Great service! Very accommodating and friendly staff. I really love the interiors. We also enjoyed the complimentary desserts every afternoon and before sleeping. The breakfast food were delicious and had a lot of variety. The only issue is there are no windows in the rooms but other than that, our whole stay was amazing.

Service is top notch and I think this really sets the apart from other hotels in Boracay. Breakfast is good as it is varied everyday. We travelled along with senior folks and staff made sure that they are at their most comfortable. Special mention to Kendrix who made out of his way to help us in setting our mat and chairs by the beach. We will definitely book again here!

I enjoyed our stay. The staff were outstanding. Very polite. The roof pool was exceptional and the breakfast very tasty. It’s located in station 2. Very close to all the restaurants and bars. Right on the beach. My only complaint was it was a bit noisy at night. Other than that it was very good.

Great amenities, great service. Everyone is so welcoming. The rooms are a bit small but we were out most of the time anyway so it’s not a big deal. The price you pay is for the excellent service and the ambiance. Location is perfect. I just wish there were cabinets in the rooms where you can store your clothes.

To quickly summarize, this mid-tier hotel has really given us an experience worth coming back to in Boracay. It is an all-around hotel that gives you comfort and efficiency to help you make the most of your Boracay trip. I really hope that they maintain this kind of in-house quality, service, and affordability even after their soft-opening period. What makes them special? The room: Very cozy, modern tropical interior with high-speed internet and smart TV. The bed, sheets, pillows, and towels smell fresh, clean and are soft and of high-quality. Very clean bathroom with adjustable water temperatures for both the shower and sink. Comes with a bidet and good quality toiletries. They also offer complimentary, refillable water, and quick room-service. We asked for ice multiple times for example, and they delivered right away. The staff: They are one of the most attentive, efficient, friendly, and accommodating bunch you will find. From check-in to dining, they always greet you with a smile, ask if there is anything they can do for you, and actively suggest ways to make things convenient. Special mention to the pool attendants who thoughtfully, without you asking, move the umbrellas for you just to make sure you get covered from the sun! As well as the housekeeping team who makes sure that your room is fragrant, bright, and tidy every time you get back after a full day of exploring the island. Lastly, you will appreciate how the staff makes sure the common areas like the lobby and hallways stay clean and dry despite people coming to and from the beach. The food: The breakfast buffet hosts a reasonable spread of selections. Complete with everything you expect of a breakfast to give you energy before your beach activities. Almost everything is made in-house, including the delicious malunggay cream cheese bread and bacon. They have good coffee and hot chocolate. The crinkles were superb, we wish they had that everyday. The self-service taho makes breakfast fun and nostalgic!! The experience that makes is worthwhile: They welcome you with a drum band, cold drinks, cold towel, beautiful bracelet, and a super useful canvas tote bag. Before going out, you can borrow towels and beach mats for your convenience. They have a unique culture of giving, wherein they surprise you by giving refreshing snacks they call “pass arounds” if you hang around the pool from 3-5 pm. Their home-made popsicles have a balanced sweetness and creaminess - a perfect refreshment under the hot sun! We enjoy the live music from their talented singers as we lounge by the beach and look at the stars. Lastly, they know you are tired from your beach activities so when you come back to the room, you will be happy to see good night snacks to munch on before you sleep. Talk about caring! Sustainability: They use edible straws for drinks and glass water bottles in the room. Shampoo and bath gels are refillable. They have really thought out the hotel design that balances accessibility and aesthetic. The location: Strategically situated at Station 2, beachfront and you immediately get one of the best views, especially during breakfast. Everything else is almost a stone’s throw away. Easily access staples such as d’mall, Real Coffee, as well as affordable to more high-end dining experiences. Even Jollibee, Chowking, and Mang Inasal are just at the base of the hotel! The reasonable walk to Station 1 activity area is also a big plus. The price: I know that they are on soft opening, but getting this kind of service and experience from a mid-priced hotel is really worth it! I truly hope they maintain this price range and maintain the quality of service and experience as they continue to operate. The vibe: The hotel has this cozy, caring, family-oriented vibe. It is great to see families (of all ages) gathering, laughing, having fun together, and enjoying their vacation. Some things to improve on: The room would be perfect with a refrigerator, cabinets, and more space to hang wet clothes. There is no window but that is fine, since you will always go out anyway. The bidet pressure could be lessened. Room could be more soundproofed as we could hear snoring from another room. Might be a one off, but our shower floor gets easily clogged. This could be checked on to avoid flooding. Overall: Mandarin Nest is a good choice for this price range, giving you an amazing and memorable stay. It gives you the best value for your money, enjoying all the perks of a beachfront hotel.
