The price is reasonable with friendly staff. However, the rooms on the second floor front beach needs renovation and new paints. Overall, Accomodating hotel staffs and nice location. Good for family get away.

I booked a room for me and my boyfriend. Got the Beachfront room for an affordable price. View from the room was fantastic btw! Room had all we needed naman. So if you want an affordable room to sleep in with a nice location, beachfront, and a view, I suggest booking at Pearl of the Pacific. P.S. Could not thank people of Pearl enough for assisting us. They gave us tips on where to go for water activities and stuff since it was our first time in Boracay. Their part of the beach was not crowded also so if you want no noise but still be a few minutes away if ever you decide to join the party, this is it

Staff need an update on professional welcome and introduction to the room, showing how things work. Very dated and tired appearance. May have been a nice deal 20 years ago. Look around and there are better for the same price. Closer to Starbucks and Station 2 has more restaurant choices.

This place was TERRIBLE!!!! We booked it based on photos that didn’t resemble the actual room in the slightest. When we arrived at the hotel, the guard looked shocked and started laughing. He took us across the street to the lobby, on the way we walked past a fountain that was green with algae. That was our first sign. When we got to our room we were disgusted. The bathroom was sick at best. Full of ants, very rusty on all the metal, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few years. The walls of the room were dirty and in need of a new paint job. The balcony light was broken, the railing was broken, and there was no table, only chairs. The staff were miserable, our server at breakfast literally threw the menu onto another table after we had ordered. We literally started looking for another hotel 10 minutes after checking in. We paid over $300 for 3 nights and stayed 1. When we went to checkout early we were treated very poorly and the manager didn’t even apologize for anything. She asked us to make a list of things that were wrong and when she read what I had written she just smiled and nodded as if she had seen all of this before. This is literally the worst hotel I have ever been to and if you even consider it then you’ve made a horrible choice.

My friend booked two rooms and paid 50% in advance. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was surprised to see us because there was no reservation under our names. She was helpful (sorry forgot her name) and was able to find two rooms for us but not in the front as what we had reserved. Our welcome drinks were served by their security guard because they didn’t have anyone else to do it. Going up to our room, I was dismayed to see weeds growing on the path, pool was dirty and there was someone washing clothes on the ground floor. The water from the washing machine was flowing on the ground. When we went inside our room, it was musty and the A/C wasn’t working that well. We had enough and found a Resort nearby and moved out the same day. The only plus is they agreed to refund the deposit and the front desk clerk was very helpful. Sadly, her assistance couldn’t compensate for the horrible state of the Resort They MUST close the hotel and renovate it before accepting guests. It’s unfair to accept guests when the hotel is in such a dilapidated state.

We booked Pearl as we are RCI members and used our 1 week exchange. We coordinated with RCI Singapore and they helped book the hotel. The timing we got is sem break 2017 though we planned for the trip as early as March/ April. Booking with RCI was easy for as long as there is an available schedule - Pearl was open in our desired date. After which, we coordinated directly with the hotel. Pearl has an office in Ortigas which got our travel dates. Nearing the travel dates, I coordinated once again to the hotel to get their confirmation and requested for airport-hotel transfers. However, it took sometime before we received a reply. After a few days of no reply, we called their office. Anyway, transfers was arranged with their help. Thanks! During the actual travel, going to Pearl was a breeze. Island Star Express was superb! Thanks, Pearl for getting their services. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a welcome drink that was offered, they gave us an upgrade to use the poolside room and was allowed early check in. Thanks, Rachel. However, we decided not to stay for the whole week due to the following: hot water not readily available, needed to request for additional towel which was supposed to be a replacement of the soiled one, no internet, pool was under maintenance and not enough lighting. It was sad that the hotel was not properly maintained though its location was really promising. After our 2nd night, we transferred to another RCI member hotel. Pearl still kept our room as we are uncertain if we can have 5 nights in our new hotel. Thanks, Rachel! Fortunately, we were allowed to stay until the last day of our vacation. We returned the room card key and requested Ms. Lourdes' help to assist in the transfers arrangement - which was confusing. Thanks Ms. Lourdes for your patience. Finally, it was from Pearl that we met our tour guide Mang Jhun. We were happy to have agreed with his suggestions. Otherwise, our Boracay experience will not be memorable. By the way, we cannot provide feedback to the restaurant as there are better choices outside.

Stayed at the Pearl twice already (two summers in succession) and was never disappointed with the service I got. The rooms were prepared perfectly and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The proximity to the beach is just perfect, away from the noise but at the same time still a close 1 minute walk to the beach front. I would say this place has the best value for money. Bonus: Their breakfast buffet is definitely an A+. Just right to get you full and prepared for more adventures for the day and partying for the night. cheers!

Old fashioned hotel, old style furnishings, old everything. It feels like your back in the old days. Feels quite like granny's place. But the staff, Coney, Ronnie, and Lourdes are very friendly and accomodating.

The resort is in complete rundown state, badly needs renovating. The bright side is, it has the widest and best beach frontage of all resorts and still gives an island charm, I am a returning guest and have stayed at the same place 5 times now and so it is disappointing for me to see the current state. I am told the owners are not interested to renovate this place.
