Pro's: a) beachfront, b) very friendly, accommodating staff, c) good air-conditioning in the room. d) 10 minutes to the other side of the island, station 2.
Con's: a) Noise: The bar is *very noisy*, during each of our 6+ nights stay (and as other reviewers noted during theirs). A minimum of until 11pm -12pm and after, you can hear in your room, constantly for hours very loud talking, laughing and yelling sounds from the bar. b) Bugs: Ants & some flying bugs. After the first day, we resigned ourselves to get used to them coming. Thinking it's probably a trade-off for being on the beach and having hot weather. So, unclear if all hotels in the area experience this, or whether some better pest control around the perimeter would resolve?
Fyi: a) The hotel does not have a road to it. If you arrange your own transportation, your taxi will drop you off at the waterfront. Then tell you to walk 600ft (200 meters) across the beach (with your luggage & in the heat) to find your hotel. *Tip* Tell your driver to call the hotel, to send someone to pick up your luggage for you, and the hotel will gladly send someone with a cart. b) If you are coming or going at night, bring a flashlight or save some battery on your phone to use its light, as the beach is dark and has construction debris on it.(though they have begun to clear off some of it)
In summary: If you are single or like to hangout evenings at a very loud bar (or don't mind very loud bar noise, late at night) then this is a great beachfront place for you.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. It's really only over Christmas/New Year that the bar stays loud after 10pm. Also we have now taken the step to ban one particularly loud individual that frequented us and insisted to stay longer than the bar is open. The bar tones the music down drastically at 10pm and closes at 11pm and usually it is quiet after that time.

We came back to Levantin as we had a great time before. We enjoy the place, their food, the smiles and friendliness of the staff, the food, a few San Miguel lights, the quietness of the location, kite surfing in front of the hotel. Coming to Boracay we would always go back to Levantin and can only recommend the place.
During the Christmas time Boracay was hit by Typhoon Ursula and had a major power outage for most of our two weeks stay. The hotel staff made sure that we had a great experience nevertheless and that we had a great holiday indeed.
If you are looking for a nice and down-to-earth place, this is the place to go.

Levantin is in Bulabog Beach known for the beautiful Boracay sunrise and of course the kite surfing and other water activities.

Being lockdown and stranded in Boracay while Manila is in ECQ , having my ticket rebooked twice, I would have been so stressed but my solo trip has been an amazing experience thank you to Levantin Hotel.

The management and staff made me feel that Levantin is my home away from home.

Nothing to worry with being solo as they embrace me like family.
The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you a tropical ambiance.

My room , C2, has the perfect view of the garden and the beach.
The room is spacious that i was able to request for a table where i can do my work.

The restau bar gave me my everyday meals that is affordable and so delicious. We can also request the kitchen to cook for us the fresh catch of the day, from the fisherman goinh around Bulabog.

The wifi /internet is so good I didnt need to use my Globe Prepaid wifi.

The hotel gave a sense of comfort and security.
Working from the Beach is best a Levantin.

Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on a beach (the kite surfing beach, beautiful sun rises) and is only a 10min walk to the white beach. We booked to stay here for 10 nights during xmas and new year. The room wasn't what we were expecting.. it was small, and the bathroom was tiny and riddled with bugs. There were hangers in our room but no wardrobe or even hooks on the wall to hang our clothes. There also was a safe but again, this did't work.

During our first night a typhoon hit bad which meant no electricity, wifi, hot water or AC for the rest of our stay. Yes they gave us a 30% discount for the inconvenience but the management were not comforting. Xmas day we were stuck indoors not informed of anything. The staff cooked for themselves but the kitchen was closed and didn't offer any guests anything, knowing we couldn't get out after the typhoon. One of the guests walked a mission to McDonald's and got everyone food including the staff and management.

The food from the kitchen we found mediocre. The toast was stale most days for breakfast and the other food wasn't much better. The hot dogs were probably the best including the bull a bug iced teas (when ice was available) The staff at the place are lovely, very welcoming and helpful and always smiling. Especially a guy named Ken, he is an absolute legend!

I think management here focusses more on the bar rather than the guest's staying because the bar seems to be a stop off place for locals and expats before going on a night out. We recognized a few familiar faces each evening especially one expat (old, bald, racist London guy) harassing guests including ourselves at one point. Just not a great environment for a few quiet drinks.

The back up generator works for the bar and kitchen but none of the rooms.

The bar is open until late and is very loud so i don't think it would be suitable for children. However, we did see a few families there, although a mother and chuldren did leave prematurely due to the electricity situation and the loud noise at night. One night my boyfriend said he heard the manager screaming and shouting at staff (he presumed) gone 2am!

10 nights of no electricity, candle lit rooms and cold showers.. not the best. We understood the typhoon couldn't be helped but if management would have been more helpful and informative it wouldn't have been so bad.

Levantin Boracay is a wonderful and atmospheric place on the quiet side of Boracay Island. The staff are always smiling, helpful and very professional. You can enjoy a tasty breakfast in the restaurant and have local specialities and a good drink for dinner. The only downside was our room, which did not look like what was on offer. Wanting a more comfortable holiday, I decided to pay extra for a larger Superior room, but in the end we got a room that looked more like a Deluxe room (actually it was Budget). After asking at reception if someone had accidentally made a mistake, I was told that my room was a Superior type, no one was mistaken. Unfortunately, room looked much worse than the room on offer, it was cramped and lacked some of the furnishings. My suggestion to the owners: don't mislead the customers, if the room is of a different standard than the offer, offer it as such.

My sister booked me here and argued about it because it's 5-8 mins walking to Station 2 but during my stay of 5 days, I just can't say that it was bad. In fact, I love that it was so peaceful and not too crowded. The staffs are very kind too. It was just the perfect place to stay in. Unique restos are just near there as well. Aghhh!! Can't wait to be back.

This is one of our favorite places to go on Boracay, if you're in the Bulabog Beach area. It's super chill and relaxing right on the beach. We've been here 3 times already in the past 2 days, so that says something. There are a variety of seating options, at the bar, low top, high top, and even right off the side walk if you want to people watch. The food is good and for a reasonable price. Staff are very warm and welcoming, even getting tips on scuba diving. We went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I had the Filipina Cornsilog for breakfast - corned beef, two sunny side eggs, and garlic rice. Not my usual breakfast, but it was good and it came with a side fruit and pressed coffee (tea or juice options as well). I was looking forward to the Tapsilog, but they ran out. My bf had the frittata and he thoroughly enjoyed it. As for lunch, I had ordered the spicy garlic shrimp and a grilled chicken sandwich for the man. One point with the shrimp and it was finger lick'n good! It came with seven shrimp and it was enough as an appetizer. The sandwich was devour in record time! He loved it and already said he's going to get it again tomorrow. And for dinner, I had the pork liempo (pork belly) soy-infused served with rice. My bf enjoyed a grilled vegetable sandwich just as much as the grilled chicken. We'll be coming back for sure!

Quiet location compared to the other busy side, very windy though which I guess is perfect for all the kite surfers. The food at this hotel was great! Was only a 10 minute walk to D’mall and the other side so was perfect. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was indeed a pleasant stay, we booked this hotel for a week, due to cancellation of flight we couldn’t come on time and were not able to refund our one day stay. Even though we were pleased with the ambiance and welcome of the staffs. The location was perfect, its so peaceful which we really liked and its close to the front beach as well. Its very accessible for us. The place is very clean, and the food and drinks is very affordable and good compared to other places. We were quite sad that there was no pool which we didn’t checked but still, there’s a beach infront which is very accessible.
Highly recommended. Would love to come back!
