Dark room, not responsible heavy duvet that force you to use the air conditioning at the maximum all night. View to work débris and garbage from the balconi. Among the three choices for breakfast the French toasts were totally burned and unable. I moved immediately to a much better property.

Staffs are disrespectful, the room smells like a wood and a cockroach. Not a clean place and not a relaxing place. Foods are the same for the whole week, only longganisa is always available in the menu. The experience staying in this hotel is stressing and never worth it.

I really had a pleasant stay at this simple yet comfortable hotel located on the opposite side of the white beach station 1 area, street behind the Catholic Church. From the moment I saw the property, I know that I made a great choice. Its a simple property, very basic but I really felt connected as a budget traveller and its not pretentious. Standard room is small, but comfortable enough for a pleasant stay especially if you are traveling solo or couple. No special amenities in the room but that's ok. Roof deck pool & bar was cozy, (great potential for guests to hangout). Not sure if its manned at some point during the day. They offer massage service at reasonable rates. Staff were really friendly and approachable. Food was ok. Little & simple additional room deco would be great. Just to add minimal color. Not sure if they have beach mat that guests can borrow or rent. I would def consider staying at this hotel, for long stay + on budget. Keep it up.

I didn't expect that this is a great place although I made my research about this hotel but they didn't post a lot of photos. When we went there they already had their renovation. The place is so homey. Simple and rustic that's the best way to describe it. Staffs are really friendly I even asked them if they can keep the cale that I bought because they don't have a fridge in their room. I also like that they have a water dispenser and you can refill anytime. The cons with this hotel are- Our room has this old smell like the smell of my old grandma's cabinet but I also checked the other room that we booked and they don't have that kind of scent so I guess it depends. The compli breakfast menu only have 3 choices. Thou it's fine the food taste good. Btw the place is near at the beach so yeah you can walk around 2mins or less. Overall I love this place ❤️

An exceptionally bad place to stay, very noisy with building work non stop. Noise starts at 7.00am and ceases at 5.00pm. Rooms poor with damp in places. Breakfast extremely poor with no choice for vegetarian. Dinning room extremely basic. Definitely not recommended

This family-run hotel is located on the main road, but it should not take you more than 5 minutes to reach the beach (the nicest spot in the area since Station 1 is relatively more quiet compared to the other stations). This is the best budget hotel - the room is spacious for two and contains basic necessities (e.g. shampoo / shower gel). You can bring your own water bottle as they have free water/coffee/tea all day long at the reception area. The staff is also amazing! They also greet you with a warm smile whenever you go in and out of the hotel. If you are slightly tight on budget - pick this hotel! They fare way way better compared to the budget hotels situated in the beachfront.

Location was good, a short walk to the Church & Boracay's Grotto. You can walk the famous White sand beach from there. Hassle free check-in & check-out. We even have an early check-in. Very Friendly staff. A Very Clean and Homey style room. Wifi is good. Very roomy Bathroom, Toilet is sparkling clean. Toiletries provided. You may hang clothes outside. Free breakfast are good! You may refill drinking purified water at the reception, Free Coffee & Tea! Booked 2 Nights, Best value for money. Will definitely book again! Thanks Hannah Hotel

Yes, it's a bit on the older side. Yes, the airconditioning in the room I stayed was lacking in horsepower. Yes, the internet isn't the best. Yes, i could pick up some ambient noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms. I'm just guessing here but the place looks like it used to be someone's pretty nice house (probably back in the 90s when Boracay wasn't so crazy) until it was repurposed into a hotel. I like that charm though, it makes me miss my childhood in quieter Manila. I also like the fact that it's located quite a walk away from the main road and the party place, though it has some disadvantages, some obvious and one that I will mention later. But I had a great time anyway. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They were not even sure that I was a client yet but they were quick to offer me a glass of cold iced tea which was pretty good and spot-on after I just walked a dusty half kilometer with my luggage from my previous hotel. Without us even asking, they offered us beach towels everytime we stepped out. I think that's a nice touch. There were a couple of cats around, some would jump on the counter and some on the dining chairs. I nearly sat on one. I really don't mind them, some of the other guests actually loved them and were petting them around. I'm pretty sure some guests are not fans, though. I liked that there were old books in the reception area. I always try to get some leisurely reading in when I'm on vacation and that would have been great if I had forgotten my book. There was a lot of Italian and German books. I wanted to trade the one that I brought over for one of them but I couldn't finish my book in time. Breakfast was optimal. About the vegetable omelette, I just wish we would keep the sour notes a little down. Someone in the kitchen needs to hold back on the calamansi. Oh, and the yellow watermelons are and will always be a favorite. We flew out earlier this morning, and it's the start of the thunderstorm season. I'm not going to take the weather against the hotel, neither will I do the construction work going on in the main road, or the fact that both these things made getting to Caticlan Airport extremely difficult leading me to miss my plane. A nice touch, however, is if the hotel at least had arrangements with transfer service providers for emergencies like this. This gives clients options. Again, force majeure is not their fault, but neither amI be faulted for expecting that they have some arrangements for emergency transport. Or am I? That aside, it had a great stay and I hope they improve on what is already a good thing they have going.
