The hotel is literally on Bulabog beach ( a short distance 800m from White Beach in Boracay (see below) . its great value for money was comfortable and the Staff and the manager Grace are very helpful and friendly. Room consists of kitchen, bathroom a deco rustic lounge room that sports a TV only managed to get National geographic wild animal channel which was great. my Room was on the 4th floor and it was a slight hike up the stairs but had an awesome bedroom, queen size bed and a small balcony, the view from the 4th floor was amazing catching the morning sunrise also great vantage point for to see the kite surfers and windsurfers flying along the beach. Bulabog Beach is fantastic with a bohemian feel to the beach and some great restaurants on the beach where you can watch the entertainment and sheltered from the afternoon sun . There are 2 main sides to Boracay Island Each side of the island is definitely the tale of 2 cities with White beach very commercial and Bulabog much quieter. There are 10 Kite shops on Bulabog that offer New and newish equipment for rent with or without professional qualified Instruction. I was with my brother and his wife and chose the Fun board Center run by a German lady Simone (also runs yoga classes) and Alex. we initially chose this location because they offer great windsurf Equipment and lessons . .We also when the wind was lighter organised to do some Kite lessons. all the staff are very friendly and they have a great little cafe /Bar in the shop with some healthy options. White beach is a very long 8km stretch of fine white sand and turkoise water, it is very commercial and busy with Sailboat rides or sailing scows a kind of trimaran /hunting canoe and their are many also scuba and tours (snorkeling) fortunately no jet skis preventing white beach from becoming a total Zoo. but with many great cheap restaurants great food and entertainment from fire eaters to some very good bands. The roads are under reconstruction with new water pipes being installed but definetly worth the effort…
The rooms are excellent even though the service is very basic. The location is spectacular with a great view of the back beach. Connectivity is poor though. So it is best suggested for those looking for some peace and quiet on a vacation. Far from the hustle bustle of the white beach. All in all, it is excellent for the asking price.
This will be a sooo late review but i think staffs and the hotel itself must be recognize and appreciated. The staffs are so kind and approachable, all our request for our aniv was given like the high floor good view, when you need help when your stuck somewhere and you need a ride they will reply on you. We really had a good sleep because of the comfy bed and pillow. I love the set up that the balcony will be in front of you, when you want good view from your bed just open the blinds. Thank you! keep up the good work!
Just so so Staffs are strict a liitle Even though We arrived early.. they didn't allow us check-in... even 1:56 P.M. They tend to follow the rule instead of service mind.. I stayed this hotel and another one.. Natually comparing in ma mind, I think It was so different each other.. and.. I should've stayed another one for the whole days for trips..
Kuddos to the staff specially to Ate Grace for accomodating us. :) Arranged us for an Airport transfer was very seamless. Friendly staff and good breakfast menu. Rooms are very chic and cozy. Ambiance is very homey and sunrise view at your feet when you wake up. Rooftop was good place for early morning Yoga Sesh or for late night jam with friends. LuxeView Hotel was located at the back of the crowded Stations of Boracay. If you want to have a quiet and relaxed kind of vacation- choose Luxeview. Activities nearby are recommended for those who wants to try Wind Surfing and Kite Flying. Just lacking of an indoor pool for added amenities since this is quite far at the beach front. (Will take 15mins walk going to D' Mall) Our overall stay was superb! :)
Hi I'm a frequent traveler and I was having a Christmas holiday in Boracay , as soon as I arrive in the hotel luxeView I decided to cancel my reservation and rebooked myself in a different hotel The condition of this hotel was really poor and an acceptable! Not even close to the hotel picture posted online !!!
Stayed there for 10 days in November 2016. Location was good - it is 10 mins far from D'Mall and center, Luho mountain and two View points are not far away, you can walk there from hotel in 15 mins. Breakfasts was good - I recommend American breakfast(two fried eggs, ham or sausage or bacon, toast with butter and jam). Sometimes they also bring banana as a compliment. They have a transfer to D'Mall at fixed time, but we never tried it. Place is good for kitesurfers because of location - few mins to any kitesurf school and the beach. Yes, there was ants if you leave your food uneaten outside of the refrigerator. Everything was apropriate during our stay. Wardrobe we found only on the last evening.
Booked this hotel for my stay as on the map it seems accessible. However, LuxeView was quite a distance away to D'mall (at least 15-20min walk) and it is more like a big budget hotel, which I really regretted. The reception area was really a disappointment. Rusty railing, dark corridors and "wet sofa". The rooms were not for fussy/picky guest. I stayed at the standard room which was just right beside the reception area, need to request for hair dryer and no shampoo and body soap will be provided (need to bring your own). Sofa in my room was also kinda "wet". The air-con was really noisy for the room (room 3) that I stayed but not the case for my friend's room! If you managed to get a high floor, be prepared to carry your bags via stairs. They do offer breakfast and shuttle services (Fixed timing/ else a fee is chargeable) Nothing nearby, except shops your you to do watersports. Roof top view wasn't that good (not as good as what's shown online). If you were to stay out late, you will need to get a "tuk tuk" back (avg 70- 100php a trip). Kitchenettes such as stove can be rented for a fee. I will not head back to this place and will rather choose one within D'mall and white beach. *Only choose this "hotel" if you really want to be in a REALLY QUIET environment" (Provided the air-con was also silent)…
It was my 4th stay with them, and surprisingly at the same exact room (Room 10). The quality of the room remains the same, and the rate per night is still very competitive. The room's industrial-designed catches me the most. The new layout on the rooftop is a big plus! Cons: - Over the years, wifi signal in that area is still weak. - Service to D'Mall (which was once free) is too expensive (100 PhP one way) - Lack of hotel security despite the CCTV cameras installed - Most of the time, no staff on duty at the front desk. Nevertheless, i'd still go for this boutique over the others.
The hotel staff was the nicest I have ever seen! When in trouble they will hand you all the tools to solve it. The manager of the hotel is amazing. I was so impressed. Thanks to then I could solve all issues. The hotel itself is very luxury. Big rooms and amazing view over the ocean. It's next to balabog beach where you can do water sports. I recommend the hotel to everyone!
