We are so grateful for Sheena’s help through out our stay…she went above and beyond of her duty … She is well trained, well informed, respectful and helpful and most especially very patience. She’s an asset of the hotel that you don’t want to loose … we love the hotel and the beach , very quiet and clean … Only thing with the Resto, please drop the Chippy thingy for the appetizer, it ruin the hotel’s reputation as “Classy Hotel” … Thank you …

Since this is our first travel when the pandemic began, we wanted it to be special, and I'd like to give so much appreciation to BELMONT HOTEL BORACAY for our amazing stay. 😊

1. When we arrived in Boracay, we asked the shuttle to give us a little time so we can have our late lunch (It was already 2pm), and they patiently waited. 😊

2. Upon arriving at Belmont, everyone greeted us with happy faces, and gave us a contactless check-in service wherein they gave all the instructions via phone when we got inside our room. 😊

3. They had a complete set of hygiene kit that includes face masks, alcohol, wet wipes and gloves which I really appreciated 😊

4. They went the extra mile to set up the surprise anniversary dinner arranged by Kent even if they had limited supplies like wine, fish, etc. and they found a way to still serve these :)

5. I asked if they could open the gym at an earlier time since they only open it at 8am, and they did 😊

6. Everything is new (they just had their first anniversary) and sanitized, with labels everywhere that say "sanitized" or "disinfected". The rooms, facilities and surroundings are spotlessly clean so you'll never have to worry. 😊

7. I love that they always address me by my last name whenever I see a staff, "good morning Mrs. Reyes.." or calling Kiel by his first name, "hello Zeus.." I love that kind of customer service because it adds a bit of a personal touch. 😊

These things may be little, but they do matter. :) We've talked to some of the staff, and their stories are heart-breaking too. This is our own little way of helping the hospitality industry. :) In God's perfect time, may we rise again from this crisis. ❤️

For those who are asking, Boracay is currently open to residents of Panay, but once commercial flights resume, Boracay's ready to welcome you all. 😊

Belmont Hotel Boracay rate is currently at 3k per night which includes free use of mini-bar, water activities, free breakfast, free shuttle, etc. It's definitely worth it!

Thank you Belmont Boracay for a very warmth welcome! We stayed amidst during the Pandemic, so everyone from the hotel made sure that while we are on our staycation, we are all safe. Upon checking-in to the rooms, there is a welcome amenity kit of face mask, alcohol, wipes and disposable gloves. Everything were sanitized. Staffs are very courteous and responsive up to the Securities! Special mention to Andrew (from reservations), Rein, Jaybert, Daniel, Issa, France, Manolito, Barry and Eljohn for assisting our needs and undying requests & questions.😁 Kudos also to Alice & Chef Rassel for suggesting to have our breakfast served in a Family Style buffet instead of plated for 17pax (breakfast were served in our room as we requested). Thank you also Belmont Boracay for the complimentary cake and classy set-up of the cake in our room. We thought that you will just give us a complimentary cake and that's it, but hell no. You made it beyond from our expectations! My Lola's 74th birthday is truly memorable because all of your heartfelt services. So again, THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of our heart's! 💕

Pros: The front office staff and the guards are accommodating. The gym is clean and well-maintained. The linens are in very good quality, the body wash smells very nice. Excellent coffee.

Cons: The room and pool is very small, AC is not cold enough we booked three rooms and we have sleepless night though they tried to fixed it next morning but after few minutes its very humid again. The quality of the breakfast is not good, the danggit is very salty.. The beef tapa is very chewy and dried. The adobo puti is cold and seems like only reheated. Also the package booked includes 30mins kayak and bike but to no avail. Also 4 of our friends got super bad sunburn because the guided tour in keyhole which should included in the package wasn’t provided . The lampshade has molds and spider web the room needs to be properly sanitized as what the signage told. The service quality really needs improvement.

We visited the Belmont and we were so positively surprised, the hotel is brand new and the staff are so genuine, professional and will do anything they can to make you happy and feel really looked after. As soon as the thought enters your head, they are already there waiting with whatever it is that you need! Free shuttle service into town was great, location is a little away from town but we enjoyed that and shuttle makes it very accessible anyway.

Rooms are new, sparkling clean and was overall such a pleasant hotel - even though we experienced a very bad typhoon during our stay, nothing affected the quality of service and everyone stayed very positive and smiley which was so kind given that some of the staff were having a tough time.

Huge thanks to Carlo Suante, Ghaye Robin, and Lawrence for their exceptional service. Carlo in particular really went above and beyond to help us on numerous occasions including when my boyfriend fell ill during our stay. He is a credit to the hotel.

Starting from the booking stage I already had issues with the service of this hotel. I called their hotline and gave my details to the staff who answered. She said that I will receive an email to confirm the booking and receive payment instructions. I did not receive any such email and I followed up by calling again. This time I was told there was no endorsement of a booking under my name. I just booked via their email instead, to which I received a prompt response.

When we arrived, the first room given to us was in two single bed configuration even when we already specified a queen bed (they asked it themselves in their email form). They also seem to have forgotten that we booked 3 adults in that room since they tried to charge us again when we asked for the extra bed that supposed to have been there in the first place.

On our second day we asked for housekeeping (because they will only clean your room on the 3rd day by default). When we came back, nobody cleaned our rooms. When I asked front desk, they don't seem to have any record of my request. Really unacceptable service.

The hotel itself is not bad. It's new so everything still looks nice. Nothing specially stands out, just your typical 3 to 4 star travel hotel.

Whether the location is good or bad depends on your preference. It is FAR from the well-known beaches of Stations 1 to 3 which Boracay is famous for. Belmont is about 10 to 15 minutes away via shuttle or tricycle. The hotel itself is located inside a big compound which is still under development. There are really no establishments or restaurants around. It was my mistake that I did research just how far the hotel was.

What it does have is a private beach, which is nice if you want a quieter experience. It is a beautiful spot with plenty of photo opportunities. There are free activities for guest, like the use of kayak.

Take note though that the sand on their beach is not as fine as those in the main beach -- it has plenty of shells so it's a bit painful to walk barefoot.

In the evenings I think they setup a restaurant by the beachside, and there were also some concessionaire stalls selling food. We did not eat there but the ambience was nice.

All in all, if you just want to stay in the hotel and occasionally enjoy the beach, it might be worth staying here (assuming they have already improved their services). But then it doesn't feel like having been to Boracay. Staying here feels like just going to any other beach resort.

If you truly want to experience Boracay and its famous beach, I'd suggest you book somewhere in Station 1 or 2.

The new area is quiet and away from the bustling areas of station 1-3. This is our third visit to the island after it’s been reopened to the public. Hence, our expectations are lower than before.

The hotel staff was excellent, helpful, and glowing. The room had all the necessary amenities needed for our stay, which was located in building 1.

The buffet breakfast was mediocre, consisting of different slices of bread, grains, Filipino dishes, and continental dishes. They could change up what’s served every few days or so for guests staying more than 2-3 days, so they don’t get bored with the food.

The location is inconvenient if you decide to be around white beach for the duration of your stay. They have a shuttle schedule that runs every 1:30 to Jollibee Dmall.

The beach is less crowded, so it’s better for intimate beachgoers.

I recommend this hotel for those looking for a more quiet stay on the island.

My stay in Boracay has become wonderful and a memorable one. Ive been traveling around the world and Belmont Hotel in Boracay is one of the hotels that offers excellent customer service, peaceful stay, and great food!! Staying in Belmont will give you another perspective of Boracay. Being situated at the NewCoast area, you wouldnt think that you are in the Philippines. The cleanliness and sanitation of all items inside the room is 5Star and the courteous staffs like Vargas, Boiser, Belle and Grace and all other staffs in the kitchen were very helpful and they were proactive so I before I even ask, they’re already to offer whatever help. Flying a drone in Boracay is not possible but if you will stay in Belmont Hotel, you will be given upon request an authority to Fly your drone around the new coast area which is really a great spot to make shots. I flew my drone to the Keyhole area and Cove 1&2. The beach is also peaceful being situated away from the white beach, their beach offers a great place for families. When I broke my phone they prepared a security incident report so I can claim for my insurance and they even upgraded our room to a Premiere Deluxe room (maybe you can try it too hahaha sshhh) anyway, to all staffs of Belmont Boracay, salute to your hardwork for your family. Your service is highly appreciated and there are a few people left like you in this world. See you again in my next stay! Pls add me on fb: Kit Estrada

My family and I stayed here when a Category 3 typhoon hit Boracay on Christmas Day and flattened most of the island, many lost their homes and power. We however felt so lucky to have a room at the Belmont where we never lost electricity, the staff were so helpful and provided us with whatever we needed, and never stopped smiling. The breakfast buffets are great. Special mention goes to staff at the Belmont Cafe including Fernan and MJ who were always caring, friendly and good for a nice chat, but all the staff were most attentive and excellent. The facilities here are superb, modern and new, the rooms are extremely clean, and the location is at a very peaceful part at Boracay Newcoast. It even has a private beach. The Belmont provides free shuttle services to D'Mall which were very handy. Overall we totally enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Belmont, storms and all, this is the best place to be. Hope to be back soon! 10/10.

What we liked in this hotel was they have their own private beach with free water activities such as paddle boarding for 15mins. There was a food stall along the beach too where you can see the "keyhole" it is one of the touristy place in boracay. The hotel is located in Newcoast beach, it is a bit far from the main city the good thing was they provide a free shuttle service with a friendly and accommodating drivers. The view from our room was still underconstruction building and many mosquitoes. The room was okay eco-friendly type of hotel and they provide a free water station where you can refill your own bottled water. Breakfast buffet was good too, except the soup was too salty for us. We were surprised when we asked to reheat our own food, there was a charge for like 200-250pesos just to use their microwave, or maybe due to their eco-friendly concept to avoid using more energy? 🤷‍♀️
