The service was fine. I didn’t really have any issues with this resort. Sleeping on the pillows did made my neck sniff. Wouldn’t be opposed to staying again. I’ll just be sure to bring my own pillows.

My mother and I had an amazing week at this place. The staff treated us exceptionally well, showing genuine care and friendliness throughout our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Plus, the location couldn't be better right in the heart of Boracay. We highly recommend this place to fellow travelers seeking an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to return!

This is not a resort! Green Monkey is just a transient accommodation. I did not get the value of money I paid. Disappointing and horrible stay in this facility. Zero Customer service, zero amenities, zero all.

I stayed 2 nights - Blue column standard at Holis Holiday - long day vation here. A big difference between advs & real. ** Negative - No bottle water, instant coffee and tea with that price hotel - No toothbrush, toothpaste - Room too small - when i arrive, room wasn’t tied up - slow wifi ** Possitive - Near Beach about 300-400m - Safe Box in room

It's almost like false advertising. First of all, it's not a resort. More like a pension house and a cheap one. It's not easy to locate this place because it's not popular. Something bad happened to us and we asked them, the staff wouldn't answer and they don't want to show us CCTV footage. The receptionists are friendly. The rooms were disappointing. The massage was terrible.

My girl friend and I had a massage at Green Monkey on Sunday the 14th of April 2018. The massage was average and after we went straight home and realized there $150 Australian dollars missing from my girlfriends handbag. It’s only a 250m walk from where we were staying to the Green Monkey and the only time she had her bag was left unattended was during the massage. We didn’t follow it up as we spoke to a few people and they said there isn’t anything you can really do. Really disappointing, I wouldn’t go there or wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. It has really put a downer on the usually lovely people of Boracay.

So don't even think about going here false advertising. I have not posted a bad review since being on trip advisor because i always look into where i am going and this hotel is nothing like its pictures i will post mine and you will see. Anyway we walked into our room and it was disgusting. Our white sheets were off white and had stains. The bed had some sort of bar in the middle of it. Safe was not secured to anything with a 3 digit combo. Then my wife went to have a shower no hotwater no water coming out of the hot tap at all. Went down to reception and she said no hotwater for 4 days and then laughed poor service. Batterys in safe were flat and they said they would come back later to change them. Toilet was blocked. If you had a blue light it would of been scary. Paid $10 more a night at the piccolo hotel down the road its amazing. They should be removed from all booking web sites for false advertising. Very disgusting service. Do not stay here guys. I cant post the video unfortunately which shows all of the above. …

Nice hotel, only 5 minutes walk to the white beach, fast wifi, staff very nice and helpful when you need something, the price is worthy, not to far from the market "dtalipapa" if i not wrong. Feels like home ..

Checkin was swift, shown to "room" if I wasn't so tired I would have looked elsewhere, the room was unbelievably small no drawers to put clothes in, just a rail. The room was clean and had a bathroom that was even tinier - you basically sat on the toilet to shower that's how small it was. I asked for a hairdryer to be told we have none I asked for a blanket as bed came with 2 sheets to be told No we only supply 2 sheets / reception if you can call it a reception we're not helpful. I would never stay here again - I paid for this for a week but spent 3 nights here as I booked into another hotel as needed some room to sleep etc No milk teabags etc were given to you - wifi was very poor

We stay for two nights here.. The room is a bit small and but clean. Good location nearby station 2 where there is a lot of dining shops as well as a shopoing district for you to buy souvenir..halal food is easy to find around this hotel and it is just a walking distance to the beach area
