Nice hotel staff friendly . I think the food could have been better . Not a lot of choice If we had any problems the staff got it sorted straight away There is a nice garden it's quite windy but not uncomfortable. We arranged to be picked up at caticlan airport and they sorted everything and helped with getting luggage onto the boat. Very good service. Easy to get trike to go to station 2

I’ll start off with the positives , the staff were very friendly and helped as much as they could when ever we asked. The food was amazing , we only had a few of the dishes but what we did have we enjoyed! The place has a very homey feel about it (animals and pets wandering around the place). It’s a great place , I believe , for families and people just trying to get away from the busy life near White Beach. On a bit of a negative note , our room was spacious with a beautiful view but we soon realised the shower had very little (if any) pressure , we used the pool bar but when we needed more drinks we had to get out of the pool to order another one or had to try very hard to get their attention for another drink. Not many things to pick on , I enjoyed myself it’s just the little things that tick me off.

Hello Stephen, We do thank you for your time by sharing your review in our hotel. Our company traditions are being a friendly, helpful and approachable to our guests. I am so much that happy you do appreciated our service here in Paradise Bay Beach Resort Boracay. And we do consider our guests as one of our family. We do apologies that the water supply is not enough. because of some under going repairs from the main source. But it's been fixed. I already address this concern about our pool bar services and it's already been taken care of.

We stayed here for 5 days at this resort. I will start off with some positives of this place Pros If you are looking for a relaxing hotel this is the place.. it's super quiet. It has a pool, pool bar that they didn't use, and a beach front view Lots to choose on the menu Spacious rooms They have so many animals it's amazing Cons The staff where defiantly not friendly.. It took me just over an hour to get one drink, me asking 2 times where it was and I was told it's getting made now.. hmmm.. The food is very average!! Breakfast was very boring and the bread they served was very stale.. They just did not want to help at all the staff you would ask something and they would say they don't know.. Overall it was enjoyable!

I made plans to visit Boracay and stay at this establishment. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my entire trip. I made my booking and canceled it within less than 24hours. The rooms being advertised never mentioned a cancellation only that they were in refundable. After canceling the booking I was sent an email saying "booking cancelled" and that I will be charged my entire 6 days stay. ONLY this specific email contained the cancellation fee. I reached out to the hotel by email and phone but was ignored. I am disgusted by the fact that my money was taken even though there was no clear indication of a cancellation fee and that the establishment refused to help me. I feel that this a reflection of their character and on this alone I would advise to plan your stay somewhere else. I would give this establishment a negative rating if it were possible.

We stayed at the pent house, which was really big. I loved the water bed, (if there had been a door, and not only a wall on that water bed room, I would give u a 5★). The view of the beach is very nice from the balcony. It's 10-15 minute walk going to Station 3 from there. If you wanted a nice & quiet place, then this is your best choice. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful. There's a pool, and even a pool bar which is very cool.

I stayed here for a total of six nights. It was such an amazing spot. It was the perfect getaway for any type of traveler. Perfect for couples, families, singles etc. It is only ten minutes walk from station three or 20peso bike ride. It was private and the perfect distance from all the hustle and bustle. I spent my time reading, relaxing and sunbathing, swimming in the pool and having food from the hotel. I hardly needed to leave the resort at all. It is just like the pictures provided. It was absolutely perfect. The staff are also incredibly friendly and couldn't have been more polite and helpful. I recommend this and definitely would stay again. If you use South West tours, they will pick you up and drop you off to the airport from the hotel which was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. The wifi was fine for me, there were a few powercuts during the night but they were always working again within five minutes. And any time you eat at the restaurant it was a 10% service fee but that was like the equivalent of 20 cents so it really didn't make a difference. It was very affordable prices compared to eating at White Beach which were a lot more expensive. I WOULD LOVE TO COME AND STAY AGAIN :)

Location is okay if you want quiet times away from white beach. It would have been better if their beach area will be cleaned. There are enough #of staff, they are friendly but they do not turn the rooms down daily, don't even at least get the trash. We sit our daily trash outside of unit, they have dogs that messed up the trash, they still did not clean! Food is also unreasonably expensive. Room rate is also high. The facility can be so much better if well maintained .

This hotel is just 10 minutes walk from station 3, and compared to the nearby hotels at the beach, I can say that this place is a big catch. We stayed at the pent house, I love their water bed. It's like home away from home. A spacious veranda outside, a good place to rest, relax and unwind. Friendly and accommodating staff, there's even a bar and pool bar, and billiard table. Also has a perfect view of the nearby sea, and the breeze is so cool.

It is across the island from the best beaches (i.e., about 1/2 mile). The tricycles on Boracay cost about three times as much as in the rest of the Philippines, but are still very cheap by American standards. Also, there are plenty of offers to ride habel-habel (on the back of a motorbike) at a cut rate. For me, it is a moot point, because I enjoy walking across the island. We had a nice pool, nice TV, good internet, a parrot to talk to and a puppy to pet. It is a good deal for the money.
