The hotel is strategic as it is near thr Dmall and a walk away to thr Boracay shores. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

The room is comfortable and maintained for cleanliness. There is a free breakfast (filipino foods).
Televisions have Cable channels.

Cons: the bathrooms dont have heater. But you want normally use heater as outside weather is usually hot.

The hotel location is on the main street and not on the beach. But a slow five minutes walk through a shopping area with restaurants and you are on the beach. The nice thing is that the location is really quiet and still easy access to all beach actions and all restaurants in the shopping area.

Rooms average but OK for teh price.
The hotel has no lift so a walk up to forth floor for breakfast. That was OK and served with a nice smile.
The staff is really good and a reason enough to choose the hotel.

The massage in the hotel was good (and clean) and deserves a visit

I seriously suggest that you don't book here. The price is not worth it. The staff is not that accomodating and did not look decent in their attire and speaking. Their reception area is so hot. The sink is clogged. There are a lot of things to be fixed like the lights, tv remote, aircon is supposed to be cleaned.

Poor Customer Service. Very Rude Hotel Manager. False Advertising!
Had a terrible experience during my stay in Boracay because of them.

I am writing this review as I am in this hotel right now and I am telling you all to not book here. It's true what they say, the power does go off and it totally ruins your stay. Imagine staying in a room in Boracay with intense heat an no air conditioning or even lights in your own hotel room. I suggest that you FIX the electricity system. One more thing is that the place looks nothing like it is in the pictures. It's much worse and actually a little bit scary. There's even this Henna Tattoo place by the entrance. There is only one guard as well. I only booked here because there weren't any other hotels available during my time of stay but I would gladly pay double or even triple just not to stay in this 'hotel'

The location of this hotel so near to White Beach! The night is not noisy from the room. White Beach is just within walking distance from the hotel. The staffs are so attentive, helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfy. We will definitely come back here!

The firs thing that greeted us when we stepped into the hotel lobby was the smell of chemicals from the adjacent hair salon. The ventilation was poorly planned, so you have to deal with the smell almost every time the salon is busy and you happen to pass by the ground floor lobby on your way out. Our room was on the third floor, so without an elevator, we had to climb three flights of stairs. One cabinet was falling out of its rollers. There was no appeal to the rooms and we really didn't get help from the staff about activities in Boracay. If you are looking for a memorable place to stay in, then this is not the place for you.

I would not recommend BORA SKY HOTEL because it's always brown- out they dont have generators " a must have" since I was paying much for my stay, and people there were not accomodating actually when I was talking to the staff and saying my complaints she shout at me and the manager cant do anything plus it is not safe to stay there because they only use fake CCTV cameras. they not secure the place and corridors except the guard note: (one guard only) staffs are not professional even the time that i was complaining there is a guest whose complaining too,, so why stay in this hotel? the receptionist is much superior than the manager..

Stayed there 10 days. The rooms are big, air on not too laud. No hot water in the shower. The rooms to the back are quiet. WiFi is best in the lobby, and can rather slow in the room. The breakfast is ok, but not too inspiring. The restaurant on the top is very windy. Friendly staff.
