While this hotel has friendly and customer-oriented staff and has good location near most restaurants and shops, it needs a lot of improvement. We’ve been to Boracay probably for the 7th time with family or friends. For New Year celebration for 2019, we stayed in Boracay Uptown with family members with multiple rooms. The main concern for me is the low quality of food. After breakfast for 3 days, breakfast is not enjoyable at all. Coffee is so-so and juices are clearly all from powdered mix. The bread tastes old and not good. The usual breakfast menu is not appetizing and tastes commercial. Other restos and hotels in Boracay are better. I ended up just having a simple toast, eggs which are freshly cooked, and bacon and fruits. For New Year’s Eve, they had a mandatory fee of

Great location but not so great facilities One of the rooms we booked had no windows it was like staying in the box the other room we took was the beach facing suite it had a view to die for but there were a lot of services noise coming (water pipes) thanks to which we could not sleep well The lift was not working The Wi-Fi was not catching in the room I had to come to the lobby every time The breakfast is nothing great Pool bar was not fully functional It said 4 star property but I think its not above a 3 star and facilities are more of a bed and breakfast

Enjoyed our 4-day stay in this beachfront hotel. It's almost in the middle of everthing. The staff are corteous and helpful. Rooms are vibrant and maintained clean. Bottled water, tea, coffee and toiletries are generously provided daily in each room. It has a strong wifi/internet connection, good if you need to work on vacation. My kids loved swimming in the pools especially at night. The changing color lights is pretty attractive. Lively nights as there were firedance performances. Breakfast in the rooftop is excellent, with lots of varieties. Value for money👍. We'll stay again.

The rooms are colorful. The buffet breakfast are good. The location is superb. The price is also reasonable. There are also a lot of "cheaper" food choices nearby such as shawarma joint. I will definitely come back with family and friends

Hi Mae Belle A, Thanks for staying with us during your Boracay holiday. It's always a pleasure to hear from happy valued guests. This motivates us to maintain the quality of our service and facilities and continue finding ways to further improve, as your satisfaction is indeed our pleasure. We apologize and thank you for bringing to our attention your view regarding our menu. We’ll have our culinary team improve on it. We hope that the rest of our service and amenities somehow defrayed the displeasures you had and appreciate the patience you’ve extended. At any rate, we would love to have you with us again at Boracay Uptown and be grateful for the chance to somehow make it up to you. Much obliged. Raffy

I was able to get a flash online discount thru Traveladvisor then Agoda for the room after a few days of browsing on the net. I left a message that we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and was hoping if they can make it special for us.. Arriving early, we were allowed for early checkin and was suprise to get a room upgrade. The staff was very helpful and accomodating during our stay. This place is near D-mall for resto, souvenir, grocery. It's also near popular bar and resto on the beach front. A few minutes walk near beach activity pickup like island hoping, helmet diving, parasailing etc. So after all the activities you'll be tired but happy that your hotel is just nearby.

A customercentric hotel...you will see how awesome the staff is from start to finish. They also upgraded our room for free...no requests needed. Room was very spacious and clean. We did not lack for anything and if you have special requests, just call and they will even bring it to your room. Only suggestion I have is to maybe make the breakfast selection more interesting. Overall, they made my hubby's birthday celebration a great one.

This hotel has a superb location, very colourful room and very convenient too. It has lots of eateries within walking distance, a convenience store and also souvenir stalls too. However, the wifi connectivity here is a challenge and the staff are just efficient but not spectacular.

Hi puregarden, Thanks for staying with us during your Boracay holiday here in the Philippines. It's always a pleasure to hear from happy valued guests. This motivates us to maintain the quality of our service and facilities and continue finding ways to further improve, as your satisfaction is indeed our pleasure. With regards to the restroom pass that you mentioned, please be advised that we dont require cr pass for our hotel guests, we have a total of 5 public restroom in the hotel. 1. ground floor building B - besides elevator, 2. 3rd floor beside the bridge connecting building A & B 3 . Beside 3rd level Infinity Pool 4. Beside ground level Pool Except in 1 public restroom located near our beachfront restaurants which aim to control the crowd since many bars in the beachfront don't have their own rest room. This particular restroom is intended for Boracay Uptown guest only and to our restaurants (Paraiso Grill & Hukad Restaurant) walk-in guest only. But if you a guests of Boracay uptown no need to get a pass just give your room number to the officer on duty. Hoping for your understanding with this matter and at any rate, we would love to have you with us again at Boracay Uptown and be grateful for the chance to somehow make it up to you. Much obliged.
