Location What I love? - The property offers a less-crowded beach compared to Station 1-3. - ‎Tricycles can be easily hired few steps outside the beach house if you want to go to White Beach. Room What I love? - We booked the Deluxe Room with Balcony (Seaview), and we had a comfortable stay. - Since the balcony is facing west, it is recommended to utilize it before noon. We really enjoyed our morning coffee here. What to improve? - During rainy days, guests will surely appreciate hot shower. :) Amenities What I love? - The sand of Diniwid beach is not purely white fine sand (there are some small rocks along the shore), but the beach is definitely good for swimming. - Several beach chairs are also available along the shore. Food What I love? - The Beach House Boracay doesn't have a restaurant but there are several restaurants nearby like Spiderhouse and Mama's Fish House. Service What I love? - The people from the front desk were friendly and accommodating. - Free drinking water was available near the front desk/office.

Plus: - "private" - beach front (if you're staying here, get a beach front room) - good view of the beach - staff was friendly Deltas: - too far, when it's high tide, -you have to walk (far walk) to get to station 1 - just 1 restaurant (next to the resort), actually a bar that charges a lot (American breakfast which had 1 egg, bacon with bread - for PHP 400)- it wasn't even good. - If you don't want to walk, you can take a cab at the back of the resort and these tricycle drivers will charge you a min of php100 - no breakfast options - AC takes at least 1 hr to cool - no hot water Will I stay here again? Hmm I will look for another resort/hotel the next time I am in Boracay. I liked the Fairways, I'll probably stay there again in the future.

The staff are really helpful, I requested a bday surprise for my dad and they were able to pull it off, decorated the room and bought cake. They are very professional when emailing and getting infos as well. The room - ok-ish,need some renovation/reconstruction. view is great! since I booked sea view room. The hotel is just right I from the of the beach. The wifi connection isn't that good as well from our room but outside is ok. May I suggest, that the staff turn on the fridge & aircon prior to guest arrival it creates more comfortability to the guest when they open the room. :) Location- if you want a location for a quiet holiday, this is a good choice, it's affordable as well, I booked mine through expedia, with airfare package. But it's really far from the main stream area (D'mall), we always take trike which cost PHP150 every ride. But the area has a bar downstairs too and restaurant if you really don't want to go to where the streets bar is located. Nevertheless, we enjoyed are vacation, and thank you guys for taking care of us.

Booked 2 seaview rooms and the view is amazing. Lying on the bed and you could see the beautiful beach outside. Didn't mind the strangers looking in, it was all about the view! Not sure about the other rooms but room #4 didn't have the faucet working so my friend had to use the bidet just to brush his teeth. We couldn't also flush in confidence and water pressure in the shower was very weak as well. Room #7 is a beachfront family room but it had a lot of roaches creeping in the bathroom. We had to leave the light open all night to keep them away. Good thing we only stayed here for a night. There is an ongoing construction in this resort. They should have made sure that the existing rooms are functional and up to standards before expanding.

Diniwid is the only beach I'd stay on in Boracay (still retains its quiet charms) and the Beach House is chill, clean, afforable and hassle free. We did not have a beach front room, but rather one tucked in the back. We liked that there were lots of local convinces nearby (sari sari store, tricycle depot, shopping mall) but we were away from the hussle and bustle of the stations. We looked forward to the included breakfast at the restaurant next door, right on the beach. And the staff were lovely, helpful and trust-worthy. Special shout out to Leah! Would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed here for 5 days. Pros: - since it is beach front, there's easy access to the beach - Got upgraded to a family room without paying extra - quiet by 9pm - there's bar next door - very accommodating staff Cons: - AC takes a while to cool - breakfast is not good; just eat at station 2 - although it's at station 1 , it is on the super far end, beside best western and nami resort , takes a lot of walking - no pool Will I stay here again? Probably but will try other resorts as we would normally do when in boracay.

Diniwid beach is really cool and the white beach is also walkable: it was nice to stay a little away from all the bustle. There are some good restaurants close by. Our room was nice and big but smelt of damp. The French doors onto our balcony were rusted shut so we couldn't open them. Such a shame.

Quite literally beach front, The Beach House is a little haven tucked away from the hustle that is each of the Stations. It's right next door to Wahine bar and a very short walk to Spider House and Mamas Fish House. Station 1 was only a short 10 minute walk or a cheap trike ride away. The rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable and the air con works brilliantly. The staff were absolute gems, so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend The Beach House to anyone looking for value in a peaceful location.

Bit of a mission from Manila: domestic terminal airport (various airlines ie Cebu, PAL, SkyJet), 40 min flight to Caticlan, transfer to Jetty Port, boat across to Boracay, then bus to resort. I'd heard Stations 1-3 were quite busy/very commercialised so opted to go a bit further north to Diniwid Beach and glad we did. Reception & staff so friendly & helpful, we got an Executive Beach view room (could jump from balcony to beach front!) huge rooms with 2 dbl beds, TV, balcony, aircon unit, Bathroom with shower & a fridge. Hotel connected with a small restaurant/bar on the beach with own tables & sunbeds - free for use by guests. Admittedly, we ended most of our nights next door at the MicroTel which had a bar, pool, lounge seating and made lovely cocktails & food. Also tried the neighbouring hotel restaurants: Spider House (floating seating above the sea), Nami: clifftop restaurant & spa). Would definitely recommend & stay here again - absolutely beautiful!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days in January. It was paradise, accommodation very clean and staff very friendly. We had a balcony view looking out to sea situated above the beach, very beautiful and relaxing with plenty of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend a lovely place to stay!
