Staff were the best. There were 3 of us to check in but brought 2 of my relatives to see the place, all of us were given welcome drinks. There were some mishaps during the stay, but they have the best staff to handle the concerns. I was assigned on rm 306. The place does not have elevators so it was a bit tiring to go up an down. The room also had weak wifi and view from the balcony was the fire exit. I requested to be moved to the 1st floor on my 3rd day and they agreed. PROS: -1 min or less walk from room to the beach. You would just literally cross the street and your on the beachfront. - Polite staff and great service -The staff would provide everything as long as they could - Beachmats and beachtowels provided - Breakfast can be requested to be served in the room -…

10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Price 9/10 Wifi We got the room at the top called La concha and it's really nice and clean. We didn't get any problems from start until the end. The crew were warm and welcoming. You will definitely love and enjoy your stay here. This place is located at station 1 where almost everything is accessible. I have nothing to ask for. Thank you to Ms. Guia and the rest of the crew. I recommend this place and would definitely come back. ❤️

From inquiring, booking, check-in until check-out our experience with Jony’s (and Maya’s) was WONDERFUL! All of their staff especially Ms. Ging, Ms. Guia & Ms. Jocel were all very accommodating. Their service is distinct (you can already compare it with 5-star resorts like Shangri-La)— their gestures and how they hand the towels in trays and the banigs, and also the aroma in their lobby— really reminded me of my experiences with 5-star hotels. I also commend how they handled my concern when the WiFi wasn’t working. They made sure to give us reserved pocket WiFi till they fixed the router near our room, and they were able to fix it promptly. The rooms were very clean, and they always make sure to clean it daily.
