Like seriously they are very strict to the standard check-in time which is 2pm i arrive at the 12noon after i ate lunch at dmall and to my surprise theres a lot of guest waiting and cramping in the lobby to get check-in and most of is so sleepy due to a morning flight and others are exhausted and wanted to take some nap i feel bad for them that they have to wait for several hours before they could get in to their room. Overall the hotel is nice they have their own smoking area which most of the hotels in the beach front doesn't have as the local Boracay ordinance no smoking allowed within the whole stretch of station 1-3 good thing they are their own indoor smoking area at the back of the pool area. The room is nice got 2 singles beds but totally horrible they don't have in room wifi poor mobile phone signal. I did not stay this hotel i just check out their rooms and breakfast i love their breakfast their fried garlic bangus and i like their stir fried veggies very tasty.

TO IMPROVE: 1. Staff service: - Very slow check-in and check-out process. Been waiting for 40 minutes before my turn of check-in process. I witnessed that there are seniors coming in and the bellman is just standing in the podium near the front desk (this was 9 am of May 2, 2023 for recording purposes). - Housekeeping needs to be called 3 times in a day to clean our room (this was April 30, 2023 for recording). 2. Breakfast: - Must have options for plated breakfast. The chicken tocino is really not good. 3. Facilities: - Internet is very very slow to none. - Elevator is not working for 2 days of our stay (May 1-2, 2023).

We stayed from April 16-19, booked 3 Yapak Suites. The FO staff were really friendly especially Jeffrey who showed us our suites, upgraded one of the Yapak suites to Coral and also delivered our bags later. We got to the room and saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The body wash was empty, no lotion provided. They provided 2 tiny bars of soap but didn’t replenish during maid service. We had to call for extra rolls of bath tissue too. The balcony light was out but the maintenance guy couldn’t fix it that night. Paid extra 350pesos/ day each for 2 kids for breakfast. The food was blah. It’s a set plate with rice, 1 or 2 slices or tomato and cucumber, either 2 of corned beef, sausage, ham, and chorizo. Yes, that’s the breakfast variety. Restaurant staff weren’t that attentive. They have an area though to get your own coffee, soup (egg drop), pan de sal / sliced bread, juice and watermelon. The pool was open 8am-10pm. However, they don’t usually have the pool towels. You’re not allowed to bring your bath towels out. So one day they didn’t have pool towels from 9am until 3pm, we kept asking for them but none. The balcony looks so dirty so we didn’t really use it. They have live music until 11pm so good luck sleeping early. The rooms were nicely decorated though. The massage downstairs was 500pesos/hour and it wasn’t bad. The property is also beach front and it’s a short walk to the dock if you want to do the island hopping tour or parasailing. Also close to the paraw sailing meeting point.

The location was great! Beachfront in Station 3... the trikes were easily accessible... The building/facility is a bit old - I saw some renovations but not where I stayed. It was overall clean but the mattress needs to be changed.. a creaking sound every time we moved. And the phone didn't work. The complimentary breakfast was okay. You can have bread and jam, as much as you want and the menu changes every day. The massage service was quite cheap and good, and the pool seemed to be well-maintained but didn't have the chance to swim. The restaurant downstairs had a live band up until 10 or 11 pm, which I could hear so loudly in my room... so not recommended for those who can't sleep with such noise (or those who sleep early) I would give it a 3.5 star if I could... Would I go back? YES, for the price I booked, it was quite worth it as I won't be spending my time in the hotel except when sleeping anyways.

I was really disappointed, dissatisfied and regretful about this hotel and the staff. When we arrived in the hotel I asked for any room which is ocean view because when I called last two weeks ago from abroad the receptionist told me when we arrive in the hotel inform the receptionist that you want to upgrade the room. But unfortunately the receptionist Erika told me it was fully booked. I asked if there's any pool view, but after a couple of minutes as I insisted she finally confirmed that there is available room. First day we used the bathroom, the drainage was clogged it was a big mess because it was flooding all over the bathroom. The amenities it was not complete, no facial tissue only toilet paper and no hand towels. The body wash was finished also so we need to call them to replenish. Breakfast was included in our reservation, and if you arrived at "8am sharp " the bread is always finished and they were not replenishing it, even fruits and some condiments like butter they didn't bothered to replenished it. The receptionist told me "ah mam because they are eating fast that's why it's already finished." Every other day they said they are changing the bed sheets and blanket but the blanket was still the same, as I know because there were marks at the same location of the sheets. Our last day today and I asked for a bottle of water but to my surprise even if still morning and our check out was 12noon, they cannot provide a water bottle anymore. I paid until the last day, but just a small bottle of water they couldn't provide their guest. What a shame!. Today I approached Mr. Jeffrey Layto the front office assistant, I asked who is there manager and can I talk to them. He told me all of them were off today and he asked me what is my concern. And this to my surprised he told me that it's not allowed to give the name of his managers. This was the first time I heard that to a hotel staff. How come that it's not allowed?? you are working in a hospitality industry but you don't know how to accommodate your guest. After that he didn't even give any effort to help me regarding our concerns. He doesn't know the LEAP recovery. There were no concerns from him and he didn't bother to apologize or ask the staff. Even Erika the receptionist she was like a deaf she doesn't care at all, but the fact that she was aware of what was happening.

This is a very old hotel that should be demolished, when we 1st arrived we wanted to shower but there was no hot water at any room on our floor as we were told, and adviseb us to wait till next day untill we can have hot water to shower since the hot water is already done for today knowing that it was only around 6 pm and my kids were already in the middle of their shower when the hot water went out, there was even no water pressure to take a proper shower. 2. The furniture is very old maybe since the hotel was built they dont even bother to change it just kept painting it with varnish ( wood paint ) 3. Housing Keeping is a joke, they just remove the garbage and replace the towels, they dont bother to clean the toilet and the shower unless you asked them to, and even after asking them to, they do it at a very modest unsatisfactory level. They even don't have shampoo holder we're you can put ur own shampoo's, conditioner and etc. Since we entered the room we directly saw that it was not clean, the cleaning after the guest before us has left was minimal. 5. I got a bitten by an ant while lying down on the bed, knowing that the bed sheets were just been changed after I have requested it from house keeping, even my wife has seen ants in the other bed. 6. Noise!, ok maybe for a picky light sleeper guest will be annoyed of some noises coming from other rooms or the staff loud paging on their walkie talkies while passing by the pathway ect.. but no, this was not the case, every morning around 9 am i woke up to the sound of hammers and electrical drills banging and drilling sounds, i called the reception to complain every single morning of my stay to stop their workers or move us to another room, but no decisive action was taken , they just called in their so called engineer team to pause their work then after sometime the banging and drilling noises start again, it was like staying on a demolition sight! 6. lights and electricity, the light switch in the bathroom doesnt work right away, we had to switch on and off many times till it worked each time we go to the bathroom. The electric sockets in the room are way old and cant properly hold an adapter to charge your phone, you have to keep trying to balance the plug till it finally works. They provide an electric kattle with a 20 cm wire that cant reach any socket in the room to plug it , you have to hold it up by your hand and the plug by the other hand so you can use it. 7. Breakfast option is the same every single day, mainly filipino breakfast ( eggs , rice and sausages ) as if they only have local guests. 8. Wifi and internet; it was the slowest internet i have experienced in a hotel eventhough their wifi signal was strong and on the 2nd day it suddenly stopped and we had to get another voucher to loggin ( i recall this method was used like 20 years ago in coffee shops) 9. Booking condition; we have booked for 6 nights, however for extraordinary reasons, all flights from manila to boracay were cancelled due a techinal glitch in manila airport, as such we had to wait till we could get another flight, my wife called the hotel number like 12 times and no one answered, she even txted them on their fb messenger still no reply, and i sent them an email to their address listed on agoda but there was no reply after we managed to arrive to their hotel on the 3rd day and faced them with all of these facts and politely asked to process a refund for the two missed nights, they said that they will follow up with their bookings office. in my turn i have sent a request to agoda as well to follow up with the hotel, however after many emails and me talking to the front desk every single day i was frustrated with their response : your booking condition doesnt allow any refund, so their was a zero tolerance and flexability to make up for a client who had no way to check in on the date that the country's airport was closed, speaking of customer retaining policy and satisfaction was none exisiting. for all of the above reasons please do thinks twice before booking this joke so called a hotel this is not acceptable how you treat your guest, 0 star! noise noise noise every morning! bangging, drilling! Driling, banging! Which they don't even agree to changed room so we cannot hear the noise anymore! Front desk does'nt know how to handle guest request, cannot gave you any good solutions! Guest must adjust from thier wrong treatment. breakfast every mornin is scrambled egg and omellete or sunny side up! been full for eggs for 4 mornings! As if they don't have foreigners guest mainly filipino dish.! Realy choosing this hotel is a wrong decision!

Only reason I have given 2 star instead of 1 is because location is OK and being beachfront. This hotel is located on station 3 but close to station 2. Beach area infront of hotel was quite nice and clean, however note that you cannot smoke, vape or eat on the beach (fine of 2000 peso if caught). Now to the negatives. The hotel staff are very clueless and seem like they do not have much experience. The massage parlours in the hotel was not very good, I suffered from a really bad neck pain after my massage. The hotel is in real desperate need of renovation, it is really run down. The restaurant seems to never be serving food and when ordering drinks you have to repeat yourself about 3 times before actually being served. The bedrooms were uncomfortable, bad lighting and the shower hot water didn't work some days. Hotel tried to charge me for some small stains on the bed sheets which I contested and eventually after some arguments they backed down. Live music being played till 12am which could be heard into the bedrooms. Overall a pathetic experience and because of that reason made me not like borocay as a holiday destination.

Terrible customer service. Checkin online said 2pm and when I arrived they said check in was 3pm despite no where online stating it. Also charged cash deposit for room which was not disclosed ahead of time. Otherwise decent rooms and would be 6/10. Nice location on the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants/bars. Music can be loud at night and there were multi power outages but didn’t last long.
