- Easy room downgrade as I previously booked for 4 but changed to 2 adult and 1 four yrs old. I used their website to book and made changes on the booking through email. - I booked for an annex standard room with no view but it’s not a problem as you will only stay in your room for sleeping. Room has a fridge, hot water (strong water pressure is a plus), AC was cold. - Annex room is located across the Main road but not a problem as white beach is a just a few steps away. There is a small sari sari store downstairs from the annex room for your basic toiletries, water or chips. - Perfect location, near Willy’s rock, near Andoks and 7/11. Not a buffet breakfast but just right considering the room price with breakfast included. They have Japanese food on their resto. I want to try the ramen but I was too full when we had our dinner at andoks just a few meters from the annex and there will be 7/11 soon just beside. - Perfect location as it’s just a few meters from Willys rock and which is the main reason we choose the place. - We walked at the beach path at night to DMall, location is near the Center. - Overall, good value for money and location is the best.…

worst experience;we didn't enjoyed our last day in Boracay becoz of the service, my family came in their restaurant before 9:30 and they ordered food for breakfast,i bought a cake to my mom to surprise her and i got in the restaurant around 10,I asked the staff if its possible to sing happy bday to my mom and he said we are busy maam,mybe later,I told him its fine if u get free later,so I ordered my food and i have to pay since we only have 4 breakfast included in the hotel,after 15 mins they served 1 meal,my kids are hungry,told them just wait for a bit,maybe they are busy,more than 1 hour and i followed up their order,the staff said 5 mins and 30 mins later didn't serve the order so i got upset and walk away in the restaurant.looking for the manager,he told me he will investigate and make an action, DAMAGE BEEN DONE,we dont deserve this kind of treatment,they returned my 250pesos for 1meal that i paid in the restaurant,we are disappointed and we definitely wont come back here😡 …

I booked two rooms at the main building but was discourage of the service. Supposedly should recommend them but changed my mind and will never stay here again. The location of the hotel is good as it is few steps away from the beach front. Some staff are okay, apparently on our second night we requested small sachet of coffee, it was declined by the reception , she said we are checking out that day so no more. Please note they only provide 1 small sachet of coffee each night of stay per person. One room has not been made up as well but we never complained saving the planet😉. Customer service👎🏻

I didn't enjoy my short stay because of some key components of their building/room: ***Please refer to my photos and their description Pros: - The beach and breakfast area are just across the street. Hotel located in station 1 - Bed is big enough for 2 people to sleep in. it pretty much occupies the entire room - Wifi works well - Can watch movies in the cable TV - Mirror has its own light. will look like you are using those portable ring lights - A/C is cold - Fridge inside the room - towels,soap and shampoo provided. - electric kettle and water you can heat. cups and some utensils available also - the room service is okay. food ordered is reasonable. - cctv cameras in the stairway. door entrance to the bldg requires the key card. We were given 2 cards Cons: - it's in the 4th floor. no elevator. small stairway - I nearly had burn injuries on my first day of stay. the water was really hot when we first started it. the small bathroom was fogging in just a matter of seconds. good thing i manage to get away from it almost immediately. i left the shower open for minutes till the hotel personnel arrived. only excuse they gave is due to "water pressure." staff isn't even the least apologetic. I have stayed in higher floor hotels and never encountered this so called scalding hot water due to water pressure. temp control is just moving it left and right. even with the right settings the water stayed really hot so we left it running for a while. Did the same for the next couple of days for our safety - The room assigned isn't in the main building. it's at the back and you'll pass an alleyway. it's very dark there at night as place is residential - karaoke nearby starts as early as 9am and ends close to midnight. it's in the residential compound - Looks like building is still not completed. they may still be freaking creating a 5th floor. I've been hearing weird sounds like something is being pushed upstairs. …

We had stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoy our stay. Thank you Water Edge! Location is very close to beachfront and indeed the perfect spot for sunset. Breakfast served in their beachfront restaurant, where you can get enjoy the morning sea view. We will definitely stay here again!

Japanese, Filipino & Chinese restaurant menu all in one place. Superb location with a beach view of Boracay plus the excellent food. Kudos to Chef Eryl and all the servers who always greet you with a smile. Must try their authentic ramen and sushi.

Had a fun experience in this hotel. I would rather recommend this place visiting Boracay coz its just a few steps away from the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. came here earlier than the che in time but was entertained. just worth it.

Nice resort right on the beach. If you stay in the other building across the street you can hear the loud night traffic so I recommend stay in the building on the beach if possible. Breakfast was a bit less satisfying but if you are not picky you’ll be fine. Overall okay :)

It is a nice place to stay in Station 1, where it is located beach front and the swimming area is not crowded. Near the Boracay Grotto and 24/7 establishment like 7/11. The staffs are all accommodating and they provide 5 star customer oriented service. The place is secured and that there is a free wifi access wherein even in front of the seaside, it is accessible. The breakfast are all good and the service is fast. We were able to witness their 18th anniversary and Christmas party and they are like a big happy family celebrating a special occasion. Our stay at their room is quite relaxing and comfortable especially at night. The room cleaning service is awesome also. I would recommend tourist even foreign nationals to stay there. The price is reasonable and affordable even during peak season. They offer also water/outdoor activities such like Island Hopping, Helmet Diving, Paddle, Snorkeling, ATV and the likes...
