The ocean room was clean and nice. The room attendant was very good and accommodating. The breakfast service is very good with the nicest staff. The front desk was always helpful and pleasant. Lots of activity in the front and music plays until 3:00am. However, very close to shops and food places. D'Mall is a short walk.

It has an uninterrupted view of the beach and it was always great to start the day by having coffee and breakfast while staring at the blue waters.

Customer service is exceptional, from the reception, concierge, attendants and restaurant staff.

We arrived after the typhoon and electricity was cut for more than 4 weeks. The hotel was business as usual and gensets were operational 24/7. We have not felt any discomfort during our 3 nights stay. The pool was not available as it was contaminated with rainwater, just in time for its repair.

No elevators in the hotel, maybe not an issue for us at this time as we can use the staircase with ease. There are rooms too far from the lobby and restaurant so make sure to ask for a room near the main area.

Rooms have the basic stuff, fixed bed everyday, towels, basic toiletries, a pitcher of drinking water, TV with local cable, instant coffee/tea, mini-ref with items for sale and the hot/cold shower.

The bathroom needs improvement, the whole floor gets to be flooded while taking a shower. The sink is weirdly installed beside the cabinet. Hopefully it is only our room that has this floor plan.

The hotel is near a narrow alley going the the main road. Hospital and pharmacy are nearby in case of an emergency, which is one thing that is nice to know.

Breakfast has 2 sets of menu being alternately served. So expect to have twice the same menu for a 4 nights stay. Always present are the breads, fruits, omelletes, coffee and juice. It was included in our room rate so I am not sure if paying separately for the breakfast is worth it.

At the end of our stay, the price we paid was for its location. I believe that is worth it already.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in Boracay. I booked this hotel thru a Sales Officer in a travel fair in Manila because the officer said the hotel and rooms were renovated. This is a lie. When i arrived at the hotel, i was placed on the 3rd building at the far end of the property. So it's like 3-4mins walk from the beach front. The room is old and dirty. Worse, the room is actually disgusting. Bathroom is totally unacceptable. See photos so you can see how dirty it is. Set breakfast is not fresh, fried chicken and fried bangus were like cooked a night before then served during breakfast. Totally not recommended. Dont ruin your vacation by staying on this hotel. Avoid.

Highly recommend! The location is ideal since it is in station 2, so you’re in the center of the area, so you have access to walkable stores and restaurants. Plus, you’re right at the beach and the price is affordable for a family of 5.
To start off, the staff does a great job maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel. They helped fix our lock when it wasn’t working. The amenities such as the pool and gym was nice if we wanted a break from the beach.
The food was good! We enjoyed the free breakfast included and it slightly changes day to day. For our last night, we had dinner there and it was great! The drinks were good and the seafood was fresh. The singers were also good.

What made this stay very memorable and heartwarming was the staff themselves. My family deeply appreciates the kindness, respect, and commitment of the staff. Everyone is so polite. We wanted to especially recognized staff member Anson. Throughout the stay, he has been attentive and making us smile and laugh. From noticing my friend spilling ice cream on herself to keeping an eye on our stuff in the pool, he really goes above and beyond. He definitely deserves a raise. Also recognition to Christine and the guard for their kindness and work. Overall, the staff is amazing at giving us the Le Soliel experience. Keep up the good work! Salamat for all the hard work and dedication the staff has done to make our stay stress-free and fun in Boracay. Please consider booking your stay here!

We loved Le Soleil! We loved the accommodating receptionists, the privacy of the pool and the delicious breakfast.

Some notes though:

1. The room in the 3rd floor is a little old, the shower room has no door therefore water is all over the floor when showering
2. Housekeeping is upon request, but they do it thoroughly when you asked them.
3. We always order breakfast the night before but 2 out of 5 breakfast, they kept giving us plain rice instead of our requested garlic rice
4. When you had breakfast after 8AM, the service is so slow even when you already gave your orders the night before.
5. The free wifi barely reached the rooms in the 3F.

But overall, it is a great value for money and I will consider booking there again.

I’ve been wanting to check-in to Le Soleil De Boracay for sometime as they were always fully-booked every Laboracay so when my friends and I decided to go to Boracay, I booked Le Soleil. Not only they offered one of the cheapest at that time, they also had a great reputation.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff with drinks, cold towels and smiling faces. They also upgraded our rooms even without asking them! The facilities were so good - rooms, lobby, pool area, restaurant etc. The staff were so nice, very welcoming, attentive and proactive. Even without asking, they always make sure that we have what we needed.

Le Soleil stands out not only because of its beautiful hotel rooms but also of its magnificent hospitality and I would really come back to this hotel. ❤️
