We stayed 4 days in this hotel. Excellent location on the beach and very friendly and attentive staff. On the first day we were assigned room 105 near the entrance but it had a "blind" window that overlooked a basement. We asked if it was possible to change rooms and they, very kind, proceeded to assign us another room on the second floor, taking our luggage directly to the new room while we were on the beach.
Close to everything, walking 3 minutes on the beach you will find yourself at station 2 where you will find everything you need…
Advised!!!!!

The best I can say about Royal Park is its great location - beachfront on station 1 with a very affordable rate. Staffs are attentive, courteous, and helpful. The room is spacious, and with complete toiletries replenished upon request. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast food. Only 1 out of 4 breakfast was satisfactory.

Compared to the other hotels and resorts I stayed in Boracay, Royal Park Hotel is quite simple. It has very limited amenities. Very basic ... AC rooms with toilet and shower room, hot and cold waters, TV with cable channels, toiletries, etc. No spa, no swimming pool, no wellnesss center, and so on. But, in compensation, the room was very spacious, with two queen-size beds, the location was great (beachfront), and service was excellent! They responded immediately to my requests everytime I called the front desk! All the staff members were very friendly and hospitable! Highly commendable!

I booked a stay at this hotel on 01st Sept. from 23-27 Sept. I booked two rooms and wanted one king bed and another room for two single beds because we are three adults and two male adults share a room and would not want to be in the king bed together. I emailed the property via Hotels.com on 01 Sept and did not get a reply. I requested that they book us a twin bedroom and one king bedroom. Because they did not respond, I assumed all was ok. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist didn't know about my request. I said we need two beds in one room. They said they could put in an extra bed, but it cost an additional 1800php per night. It is unfair that I was charged extra when I booked two rooms for three people and requested 2 beds in one room. The occupancy didn't change. If they responded to my request in the first place, I would have had the twin bed and would not have required an extra bed. I wouldn’t recommend this property because they don't know how to respond to emails, and because of that, additional cost was added. You would get more hotels that are better than this property in the area for the money I paid.

The location is so convenient. It is right beside Astoria, which is the pick-up point for water activities. Superb beachfront hotel at an affordable price, includes buffet breakfast, with BIG rooms and I mean its really spacious! with hot water, toiletries, hair dryer and towels. Service is superb! They also arranged our parasailing for only P1,600 per head, the lowest price I've known. The hotel has 3 floors. We booked 3 rooms. Airport transfer is P500 per head. This helped us a lot as our flight is at 8am. They also arranged our island hopping at P600/ head, where we also had cliff diving activity for P250 /head (this is upon our request). Overall, we had a great 4D/3N stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing service. Thanks to Jonel, Charlie and Wals for helping us.

This stay is quite disappointing because it was not a peaceful stay. It is a given that you go to Boracay to relax and recuperate but we did not achieve that because there was an ongoing renovation exactly above our room. We did not receive a prior heads-up because if we did, we should not have pushed through with staying.

It wasn’t tolerable. It was disturbing, distracting, and is causing a headache. I called the front desk minutes after checking-in and asked for us to be transferred but it wasn’t granted. I asked for a refund instead but they offered that they will not resume renovation until the next day (Saturday). I appreciated it and expected that since the day after is a Sunday, there will also be no work done.

I slept late last night and I woke up at 8ish AM due to the unbearable noise on sa SUNDAY. They did not stop the operations instead offered us to be transferred to a room in the first floor but that did not make sense since we will also be checking out.

Breakfast was not good either. It was 4/10. Choices were poor. Hopefully next time they can serve even just two selections, but, delicious.

What is commendable though is the staff is helpful and they always smile.

To end, they should not allow guests to stay in rooms affected due to renovation because it’s pointless.

Our first time here in Boracay. The entire staff are so friendly and recommends you to adventure tours that's worth your bucks and keeps u coming back for more. Shout out to Precious at front desk also, she's the friendliest one there. Food is excellent. Room is always clean. Will definitely come back again

It was my first time in Boracay. 4 days and 3 nights was enough for me to experience and taste what Boracay has to offer. For every traveler, a good place to stay is a must.
And this is where your hotel will come in. A word of advise for first timers in Boracay, before you book your hotel, think about your utmost priority. Is it by the beach? Does it need to have an airconditioning system? Hot and cold water? Wi-Fi connection? And the list go on.

My friend and I stayed in Royal Park Hotel. To make things easier, I will list my experience in bullet type and also put my comments along side.

Advantages:
✔ Beach front
✔ Good customer service (staff were very polite)
✔ Hot and cold shower
✔ Good airconditioning system (split type airconditioners were used in every room)
✔ Spacious room (the standard room offers 2 beds; 1 queen and 1 single)
✔ Spacious bathroom (but no bathtub and proper exhaust system). We were initially booked at room 108. Taking a hot shower for a long time would get you feeling suffocated due to steam. I tried to open the window but it's jammed. Ended up transferring to another room (next door) and good thing that the small window in the bathroom can be opened
✔ Fast wi-fi (very fast connection can be achieved in the dining area only)
✔ Hotel coordinator (Marilou) is very polite and professional. She's more than happy to arrange your accommodation.
✔ Location is near many establishments (pizza house, bars, coffee shops and mall)

Disadvantages:
✖ Hotel is kinda old. Ceiling show signs of wear and tear. Some area in the hotel like the door in the bathroom shows a big chunk of wood is being eaten by termite (I guess).. or probably being chipped off by constant exposure to moist
✖ Shower heads are awkwardly positioned in the bathroom. I am not tall yet the showers are positioned so low that I still have to bend over just for the shower to rinse my head. I find this very inconvenient for tall people.
✖ No cabinet nor hangers for you to hang your clothes
✖ Cable system gives a fuzzy reception for some channels
✖ No cellphone signal can reach the rooms. There are 3 telecoms company in the Philippines: Globe, Smart and Sun cellular. I asked the receptionist and this is what she
said:
Smart - 1 to 2 signal (inside the room)
Sun - 1 to 2 signal (inside the room)
Globe - no signal (inside the room)
So if you need to make a decent uninterrupted call through your cellphone, you need to go out for a good signal.
✖ Mediocre food being served. Our package includes a set breakfast and dinner. After trying their set dinner on our first night, I never had it again.
✖ Package given do not include the terminal and environmental fee in the port. Though the hotel representative is more than happy to get these for you, I still find this time consuming for it not to be included in the so called "hotel package."
✖ Hotel uses hard water with a distinct salty taste

If you're on a tight budget, Royal Park will work for you. For Php2,520, it includes accommodation for 2, airport transfer and set meal (breakfast and dinner). But then again, for the same price, there are more hotels around that offers the same quality if not, even better. Shop around and don't be shy to ask and haggle. A good hotel is your sanctuary at the end of the day after the endless activities one can do in Boracay.

It was worth all the penny to stay in Royal Park Hotel.

I liked my stay so much because of the following reasons:

It's located in Station1-not crowded at all!
They're beachfront
The staff's very friendly and accomodating
They have a safe for your valuables
It's close to my favorite places in Bora like Jonah's, Willie's Rock, Summerplace, and BomBom Bar
They have reasonable rates
Superb cleanliness

I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel on boat station 1. What can I say. location location location and friendly staff. Oh yeah, the price is worth it - reasonable. Big rooms, good airconditioning, hot shower, fridge, tv (didn't really use it much). Very clean, staff are attentive and maintains the beach front and lobby area.

the breakfast is included but until last year it was not buffet. They told me that they are planning to change to buffet, so whether it is serving buffet now or 2 sets of breakfast set that you can choose from is not sure. when I was there there is only 2 sets of breakfast set to choose from menu. although it wasn't much I enjoyed it.
