Pallassa is indeed one of the best place to stay in Boracay. I have too many to mention reasons why: 1. Only few steps in the beach. It is located in Balabag beach, and sand my not be fine as station 1-3, but if you are after to swim and sun bathing, this will perfectly do. 2. Quiet place to stay. It is out from noise of crowd in station 1-3 which is perfect for people who want to relax and unwind. 3. With Pantry and Kitchen. I really appreciated the free use of Electronics such as Microwave and kitchen.

Seven day stay. Quiet location but only 10 minute walk to center. Not the best beach but good for various activities. No food available at residence. There are a few cafe/restaurant close by. The bedroom is large size and shower room high quality. Would stay again

The place is clean, the rooms are well maintained and posh. The staff are very accomodating and friendly . It is situated in a quite beach area but not far from the station 2. If your looking for a beachfront and reasonable price accomodation , i would recommend this place.Definitely i would go back again .

Palassa Private Residences looks great in photos. If you're the type of traveller who wants to take photos, this might work for you. We booked for 30 May- 03 Jun 2022 Location: It is directly at the heart of para sailing, kite flying, and other activities. It also has a nice view of the sunrise. Services: If you book in Agoda, in their 110 services advertised, most of which aren't included. -There are no free breakfast here. -The concierge only answers during office hours as oppossed to the promised 24 hours. -This is a self-service residence. Our experience here is more of a dormitory. Concierge: Remind them of what needs to be done. Most of the time there is no one in the front desk. You do your own check-out. Highlight of experience: There was a blackout in the island considering the limited number of rooms and guests, it would've been better if they give a heads-up about it but instead we were assisted by the island security. We double checked if there were any communication with them from our pick up service by 3:00 pm and we didn't get their reply up until we talked to them when we got back at Palassa at about 7pm to which we were informed that we will be picked up by 11:30 am, 2 hours AFTER our flight. Price: There are several other residences within their prive range that meets the bare minimum of service staff. Conclusion: They do say that they are working under skeletal staff that wouldn't be a problem. But unfortunately, simple requests can not be accomodated due to the absence of people in the front desk. Overall a terrible experience.

I love this place so much that I would definitely stay here again given the chance to go back to Boracay. The room I stayed in was beautiful and I'd wake up and see the sunrise from my balcony. I also like the "privacy" that I got - maybe because it's the pandemic that everybody was just keeping to themselves - but the location was away from the noise and the only thing you'd hear in the morning are the waves crashing to shore. Plus points to the fact that the room was equipped with "anti-covid" items from disinfectants to alcohol and face masks - all for free - to make guests feel safe. I didn't mind that they did not serve free breakfast because my room had free water and coffee. Loved the bed, loved the interior design (Santorini-ish), the cleanliness, and of course, the staff. Highly recommended!

One of the best boutique hotels I ever stayed at. Room is right on the beach so you cannot beat this view. It is close to all kitesurfing centers and 5 min walk to D Mall and White Beach so superb location. Manager and Staff are just lovely people so I highly recommend this hotel. I am coming back next year 100%. Thanks you to all the staff.

I was with my family last Holy Week (Mar 28-Mar 30, 2018) in Boracay and stayed at this Hotel. The room is good, a 'what you see is what you get' from the photos that Palassa publishes. The hotel staffs are all accommodating and are all available to assist you anytime. Palassa is located at the other side from the White Beach, Bulabog Beach to be exact. It's a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the White Beach. You will be passing by the D' Mall and a street that has houses and some business establishments along the way. I think it is 1 km or so, far from the White Beach. If you are looking for a quiet place then this is the best place for you! However, if you'd really like to feel the 'Boracay vibes', it's better to stay at hotels along the White Beach as the location of Palassa is too 'dull,' no activities nor people swimming. What can be improved by Palassa would be the time they are serving breakfast. During our stay, they started accepting orders for breakfast at 7:30 a.m and we'd get our orders after 30 minutes and past. This consumes much time especially if you are looking to wander in Boracay early or have early activities to do. Nevertheless, Palassa is a good place to stay! Also, they have a complimentary one-hour massage which is a plus to staying here.

Very stuffy inside. Aircon not working. The masseurs both(1 man and 1 woman) both dont know how to massage. Like caressing us. Ask them to put more force and they rub the skin till i felt that my skin is falling off. Only interested in the money and nothing else.
