We stayed here at LSM Square Boracay hotel for five days with my family and I was shocked just how good the hotel was for the price we payed, inside it has a boutique hotel feel to it which is very surprising for the amount we payed for our stay. We are just looking for the cheapest and the most affordable place to stay in Boracay and we found LSM Square as the best option! It's modern, very clean, new, close to the action...very central matter of fact it was only five minutes away from the Mall and 2 minutes walk from the beach which is nothing really for the best value offer we got. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with it. I would recommend you pay the little extra for the bigger room as its worth it if you are coming with children. this hotel is also geared up well, apparently it is popular hotel with posh students from Manila like Atenista and LaSallista, one of our friends from Ateneo highly recommended this "affordable-no frill" island hotel to us. We were very comfortable here and would return. Internet could be better

We stayed for some days at this Hotel and we really enjoyed it. Compared to other middle range places, this one provides big, clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony. The Hotel is situated directly on the Main Street in Boracay on the white beach side. So you just need to walk about 200m to get to this beautiful beach. Important to know is that most of the places in Boracay are not in a good condition, most of them are very humid and not well isolated. Therefore we were looking for something more or less in a good condition and with a certain standard. If you are looking for the same, this is the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Your money will be worth it, if you stay here. Very clean rooms, with two double size bed, strong wifi signal, cable tv, hot shower, employees are very courteous and accommodating, specially you're requesting for services, etc.

We were a group of 8 who stayed here, booked 2 rooms (for 4 and 6 persons). It was off peak back then, got the room for 1400 php and 2000 php per night. I must day I had no regrets when I booked here, for me it's like a 5 star hotel in terms of their rooms. The rooms are very spacious, clean, has a balcony where you can hang your wet clothes, a refrigerator and a flat screen television. We liked the quality of the beds and the pillows as well. The wifi is also okay though sometimes it's intermittent but is tolerable, and they don't offer food service which is just fine for there are many restaurants available outside. We stayed at the 3rd floor, and please take note that there isn't any elevator in the building but it was just okay with us. It's just along the highway in Station 1 which is very accessible and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. If ever I'll be going back in Boracay again, definitely I will choose to stay here again.

We stayed here with my friends without too much expectations but overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and just a couple of walks to the beach (which is the most important thing). During our stay, it seems like there was a lot of construction going on so it was really loud during the day. There was also no hot water but that would be the least of my concern. If you wanted cheap but decent rooms, make sure you check out this place.

since i'm in the mood of writing reviews for the places i've stayed at Boracay for the past 3 years, i like to give a belated but well deserved review of LSM during our stay there last year ( Nov. 2012).
Despite the reasonable low price of its rooms, you'll be surprise with their rooms, the beds are soft and guarantee a restful sleep, the room is also very clean, toilet is also clean, tv is flat screen.
the problem we had was the availability of towels, we checked in at 10am, after repeated follow up, the towels were delivered only at 5pm, i think they run out of towels due to large volume of guest,
the receptionist and staff were very polite.
overall, our stay there was good and we would have book again this year, but it's very hard to contact them, they didn't answer my emails and calls to them were unasnwered too, that's why we booked at another place this year.
hopefully, i'll be able to contact them for our December trip.
final verdict..........good price, good place and highly recommended

Stayed here with my boyfriend for my birthday celebration.

Pros: fairly new rooms, hot shower, good airconditioning, easy access to groceries and transpo, wifi (strong connection in the morning), relatively cheap (Php 5000+ for 4D 3N)
Got the room that I wanted.

Cons: obviously, it's not beach front. i had problems with the shower (though the water was warm and the bathroom was exceptionally clean), no breakfast, so-so service, it's tiring to take the stairs after a long day walk at the beach -- no elevator

LSM Square is very basic. It's a decent place if you're planning to go out often and just stay there to sleep. Housekeeping every two days.

Boracay. Known for its white powdery sand, crystal clear water, and newly opened after a massive clean up drive from our President. This beauty of course does not come cheap. Boracay is also known to be quite expensive when it comes to food, attractions, and of course accommodation; especially since its reopening, we are expecting that businesses will try to regain lost profits.

I have been to several hotels in boracay, and I must say, LSM on station 1 is on my top 5. Here is why:

Pros:
- Huge Rooms. Yes, bigger compared to 4-5 star hotels here in Manila. Althemore bigger than rooms in Boracay.
- Personal Ref
- Electric Kettle with 2 standard coffee cups
- 2 huge beds
- Bidet
- Flat Screen (sony)
- Veranda - which is uncommon in lesser star rated hotel
- Closet that can hold clothing of a family of 5.
- Multiple sockets - one 2-outlet socket near the bedside
- Soft Bath Towels
- Highly Genuine Accommodating people - I'd like to mention their Front Desk Officer named JAN. He has done well in making our stay pleasurable. We arrived at 10 am coming off from a 5AM flight. with all the lack of sleep, luggage to carry, breakfast-less people, Jan really tried his best to find us a room for EARLY check in. Everyone is capable for allowing an early check in, but not everyone is willing to allow. But Jan, has stepped up and understood our concern.
Not only that, he also agreed to our late check out request since our flight is at 9:35PM, at a very minimal fee. (im not saying that he always allow this, of course it depends on the availability of the room; but he could have just said "no", but thankfully he didn't)
So Jan, thank you. We have not thanked you enough, but thank you.

Cons:
WiFi - it is very intermittent. if your phone does not have an auto connect feature, then you may have to input the password about 4 times every 15 mins. But this should be fine, since we are in a vacation. we should be more focused on relaxing and having fun.
Water Pressure - it lacks the pressure to my personal liking. (This might not be a concern for many, though personally, i am quite particular with this.)

Cons that are not LSMs problem:
- first timers might get quite lost finding the white beach as you need to pass through tight alleyways before getting to the beach. it would take about 3 minutes to walk from the hotel to beach front.
- there are continuous construction works beside LSM and in the main road as part of the beautification program.but, these noises do not come through the walls. so noise can't be heard from inside the room.

Overall, i gave LSM a rating of 5 because they gave more than what we expected at a fraction of a cost! Especially the kind people led by Jan.

Will i recommend? YES.

LSM is a fine choice for travelers who are looking for a decent, affordable and accessible place to stay while in Boracay island.

THIS IS IT - For people visiting Boracay for business and not for a sand-sun-sea experience. the rooms are affordable and the wide beds, above-average toilets and new TV sets brings a modern feel to the rooms. Plus, located by the side of the island's main road, getting to and from here is easier than most hotels in the island.

THIS IS NOT IT - For visitors wanting to wake up to the sound of waves and the breeze from the sea. the beachfront is good 5 minute walk and the location is cramped into alleys of other establishments

NOTE: There was no available WiFi and the Cable Service is undesirable. They should get the nearby Kalibo Cable HD instead

This place has it all! The room and the beds are so worth with its price. We only paid Php2,700 each night for 6 pax and are very satisfied with our stay. The shower room is clean and it is close to a 4 star hotel design. We were surprised that they also have a refrigerator in the room. The room, though not that big has a balcony where you can sit and chat with friends. And in the balcony, they also provide you with a space to hang dry your wet clothes. They have that flat screen tv and it offers a lot of channels. So much to offer on their price. The room is cold which is perfectly fine, meaning they have a good working air-conditioners. Though they should provide a thicker blanket or a comforter to use more comfortable during the cold nights.

The hotel is also close to everything! Close to convenience stores and sari-sari stores which is perfect for me since I'm traveling with my 1 year old baby . And the place isn't that much far to the Station 1 beach front. It's just a minute walk or less (brisk walk). I will definitely stay here again !
