The price was great at PHP 10,000.00 for 4 nights + the hotel is beach front. I did not have any issues with my transfers and booking. Pretty spot on.
The amenities in Las Brisas are not bad if you are planning to get a place to crash and spend your days and nights outside. The place is a bit run down and would need a revamp + professional hotel service crew very soon. Nontheless, the beach front is divine.

Rooms are spacious and clean, definitely needs upgrade, old looking furniture smell a bit too, best part of it is located on best stretch of white sand beach in Station 1, sand in front almost feels like milk powder that you are walking on! it's almost unreal, its that good, remember, just two room over the reception have ocean view, rest of the rooms don't have that benefit, but you are never more than a minute away from the worlds most beautiful sand (till date for me) beach.
We were very desperate to spend our last night in Boracay at station 1, luckily we could get the room vacant for one night, but, management really took the opportunity to suck money out of us, they forced us to buy their Gala dinner, which was just limited, nothing Gala about it, they charged 2000 peso per person, basically we paid 9000 peso for one room for one night and got a average dinner free, yeah we got to welcome 2016 seeing all the fireworks at station 1 from the comfort of hotel loungers.

the hotel doesn't have kitchen, so be informed about it, you will have to order from pizza outlet nearby, and they deliver only when you order more than 500 peso worth food item, basically, if you are at station 1, its convenient to walk to any nearby restaurant which are aplenty and have food.

Las Brisas is just okay though this hotel needs a serious cleaning and renovation. We were placed on the second floor and I was not happy about it because the hallway is not well lighted, there are empty bottles and cans everywhere and floors are always wet.

I was amazed by the beautiful flowers of bougainvilla and bromeliads and the small but elegantly made lobby. The pool is small but nicely cleaned and it is near the area of your breakfast which they serve right after they cooled. But, as avit bar goer, they dont have one and a restaurant. You have to walk but, very near.

We have been in searched for a hotel in boracay before January ended. To book for 15pax including kids was really challenging. Good thing, a friend of a friend recommended Lukay Las Brisas Boracay Resort. Sir Errol was very patient with me as i inquire for matters with regards to our booking.

We booked last March 27-30 (4d3n).
The resort was newly renovated, so expect a mixture of old and new with their facilities. Yet, our primary needs were met such as, clean rooms, clean CRs, accommodating staff, budget friendly but quality bfast, mejo bitin lang sa rice kasi madami dami yung ulam ;).

The resort is located in station 1, beside 2 big resorts, Ambassador and one of the Henan resorts. With the location, less noise and crowd were experienced. Since the resort just reopened last late Jan, there were few bookings making us experienced rest and more private family bondings.

For the meantime, they only served bfast (complimentart or addtl payment) but a lot of restos can be found nearby. Only a few staff were working at the moment but sure enough they gave a great service to us.

Overall experience was great. The resort was able to meet what we looked forward in every vacation. Going back to boracay, we would still prefer to book in this resort. Thanks again sir errol, maam owner, staff and manong guard.

Me and my cousins stayed in Las Brisas during our 3-day vacation in the island. I found the room spacious and i had a very good sleep. The place was peaceful, i was able to finish some paperworks in the terrace outside our room, with no distraction. The staff especially the manager, Manong Errol, was very accommodating.

They also serve Pinoy Breakfast, but i wasn't able to check if brewed coffee was available.

The view of the beach in front of Las Brisas is perfect for people like me who loves taking pictures of sunsets.

Lukay Las Brisas was one of the best experiences I had in Boracay.
As a travelling Salesperson, I experienced “peace” especially when I was doing my business presentation, I conducted my business meeting in their resto beside the pool, the wifi was superb. Hotel price was very economical and ‘Business Friendly’ given that the Location of the Hotel is in Station ONE.
How I wish I can bring my family next time. The kids will surely love the pool and Wifi❤️

Warm welcome and best place to relax. The food are fascinating as well as the facilities even though there are renovation going on, it does not hinder the services they offer. The pool is child friendly with great ambiance of their dining hall
