Among all the hotels, hostels and cheap rooms that I have found for our stay in Boracay Island, the winner was Boracay Residences located near Diniwid Beach. It’s in the center of all the beaches known in the island. Near White Beach (where the famous Stations 1, 2 and 3 are located), also near Diniwid Beach (where the famous Mika’s Path is located) and Bolabog Beach (where the kiteboarding scene is very much active). It’s more of a private hostel that offer cheap rooms and good quality service. Tita Fe is very accommodating and a very nice lady at that. She answered all of my questions at the best possible honesty that she has. She’s also very patient with me, because of all the questions that the group has raised, I could have asked the same questions for several times. The hostel is newly built, very classy and has Zen style for their interiors. Minimalist decorating I should say. We were allowed to use all their facilities and amenities which included the use of their dirty kitchen (but we have our own kitchen in our villa) where we cooked Marla’s pancit, their family table downstairs, their personal computer for viewing our pictures, their ihawan which we used on our 2nd night, their extra bathroom, the kubo style siesta place and most of all their mini-van for our service. Grabe! Sobrang bait ni Kuya Richie! Hindi niya nipag-buhat ng nipamili sina Magno and Hanzel. He even drove us to Bolabog Beach for our island hopping, to Cocomangas nung last night namin and even to Tambisaan Port nung pabalik na kami ng Manila. Tita Fe was even the one who offered me the person who would fetch us from Kalibo to bring us to Caticlan Jetty Port since medyo late na ang biyahe namin. She is really very nice. She made the trip planning easier for me since I was also working at the same time.
What I liked about the hotel is that there are several functions that can be done during the stay at their place. You can have team building at their rooftop or inumain sessions with your barkada at their siesta room or have family dinner at their family table inside the compound. And like what I said, you can cook your own food! Food in Boracay can get pricey at times, let me just remind you. These are several of the criterias that we love about Boracay Residences: air-conditioned rooms comfortable beds near private or secluded Diniwid Beach and Station 1 affordable rates for your accommodation needs

We stayed at Boracay Residences Last November 11-14, 2014. for a 4 days/3nights stay. With my husband and our Son. We really enjoy our stay. Clean and spacious room, free shuttle service wherever you want to go, a very nice and friendly staff, most specially Lolo Dong(shuttle service driver) & Kuya Angelo. my Son always calls him Kuya Angelo.. :->. Highly Reccommended most specially for a family. Nice place and location. a couple of minutes walk to diniwid beach.. It is comfortable and we got everything we need. spacious room, a veranda, hot and cold shower, ref, kitchen and kitchen utensils if you want to cook, aircon, a cable TV which my son enjoys much.. a daily set of breakfast and a trusty staff... Hoping that we could get back to these island, and for our next visit, we will be getting this Boracay Residences again and again... thanks Ma'am Kristine, Lolo Dong & Angelo...
In Behalf Of My Family, ( Ryan, kath(Me) & Ayi).. Kudos to each and everyone of you. thanks a lot. and hope to see you again on our next vacation..

This bed and breakfast may seem far but it is actually one of the hidden gems in Boracay. Friendly and accommodating staff, comfy rooms which add more relaxation in the quiet surroundings. Breakfast is good and fuels us for a good start of the day. Can't believe they do not have hidden charge unlike other hotels (e.g. cooking charge, extra bed charge, shuttle service charge etc.) They indeed spoil their guests. Will definitely go back with my family. For their budget-friendly rates, amenities and services, two thumbs up!

Dealing with the reservation was easy, but you have to book early coz there are only few rooms which they call suite. You can always check out their website. Anyway, they had a free shuttle to pick us up it is around 30 mins from the Boracay Island port. You can also ask regarding checking in early :) The Staff were friendly, and it felt like you were kind of in a small province because it is not beach front you have greens for ur view. They have free shuttle anywhere in the island. Less than 5 mins to Diniwid beach a better option if you want a quiet place .. Then from there you can walk going to the White beach, around 10-15 mins..
I liked that they served breakfast because considering the place it is a bit hard to go around...
This in a very cheap accommodation too, the suite where we stayed had two rooms. A kitchen, there's dining table inside and outside, utensils, gas stove and a fridge. They also have water dispenser, but u have to pay 100pesos for the gallon or refill :)
1st room has one bed 2nd room has 1 single and 1 double bed i didn't get to see the other suites...
Regarding the free shuttle, they can pick you up and drop you off anywhere and ANY TIME you wish in the island but of course be mindful that the staffs also need to rest coz they will cook breakfast for you the next day :)
So overall I'll say that if ever i have the chance to go back again I will definitely stay here :)

I was quite worried when I found out we were not located neither in Station 1-3 but in the north-western part of Boracay (Diniwid Beach) BUT! There's a big BUT, we had the most awesome place ever! My friends and I always talk about "next time, where will we stay?" we all say, "Where else? Boracay Residences has everything!" And quite frankly, yes! They have very accommodation staff, big room with kitchen and private bath and most of all, 24HOURS SHUTTLE SERVCE anywhere! Wherever we go, it was a big savings for all of us as we DID NOT SPEND a PENNY on tricycle or anything because we have a shuttle going anywhere and took us to places like Bulabog Beach, Mount luho and all places in boracay for FREE! :) Thank you Boracay Residence and Mang George for always picking us up even if it's 2 or 3 in the morning already haha!
Regardless of location of where we stay, we always feel like we are in Station 1,2,3 because of the shuttle service.

It is our first time to visit the island of Boracay. Given a tight budget, I asked a friend who owns and manages a travel agency, MMSP Travel and Tours, to help me arrange our vacation and find us a reasonable place to stay. He arranged me a complete package including a place to stay... At Boracay Residences. Boracay Residences is some sort of a "condotel" type of room to stay if I may say. I got a room with 2 airconditioned bedrooms (one room is good for 3 pax and the other is good for 2 pax). But I am very sure that both rooms can still accomodate few persons if you are coming in a big group. The room also have it's own small sala serving also as it's TV room (coz all rooms doesn't have a TV sets) a small dining area and the most exciting part, they also have a simple kitchen complete with a stove, a refrigerator with complete kitchen tools and utensils! This give us a lot more privelege to prepare, cook and eat foods the way we want it AT A VERY LOW COST! (Compared to the one that will be served in cozy restos in the island). We didn't really bother to go to the market everyday to pick and buy fresh veggies, fish and meats. After all Mang George and his son Angelo is availble 24 hours a day to assist us with a very BIG SMILE 😄! You will not mind that it's location is a few minutes away from the sea shore or to any point in the island, since they will provide you with 24 hours shuttle service FREE OF CHARGE! They will really guide you where you could get fresh foods at a low cost. And yes, you can also easily approach them (especially Angelo who you can easily contact in just one text 😉) to help you find an Island Tour Package at a 20% difference versus the prevailing price. On the side, you can also request for an extra bed, beddings, towel etc at no EXTRA Charge. Black Out is not an issue since they have their own genset as a backup. Asked if I will be back at Boracay Residences? Given the time and opportunity, YES! Truly, Boracay Residences is our home away from our home. Truly marked with Filipino hospitality and service.

If you are just for sleeping and eating and run to the beach for the boracay sand then this is definitely a place for you. You can cook too so you can buy at the local market, plus the shuttle service to the main station of happenings (station 2) is very accommodating. I didn't mind the extra 10 minutes of drive to arrive and back to the hotel as the place is quiet to sleep in as well.

This is the best option for group/family vacations in Boracay. Book in advance so you have the rooms in the lower floors since there are no elevators in the premises. Although their free breakfast is wonderful, you do have the option to cook meals yourself in the kitchen. There is a faucet at the end of the balcony so you can rinse out the sand out of your footwear so it doesn't enter the room (just watch out for the run-off since the water puddles a bit before going to the drainage). They provide Free transportation around the island during your stay but you have to wait a bit for the driver to drive from the Boracay Residences to your location.
P.S. The location is a good 10-20 minute walk (or a 5-minute ride) from the nearest beach.
