudely with what i wanted as per the cashier and bar tender and when i said where is my change as i needed to go there were no apologies whatsoever and was just handed my change. 2. We wanted the breakfast options that needed pre ordering, but we were not offered those options at checkin the day previous and were not aware that we had to pre order. 3. Breakfast food quality: tapa meat was not fresh, no choices for chicken white meat (important for guests who are on a healthy diet, as obviously guests on a healthy diet are those who live long enough to become a future repeat guest), bangus not fresh either brrading too thick, and most importantly coffee tasted like burnt wood, and no Tea! Nor does room have any Tea. Guests who can afford a quality stay values their Tea, whereas backpackers who cannot afford as much don't care about tea or quality coffee, so please work on this to attract higher spending guests. 4. We were put in a family room with a balcony facing the employees entrance, when in fact the room with a balcony with a better view was available. 5. The one bed smelled like it was slept on by a sweaty over weight man without any clothes on. So you can imagine the dreams one of us had while having to endure the scent under those sheets. These experiences ecouraged us to transfer to movenpick instead. Other staff and facilities were great, but one dissatisfaction sadly has a negative effect over the good experiences.

All we were hoping for was your great stay with us knowing that you only had an overnight stay with your family. Unfortunately, you have experienced those kinds of concerns that we are truly sorry for. Primarily, the behavior of our staff is not to be tolerated. Rest assured that we will take immediate action. With the pre-ordered breakfast, and the quality of the coffee, we apologize for not informing you ahead. Moreover, we are glad to inform you that our food is fresh since we don't stock many supplies, and is counted for the consumption of our guests. Also, we will take into account the chicken dish on our breakfast menu. Regarding the tea, we admit that we don't have any in the room but upon request. And upon checking into the restaurant, they offered you choices with tea. For your room, that was the only family room available. To the other rooms you have seen with balcony, perhaps are the triple rooms. Lastly, we will thoroughly check and supervise the rooms to prevent further concerns regarding the smell, cleanliness and security. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Jony's Beach Resort has a perfect location, great food, and very warm staff who will personally take care of every request. they make sure that guests are comfortable and always informed of important reminders for their guests. arrangements for transfer are coordinated on time. my family had a great time, most whom are first time visitors of Boracay. with Jony's we received value for money and even beyond. the pleasant experience we had with Jony's and Boracay will be one of our family's great memories.

When we arrived at Jony's resort we were welcome of all the staffs at Jony's and was served with a refreshing drinks. It was my second time in Boracay but this was the first time i stayed at Jony's thrybhave an excellent service. It was my brother & my sis in law wedding anniversary and they really set up a surprised decorations to their room. When we went to our room it was perfect it was well maintained and very clean. We were provided with towels, soaps, toothbrush.
The good thing at Jony's resort we love the location because the beach is just across no need to walk to far. And the good thing also Jo y's is located at station 1 and everything os just walking distance even going to the D'mall.
The food & drinks was super delicious. We have our complimentary breakfast at Jony's resort. Everyday we get different kinds of foods because we love to try everything. The place was highly recommended. Our stay at Jony's are very memorable.

Superb Boracay station 1 beach resort, located in the sweet spot a few minutes walk from D'Mall and the throng of crowds and restaurants but suddenly another world away as the noise fades away, leaving a lovely peaceful atmosphere but within easy reach of the action. The hotel staff are simply amazing. Without exception everyone was smiling, helpful and friendly. They complete your vacation in Boracay. From initial booking they were exceptional in explaining the entry and flow requirements for getting onto Boracay and the optional service of being collected at Caticlan airport and transferred to Jony's is worth every peso. Breakfast is served in the beach front restaurant Maya's each morning and is also a lovely venue for lunch or dinner with superb Filipino dishes. It's also the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset with a beer or cocktail. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to choose Jony's for a return visit.

I had a wonderful stay here. The beautiful front desk ladies were amazing and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted warmly and we were given wet wipes and welcome drinks which is very welcoming for the guests after a long trip. We were assisted all the way to our room and we highly appreciated it. Too bad, I couldn't get their names, but all the staff were so nice and friendly. it is a plus too, because they know me and greeted me with my name. the room was nice and very clean. the water pressure in the bathroom was okay including their heater too. My only issues were, i just wish they have free bottled water in the room and not included in the minibars. Please also check the room 303, because i had to call front desk twice due to the problem we had in our toilet bowl (no water/not flushing). Anyhow, our overall experienced was great and will definitely recommend it and will go back if time permits. Thank you so much.
Also, we liked their food at Maya's. so good and so worth the price.

The staff were amazing, big clean room (looked as good as in their photos on website), great location, and even had welcome drinks!
We were always greeted with a smile by every staff member, always felt so welcome and accommodated! Bonus: clean complimentary towels and beach mats for every beach visit + big TV in the room
Resort had a great restaurant which had a perfect view for every sunset, will definitely be back again!

We booked Jony’s Beach Resort in Station 1 and had no regrets! Most people choose big chain hotel resorts but we opted for boutique hotels that offer personalized services. You can feel their warmth and heart for their guests upon arrival and until check-out. It was so touching because they even surprised us by setting up the room for our anniversary! It was really topnotch in terms of service and location, without breaking the bank! It’s a plus point that their restaurant Maya’s also serve good food and fruitshakes (original Jony’s). Heavily discounted package already included deluxe room for 4, breakfast, afternoon snack, wifi and they also provide buri beach mat and beach towels for their guests. Highly recommended!

After a long time, we visited Boracay again sans the kids. Literally an alone time for us after nine years. What made our “date” extra special is our hotel. It is the perfect location as it stands at Station 1, which is the more chill area of the Boracay Beach but still near the station 2, which is the busier part of the beach. Plus, the hotel cafe - Maya’s, where breakfast is served right in front of the beach, so you get the most amazing breakfast view.
Our room is superb five star hotel quality. The facilities are in top shape. We got upgraded to La Perla Suite which overlooks the beach and has a veranda where you can lounge under the sun or have a drink under the stars.
And let me commend all the staffs, they are all friendly, polite, and helpful. They provide five star service definitely.
We will definitely stay again to Jony’s Beach Resort.

We had the most wonderful stay at Jony’s Hotel . The front desk staff were all very friendly, attentive & well groomed . The front manager , Ging went the extra mile to make up for some short comings . I’ve been in the service industry for 33 years & I was really impressed with the service recovery made . Our room & bathroom were cleaned everyday & housekeeping were efficient in bringing in extra towels , etc. The location is the best located at station 1 as was the food at their restaurant. We enjoyed our daily breakfast selections, fruits shakes & happy hours . Tony was especially attenttive to our needs at Maya restaurant. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Jony’s next time we are in Boracay.
