Back in 2011 I had stayed at Asya Premer with a friend for 2 nights, and kept telling my other half repeatedly for the following 9 years how wonderful a place Boracay and in particular Asya Premier is, and that we should try and go there for a holiday. And so we finally did in February 2020. It's always tricky when you return after a while: will it be as good as how I remembered it to be? Well, I can tell you, it was, and even better! My husband was in absolute awe from the moment he arrived, and luckily we managed to add an extra night to the four nights we'd originally booked. The suites have been very well maintained, and looked as fresh and clean as 9 years ago. The bathroom is like a ballroom, and the beds are soooooo comfy that it's almost difficult to get out of them in the morning. But you have to, because at the restaurant awaits a beautiful breakfast with a dazzling array of choices. The food is made in heaven, exquisite quality and available all throughout the day. The chef is the best!! And so is the rest of the staff, from driver to housekeeping to restaurant staff: their service and smiles put Asya Premier in a different league all together. We miss you guys, and really hope to see you all again soon!

Our recent stay at Asya, a secluded resort at the far end of Boracay island, was beyond our dreams. It has been over 20 years since we were there, as the overcrowding, commercialization, and sewage problems kept us away. But this year, we were persuaded to return—we were glad we did! Sewage problems: gone! The Coronavirus halved the tourist population, bringing back the wide-open feel, with the white sand and blue sea, once again pristine. We could have just stayed put, luxuriating in our ultra spacious, well-appointed rooms, with private pool to dip in, cocktails and intimate dinner in our own patio and a million dollar view of the gorgeous sunset…but come morning, we couldn't keep ourselves from walking the fabulous beach—we had it all to ourselves. Returning to our rooms, we were surprised by thoughtful little tidbits, different each day--dried langka, crisp camote chips, freshly baked cookies, perfectly sweet mangoes! And complimentary breakfast at Asya was a feast for the eyes and for the tummy. As gorgeous as this place was, it was the gracious staff that elevated our experience several notches up. A special thank you to the food and beverage personnel who totally spoiled us--Jane, Jaypee, Hajie, Jennelyn, Aireen, Edison, Rofez!

This is our 2nd time to try this resort . The first one was when we attended a wedding of my cousin back 2011 for an intimate wedding party where most of their foreign guests flew in from the UK , it was amazing then. We were hoping to be welcomed and serviced by the same crew particularly hoped to see again their very hands-on beautiful lady resort manager , Ms Sabrina Salvador ( we still have her calling card , we can never forget her name as she was EXCELLENT in ALL aspect from arranging my cousin's wedding , to fixing all the entourage accommodations down to the reception proper). We were saddened as we were told she has left the resort many years ago as well as most of the original crew. That surely made a difference from our recent stay. The resort still has a potential , a lot of maintenance is needed tho.But it's the genuine service and professionalism of the manager and crew that were greatly missing this time. Food quality has improved tho. Overall , it may not be the same Asya we knew back then. Hope they will hire more experienced crew to complement this beautiful exclusive resort.

Beautiful, peaceful, great food, excellent service! What more do you need in a vacation? Definitely a “best kept secret.” Favorite place to stay on Boracay and one of our favorite resorts in the Philippines. Rooms are huge! Everything from the entrance through to the pool and rooms are tastefully designed. Beautiful. Staff are very well trained. Very friendly & make an effort to make your stay perfect. From the time we were picked up at the Caticlan airport to the time we sadly returned to the airport all was smooth. The food is EXCELLENT. Chef Adi is creative. His food was delicious. We invited some friends over for sunset cocktails & snacks on our balcony, we had some dietary restrictions, all dishes he prepared wowed our guests. Breakfast comes with the rooms, very generous and yummy. Eggs perfectly cooked. Many people think that being located on station 3 is a negative, it’s not. It’s very quiet, very clean. You feel like it’s a private beach (plus 2 “private” coves) The pool is round, huge, shallow, & pretty. We had a massage - that was the only negative of our stay there - it’s not really Asya’s fault, they don’t have an in-house Spa and the therapists come from somewhere else. It was awful.

Asya premier suites is located at the very start of station three on White beach, it’s about a 10 minute stroll (along the beach, not the road!) to station 3 proper and about a 20 minute walk to D’Mall. The road route is much further however there is a shuttle bus for you to use. The accomodation is all suites, some with partial sea views, others with full sea views. They are stunning, spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and open plan, have both a bath and shower and include a nice array of amenities. Half the resort is currently closed due to environmental breaches which leaves the best parts of the resort off limits. Weddings are out, their main restaurant is closed and the pool bar and subsequently the excellent views of the sunset are all off limits. There are news articles that refer to the owner and local officials being charged for corruption during the building of the resort. However with these problems the room prices were slashed. We paid less than $300 US for our suite per night which represents astounding value for money when compared to what other resorts offer in Boracay for the same price or more. The room rates when the resort is fully functional can be upwards of double this. We also stayed at the Shangri-La and we found this hotel, whilst the same age, has far superior rooms that are in much better condition than the aforementioned hotel. We had an outstanding stay at Asya. The staff were warm and friendly, breakfast was inclusive and decent, furthermore bar prices, in room dining and restaurant prices were all very reasonable. In fact their bar prices were downright cheap. A cold beer was only marginally more than the ministop. We loved the location, far enough away to enjoy the beach without the crowds but close enough to take a stroll into town for lunch or dinner. We have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would surely stay again when we return to Boracay.
