It'sa ok stay for some nights. The hotel it self is not what you pay for, its the location by the beautiful beach. The rooms are very simple and not so high standard. The breakfast was the same every day. Some rice, fish, sausage and white bread (but no toaster). They had some (to few) sunbeds. So if you want a sunbed you need to be up early in the morning! Ps. Don't forget to bring earplugs when you travel to Boracay. All the rooms in the hotels on Boracay are very hollow so it get noicy in the nights and they dont sell earplugs in any pharmacy on the Island.
The room was big enough for us, we booked a room for 5 pax and still spacious. The breakfast they serve is average. They have a swimming pool and located in the beach front. Big problem is the smell of the room, although it looks clean but smells like molds. The Bathroom is clogged, the flush of the toilet is broken, which was really a hassle 'cause we need to call for maintenance to fix it daily.
When I first looked at the place - it wasn't as modern or done up as the other hotels but the ladies at the beach front had lovely energy wearing white masseuse uniform. I had many massages with my stay here in Boracay and this one was by far the best. Great value for money - there wasn't a time a didn't tip both masseuses (mine and my wife's) if only they could come back to London with us - all of my muscles aches and pains would go away for life If you have a chance to visit - enjoy
I've stayed in many Boracay hotels. For this price, don't book. The deficiencies are many & I won't spend time listing. 2 main points: the security is found lacking so don't risk this. The smell in the toilet, is there sewage leaking?
We stayed across the street, not at the beachfront. The room smelled like mold, the fire alarm kept beeping and we were told that it was OK to pull the batteries. Some of the lights were flickering and had to be replaced. The wi-fi password didn't work. Got sick because the A/C was right over my bed Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The price was great at PHP 10,000.00 for 4 nights + the hotel is beach front. I did not have any issues with my transfers and booking. Pretty spot on. The amenities in Las Brisas are not bad if you are planning to get a place to crash and spend your days and nights outside. The place is a bit run down and would need a revamp + professional hotel service crew very soon. Nontheless, the beach front is divine.
Las Brisas is just okay though this hotel needs a serious cleaning and renovation. We were placed on the second floor and I was not happy about it because the hallway is not well lighted, there are empty bottles and cans everywhere and floors are always wet.
WARNING!!!! The second night we stayed in the hotel, while sleeping, we were robbed of our cash, credit and debit cards, iPhones, jewelries and others. Worse, Management didn't bother to help. BE CAREFULL.
The staff were very nice and helpful. I thought having a pool was a plus but we didn't even use it because we weren't sure if they were cleaning it. The location was nice and I thought that the price was reasonable because of that. However, seeing how much updating they need to make and how close their price was to neighboring resorts, it might be best to book in the newer hotels. We also had a weird experience with the phone. At 11 in the evening a lady, also booked at the hotel, was trying to call her airline. However, her call was getting transferred to our room. This happened 4 times! Apparently, the staff who took the night shift did not know how to transfer calls. That was frustrating as we were already sleeping.
A dirty hotel, they have a new wing, the las brisas garden, the pool is so dirty, slippery because of molds, when it rains, it pours inside the building. Staffs arr nowhere to be found if you needed something, lights inside room are busted. Restrooms are dirty, we will never go back here again. Their price is way too high for their undesirable place and undesirable staff. They should close and repair their place.
