This is a review for the restaurant/bar; I had already booked my accommodation in advance before finding this place during my trip (but I would definitely look to book a room here in future if I am lucky enough to visit Boracay again). The restaurant serves very authentic tasting Thai food, with lovely basil/coriander/ginger/lemongrass flavours, making it a great change from the typical food served in many of the other restaurants. The bar is at the front and is therefore great for sitting with a beer and looking out on to the beach for some "people-watching". The bar is managed by a very friendly guy - Arthur - who has been working there for a long time (I think he said 30 years!) Arthur keeps the beer super-cold, and is great for a relaxed chat, with tips for the island. The other staff were all very friendly too. A very relaxed and friendly place. Hope to see you again in the future, Arthur! (P.S. My only suggestion would be to have a larger sign at the front advertising your Thai food; I know there is a sign but, to be honest, I didn't notice it, and I only discovered the Thai food by accident when I asked for the menu. I think a clearer sign for your great Thai food may bring in additional customers? All the best - and many thanks!)

My family loved the place as its quiet, safe, clean and friendly staff, had enough space for family and most of all is beachfront. You can cook your own food and it has a fan and airconditioner at the same time. The only thing I didnt like is that the cable is not working/signal not okay most of the time..Other than that I will recommend this place for families who want a hotel type but homey accomodation By the way they also have hot and cold shower.😊☺️

Sulu Plaza has a perfect location and best service in station 3. I like the hotel and the restaurant. It serves real Thai food with all the spices! We like the kitchen, the bar, the people and the good maintained rooms with aircon.

- My girlfriend and I lived here for 4 nights. - Sulu plaza is located on the quieter end of the white sand beach. - If you want to hit the bars, its less than a 10 minutes walk on the beach, a perfect trade off - The place was clean and the rooms were pretty big - They have a small bar and restaurant on the ground floor open to the beach - the bar was usually run by a very friendly big Filipinos guy who played rock music, Arthur. Very friendly guy Overall I'd definitely recommend the place

The hotel is in perfect position, away from the noisy places but near enough for a walk . It's directly at the beach so for this price it's perfect . The room is really big and really clean , cleaned every day with fresh towels. The stuff here is lovely and you will find everything you need around so perfect stay for us 😬

When you are in Boracay, you won't want to spend much time in your or by a pool since you will want to spend your time enjoying the beautiful beach and water activities. The Sulu plaza fits the bill - more of a quiet location just past the crowds and noise of station 2 yet close enough when you want it. The facilities are older, but it's clean and everything works. Recommend if you are looking for a convenient spot right on the beach and want to save your pesos.

Sulu Plaza is a beachfront hotel on 3rd station of Boracay. Pros: good price to quality ratio, kitchenette in apartment, sea view and sunbeds on apartment's terrace, convenient location close to everything. Cons: needs some renovation, no hotel's sunbeds as the beach is usually crowded.

We had 3rd floor Ocean View family room . For the price this hotel is excellent. You get a kitchen with medium refrigerator a double burner all plates utensils and cooking gear. Bathroom has a great hot water but old fixtures Flat screen TVs with good cable. The Wi-Fi is very good but the Wi-Fi boxes need to be reset at least once a day to keep internet working. We were in the family room so we had large rooftop Deck with Ocean View and a living room. See photos.. the service is excellent and there is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of this building . the building is older so there are some issues but overall I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Sulu plaza for small families or friends who need a budget room on the beach.

The place is not a nice at all. Need a lot of renovation. They are located at station 3 right in front of the boat station. We like to eat there sometimes because the food is really good it's like eating in a real Thai restaurant in Bangkok..and its cheap.

Things I like: 1. It is located in station 3, away from all the noise. 2. It is a beachfront property. 3. They have their own restaurant 4. There is a convenience store beside it. 5. Relatively cheap 6. The room is quite big for two people. Things I didn't like: 1. The beach in front of the hotel is so crowded that we had to go far away for swimming. 2. The acu was noisy and wasn't even cold at all. 3. The standy electric fan also did not work 4. The rate did not include breakfast Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. We had a great timewith boats that we had to go far away for swimming
