Our stay was absolutely wonderful at the Sheraton Four Points Boracay.

Customer Service
Christian at the front desk was very helpful in setting up our transportation upon arrival from the Caticlan Airport to the hotel. He and the hotel staff were present to greet us at the front door. His outstanding attention to detail for the hotel package we reserved was above and beyond our previous stays at other hotels. We booked the “Escape in Paradise” package with a poolside dinner; our server Edwin and chef Loyd treated us like royalty throughout the night. Reo’s hospitality during our land tour was excellent as he drove to multiple picturesque beaches and was our photographer to capture these moments.

Room accommodations
We booked the private lap pool and we were so glad we did! Having a private pool just outside of our back door that is available 24/7 was so appealing during our reservation process. The rooms were clean. The staff set up the room to welcome our arrival for a celebratory vacation. The daily brunch was top notch. The concierge service was helpful throughout our entire stay.

Local amenities
The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Station B mall. There were hidden beach bars to watch the sunset. The mall had everything from department store goods, groceries, laundry service and a hardware store. The tricycle rides were only 150 PHP to D’Mall for the more touristy shopping and beach areas.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. This list of positives about the hotel and its staff, proximity to different amenities makes this a top choice for those looking for a place to stay for their vacation on Boracay.

We stayed here this week for a 4 day trip to Boracay to attend an annual dragon boat race. We found everyone to be extremely welcoming and friendly across all areas of the hotel. From the moment we got out of our transfer, we were extended a warm welcome at the driveway by Security, Front Desk, and Guest Services. It was a long journey coming from Australia > Singapore > Manila > Boracay, and it was the best feeling in the world to be assisted with luggage and presented with a refreshing fruity mocktail during check in.

Our room was on the same floor as the reception, and we loved the pool view from our room. It was always a joy to wake up to such a pristine view in the morning. The bed was very comfortable with fresh sheets changed every day by Housekeeping. The bathroom was extremely spacious with clean linen changed daily, and I love their sustainable residential amenities. Housekeeping noticed my preference for having 3 bath mats, and they made an effort to ensure it was kept this way all throughout my stay.

The Four Points by Sheraton is the only Marriott branded hotel in Boracay at the moment, and it located near a little beach in Station 1 within a 5 mins slow walk. The location is indeed 'far' from the central area of Station 2, but it is easily reachable within a 5-10 mins ride via the local e-trike. I honestly preferred this location because it was away from all the crowd, loud partying events on the Station 2 beach, and general herds of tourists.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, we were recognised for our status, and the team were always proactive in responding to the chat - especially with my repeated request for ice buckets because the weather was so hot. A shoutout to the lovely team who looked after us: Jubehlyn, Shienna, Christian, Aron, Jomar, Dexter, Edwin, Joylyn.

To Charley (General Manager) and Dennis (Front Office Manager AKA The Lead of Operations AKA The Magician that makes all things possible)y: Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat. You have a wonderful team of Ladies and Gentlemen who do their best to look after all these guests, and it is evident that you hired the best of the industry. My partner and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel so much, and we look forward to returning next year!

We came down to boracay to attend a wedding and needed a hotel for a couple nights. Initially, we thought of going with a cheaper hotel in the area, but then settled on the Sheraton, and we're very glad we did. The stay did not include transport to and from the airport but the hotel booked it through their third party after reaching out to them, so be advised, it was an extra payment. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly reception desk and got some complimentary drinks and a cold wet towel up front. We had booked one of the deluxe rooms but were upgraded to the one with the lap pool, much to our surprise. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We attended one of the complimentary breakfast buffets. The food was great and had a good selection. The staff was very helpful and accomidating with any questions and needs. Dexter was among the friendliest. Overall, we feel as though we got more than our money's worth and would highly recommend anyone into getting a room in this hotel. The beach is only a few minutes walk, so there's plenty to enjoy.

We stayed at Clark Marriott for six days, and I feel it’s important to share that our experience fell short of expectations, especially considering it was our honeymoon. My husband, a Titanium member, chose this hotel believing it would offer the same quality of experience we've enjoyed at other Marriott properties. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as we had hoped.

Firstly, the food was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. My husband, a foreigner, ordered Pork Adobo, trusting it would be an authentic representation of our national dish. Instead, we received three slabs of pork belly that were more fat than meat, with just a drizzle of adobo sauce. The Korean Fried Chicken also missed the mark. The only highlight was the Caesar Salad, which we enjoyed out of necessity, as we were quite hungry. Additionally, we found it unusual that all courses were served simultaneously—appetizer, salad, and main course—giving the impression that fine dining training may have been lacking. That was our first and last dinner at the hotel.

Breakfast was similarly uninspiring. As for our accommodation, the room was fine, and we appreciated the warm welcome on our first day. However, it seemed there was little follow-through in terms of guest recognition. The housekeeping staff left a note addressed only to my husband, stating that the room was cleaned especially for him and adorned with blue towels for decoration. I found this a bit disheartening, as it didn’t acknowledge that we were celebrating our honeymoon together.

On our third day, my husband arranged with the Front-Desk an island-hopping tour, which was unfortunately a disaster. The tour company lacked organization, and we faced significant delays in boarding. Had I not voiced my concerns, we would have been left exposed to the sun for much longer. The food provided during the tour was unappetizing, and we ended up leaving it untouched. The situation escalated when the boat broke down mid-cruise, and there was a lack of communication from the crew, leading to panic among passengers. We eventually managed to switch to another boat and asked the captain to return us early, as our enthusiasm for the trip had waned.

While we understand that not everything is within Marriott's control, we were disappointed with the recommendations made on their part. It’s essential for hotels to ensure that their guests have positive experiences, especially when it comes to off-site activities.

We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we genuinely want to see improvements in the service and experiences offered at Clark Marriott.

Our getaway at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency by the exceptional staff, especially the concierge, Aaron, who made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel's cleanliness and inviting atmosphere added to our comfort, and we were delighted with the lap pool access room that set a cheerful tone throughout our stay.

Special mention goes to the breakfast buffet restaurant, where each morning began with a delightful spread and impeccable service. The staff, especially Kevin and Edwin, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. We would like to thank them for their attentiveness and exceptional service that made us feel right at home.

The hotel’s location is close to but not at the White Beach, which provides comfort and a well needed rest after a day of exploring. We also appreciate the shuttle transfers between the hotel and D’Mall, which provides convenience for us to explore the island.

This is the first time I've been to a hotel where the pool towels seem to be Infinite/Unlimited. We stayed at the rooms with Lap Pool access. The room was very good. So clean and complete with all necessary kits. The room towels are soft and felt like they were brand new. The location of the hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the station 1 beach. The shuttle service is always on-time. The breakfast was good and offers a better variety of food compared to other hotels in the island. But the best part for me is the service they provide to guests. They are always attentive to your needs and you can see that they really do their best to provide what you need during your stay.

It was our first time to visit the island of Boracay and since we want to make it memorable, we opted to stay in a Marriott property knowing the brand’s quality and it did not disappoint.

The first thing we noticed was the enthusiastic staff always extending their warm smiles and greetings wherever we see them. Even Engineering personel is greeting and smiling at us. It is a very welcoming experience which made us feel at ease.

The facilities caters all our needs from the spacious rooms with big beds, to the gym and their huge nicely designed swimming pools with Jacuzzi. The seating area by the pool was cozy making us hangout more and the attendants are very helpful and attentive.

Though the location is far from the main action in the island, it is the perfect place for serenity with a near access 2 minute walk to the beach of station 1 which we prefer more. Their shuttle service going to station 2 is readily available back and forth every hour which provides convenience throughout our trip.

We had a daily breakfast which exceeded our expectations with their variety of meals catering our needed fuel in the morning. We loved their make your own noodles station and my personal favorite of hot dishes and cold cuts.

All in all, our vacation in Boracay is indeed remarkable and looking forward to coming back again and again. Thanks to the Four Points by Sheraton Boracay and its AMAZING TEAM for the memorable experience. A nod to Ailen, Bryl, Denie, Gideon, Wilson and apologies to the rest of the team whose names I forgot. Thank you all!

We (party of 6) from Sydney had the opportunity to stay at Four Points Sheraton Boracay for 3 nights (2 adjoining rooms). The food was good, the rooms comfortable, and the service top- notch. Our stay ranks, in my opinion, as one of the best, even compared to Sydney premium hotels. The fact that it is only a 3 min walk to the white sand beach is a bonus.

We were scheduled to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Boracay for 5 nights from 22-26 Aug 2024. When we woke up after the first night, we noticed that there were bugs all over the room- on all of the walls. These included the wall that the bed was on which didn’t have a separating headboard from the wall. We immediately called the front desk staff and they came to examine and saw them. They offered to put us in a similar room next door (also a room that walked out to the pool), but later called back and said it was not going to be available. We can only assume it also had the same bugs. At that point we said we would be checking out of this hotel. We didn’t ask for any compensation, just to be notified of what type of bugs these were so we can ensure our clothes and luggage were treated properly. They said they would let us know and that they had already called pest control. It has now been over 14 days and they still have not informed us of the type of bugs. We are Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Level and even our personal Ambassador has been trying to help us and the management at this hotel is not cooperative.



We have stayed over 226 nights this year in Marriott properties in 7 different SE Asia countries and this by far is the worst-run hotel. Nobody at the hotel reached out to us once we departed, except to send us the link for us to do a Trip Advisor review.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay, and we fully understand the frustration you must have felt regarding the issue with the bugs in your room. Please rest assured that this was an isolated incident, and we have taken immediate steps to address it. After a thorough investigation by our team and pest control professionals, the insects found in your room were identified as water bugs, which are commonly found in warm, tropical environments. Our team has since eliminated the breeding sites through a larvicide treatment, and we’ve conducted thorough insecticide spraying. We will continue with regular monitoring to ensure this issue does not recur. We understand your concerns regarding the possible contamination of your clothes and luggage. Fortunately, water bugs do not typically breed in luggage, as they prefer damp, wet areas with a steady food source. Nevertheless, as a precaution, we recommend washing your suitcase with hot soapy water or other household cleaners to ensure that any potential contaminants are thoroughly removed. Once again, we deeply apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay. We enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The service from the staff is second to none. They attended to all our needs and everyone was very hospitable. Hats off to the front office manager Daniel she made sure that our rooms were ready upon our arrival and made sure we felt very special as we celebrated our anniversary. The rooms are very spacious and all the surrounding facilities are very clean not to mention the breakfast was great, has a variety of selections every day, and all the staff at the restaurant were very attentive.

"Just a little walk away to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the main strip but there is a free shuttle bus provided to the town centre. "
