We stayed in this resort for 3 nights, passing through the New Year. And considering we only booked less than a month, we were still able to get a very good and affordable rate for 2 persons. Located in Station 1, though not beachfront, but this resort hotel is considerably very convenient should you wish to be at the world-famous beach in less than fifty footsteps (rough estimation). It is also right across a Roman Catholic parish church. This is a budget resort hotel so don't consider much of the hotel interiors, but there are some local paintings per floor, at least not to make it dull. The hotel was full the night before we check-in so we were not able to check-in early. There is no proper luggage storage area, just so you know. We got the room at the third level. The facility does not have an elevator so consider those if you will have an elderly travelling with you. The flight of stairs might be troublesome. The room size is spacious enough to have your stuffs floating around. The bed was comfortable using high quality foams (I think), otherwise I'd be complaining with a back problem during my stay. BUT, bed pillows are average that needs improvement. The bed foam is softer than the pillow. The room comes with a classic concave television with cable. BUT there's a working safety deposit box. Which is kinda neat for a budget resort hotel. The bathroom is surprisingly adequate with hot and cold shower separate from the toilet that has a bidet. There are only times when you need to wait for minutes to get a hot flowing water. Bathroom walls and floors are clean with no visible molds (at least to the naked eye). Toiletries are the basic of the basics. Only soap, shampoo and conditioner that are all in a budget size sachet. TIP: Consider bringing your own toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap of your own preference, shampoo and conditioner of your own preference A surprise factor here is the buffet breakfast. It was sumptuously great. Prolly because of the Holiday season, but everything was good and sufficient. They had coffee and tea, pandesal (Filipino bread roll) and a jam, had scrambled eggs, sausages and few more Filipino main dish variant that differed each day. We requested for a room make-up on our 3rd day, and the room was properly cleaned even if our stuffs, as said, are all floating around. The resort staff is polite, helpful and is always smiling. I barely recall a security person, but the desk is manned even during the wee hours. Over-all, as a budget traveler, this hotel is recommendable. Although there are a lot more alternatives in the island, especially if you are looking into modernity, proximity and accessible amenities . But personally this place satisfied me 8 out of 10.…
I love it. It has all the things you NEED - the basics. Everything works fine. I didnt expect a free breakfast to be hearty, but it is. Very good location too. Away from the noise but still just 5 minute walk to the beach.
Rooms were basic but clean Affordable rooms as it comes with free breakfast which was delicious Staff were friendly and accommodating Less than 5 minutes walk to the white beach station 1 The only con I guess is that the rooms were not as sound proof
my hubby and i stayed here for 3 nights. everything is just basic but still i can say we had a great experience. the accommodation is cheap, free breakfast is so good, our room or the place as a whole is clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. it's a two minute walknto the white beach, near jonah', not sailboat nearby so you can swim anytime, away from the crowded area.
Just the basics, do not expect much. No beach, this is not a beach front hotel. Hotel is right outside the Holy Rosary church. There are a lot of places to eat outside, they also have their own restaurant. Cheap but clean (I think). Quiet, clean, cheap.

The location is near the beach (station 1) just across the street less than 2 minutes walk. The room was spacious and clean. With basic amenities towel shampoo and soap. I also saw water dispenser at the ground floor. Love the free breakfast. Check out was easy. Highly recommended for budget traveller.
Less than 5 minutes walk to beach front with a small supermarket and a church nearby. Its on the far end of White beach. We booked a room for 5 and it costs P4500 per night. The room was clean. There were 2 A/C unit in the room. The blanket is a mere piece of cloth! The power was out 2x but came back in a while (less than 10 minutes). The buffet breakfast was pretty good. They served garlic rice, plain rice, pasta, tocino, boiled eggs, corned beef, bread, etc.
At 1800 pesos per night, it's exactly what you would expect. Basic accommodations including a simple breakfast (Filipino or American). The accommodations were clean and the hot water was great. It's also very quiet because not in the middle of all of the activity. But it's just a short 3 min walk to the beach front.
Been here in 2015. I booked through MyBoracayGuide. The hotel is located in station 1, which makes the hotel peaceful. The hotel is not too big but very comfortable for us. We have a complimentary breakfast for our stay. Staffs were very approachable and would offer an assistance if you needed one. Food that were in the buffet trays were mostly of local cuisines. Just a reminder, everything inside the fridge are not free. If you happen to get anything you will be paying for it by the time you check out from the hotel. If unsure, just ask for the assistance. Also, always count the number of chips and soft drinks in the fridge because they might charge you for the chips or drinks you have not used or eaten. When it comes to cleaning the room. You need to request the staff to clean your room. They do not knock on your door to clean your room. Overall, stay was nice. …
