The District Boracay is located right at The White Beach, and the only way you can get access from the main street is through the narrow alleys. We stayed at The District for 3 nights, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception,  housekeeping, concierge, and all staff at the restaurant did their best to make our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed. We booked a king room and the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a small and nice swimming pool and jacuzzi at the entrance. Also there is a  gym but I could tell any hotel guests using it because it is very small and has limited equipment.  The breakfast was served at a clean and nice restaurant overlooking the beach. However,  there were limited choices of food and drink. There were plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach, which made our dining experience easy. You will have the options to dine at a few restaurants which offered dinner buffet for about Php 1000. There were plenty of vendors who tried to sell us their products or persuade us to do the water activities and massage every time we stepped out from the hotel, and this could be very annoying.  I would say The District was one of the modern, clean, safe, and nice beach hotels at Boracay.

Outdated, overpriced and very tired hotel. The power kept on getting cut, at one point while being in the shower. The swimming pool looked like it has not been serviced a while. The breakfast have mainly several options but looked more like a motel breakfast. The beds, pillows, sheets are also tired. Staff however are amazing.

when you cime in and out of their entrance rarely to they smile and greer. in their resto when you ask for water from a waiter they tell you to get it at the water station so its self service but thats basic courtesy. if a guests asks it should not be too much trouble to guve. in general they are not attentive to the needs of their guests. oh and font forget your beach towel in your room bec if you swim in their pool and ask they will tell you onky those issued in the rooms are your alloted towel. so the opposite of other reaorts i stayed in. never again

We wanted a boutique hotel for a 3 night stay, hoping for a quiet few days of pampering and relaxation. Unfortunately we stayed in the middle of ‘party-central’, the hotel located between restaurants dueling for the ‘loudest sound system’ award! The staff at front desk including the bellmen, were all very courteous and friendly and the highlight of our stay. The room was fine, with ample power sockets. Housekeeping service and was on-request and basic. Gym was too small and just awful. We checked it out with another guest and they were equally disappointed. They should remove some equipment to make it more usable. Breakfast was also very basic with poor service. We skipped after day 1 and paid to have a better choice elsewhere. We had transfers included, provided by southwest. Departure arrangements were perfect but hotel did not send a pre arrival email advising what we needed to do. Simply advising us to look out for southwest at the airport would have saved us a lot of trouble. In summary, an ok experience but don’t expect a luxurious stay…..oh, and don’t go Labour day weekend unless you like crowds!!

Vacationing in this famous island to start the New Year of 2023 was always an annual highlight in my vacation in the Philippines for this Christmas/New Year holidays eversince. Staying in the District this time even made it more memorable for me and for my mom. I appreciated the staff of this hotel as they upgraded my room from DeLuxe to Premium. My request to have twin beds when I booked this hotel via Agoda was not communicated properly by that site bec they course my booking through a 3rd party. When we arrive and there was no more deLuxe rooms with twin beds that they can give to us, they were able to offer us an upgrade so as not to ruin our vacation. Thank you to the staff for that. The premium room has a loft where the King-sized bed is placed. The bed was very cozy. There were 2 balconies, one of which fronting the living room was spacious where one can practice yoga and other floor exercises. You can also do a bit of lap swimming in the resort pool. One thing I also liked staying in the hotel is the live acoustic band playing in the dinner hall on the rooftop of the facade. The breakfast buffet is mixed Asian and Western cuisine. Food is OK but selection becomes dull as the days forward. I stayed for 6D5N here. Overall, this hotel deserves a second or even 3rd visit in my future vacations in Boracay.

We had the best time staying at The District Boracay. The staff were very helpful with our needs, assisted us from check in until our check out. They were very polite and friendly, they greeted guests everytime, always wore a smile! The buffet breakfast was nice. The dinner at The Plenary was lovely. The hotel provided beach mats, life jackets, toys for kids, beach towels, umbrellas (all free of charge!). The rooms were great, clean, bright and had balconies which I love. Our overall stay there was excellent! Would 100% recommend The District Boracay!

Facilities are dated. Gone are the good ole' days that made this hotel stand out from the rest. Lost are the smiles & gestured salutations of staff. Responses are less than enthusiastic, especially of the male supervisor at the reception. Spa always "full." Breakfast not as it used to be. Fewer options. Stay elsewhere.

I went to their coffee shop on a hot afternoon looking for some cold beverage. When I went inside, the shop is full. I went to one female attendant then she took my order - she was friendly and helpful. Since there was no table available I asked if I can stay upstairs which they permitted. The 2nd floor is hot without any ventilation. A male staff went inside and I ask him if he can turn on the a/c unit but he didn't respond. Then another male staff came in to serve my order, I asked him if there is a way that the area can be ventilated and he was mumbling like " ganun talaga dito..." then he went away. I was being patient waiting... 2 to 3 more staffs passed me by but nothing happen. Staffs are incredibly walang pakialam. I will never go back to this place.

Very rundown place. Don't let their photos fool you. Staff are rude and management doesn't believe in customer service. I asked for early checkout or a refund and they refused. My party of 10 all went to a different hotel because the rooms were so bad. I'm stuck with $1500 USD extra from a bad hotel. Save your money.
